The conveying assembly comprises an output conveying belt 56, the output conveying belt 56 is arranged below the workbench 1, and the output conveying belt 56 is also positioned right below the blanking port 48. When the band saw blade 2 is discharged from the discharge port 48, the band saw blade 2 is dropped on the discharge conveyor 56 and discharged.

Step two, when the toggle assembly pushes the band saw blade 2 to move, the driving mechanism drives the pushing mechanism to toggle the band saw blade 2 to move, when the driving mechanism drives the pushing mechanism, the driving motor 16 drives the rotating rod 22 to rotate through the coupler 21, the rotating rod 22 rotates to drive the cam 17 and the rotating disk 18 to simultaneously rotate, after the rotating disk 18 rotates, the extension rod 25 on the rotating disk 18 drives the pushing block 23 to rotate, the pushing rod 24 on the pushing block 23 moves towards the saw teeth of the band saw blade 2, the pushing rod 24 toggles the saw teeth of the band saw blade 2 through the short shaft 32 on the pushing plate 31, so that the band saw blade 2 moves on the two rollers 15, and when the pushing rod 24 pushes, the stabilizing spring 29 on the pushing rod 24 enables the short shaft 32 to be used for moving elasticity when pushing, and damage to the band saw blade 2 is prevented.
Step three, when the swing frame 35 drives the grinding disc 33 to move downwards, the rotation of the cam 17 touches the toggle wheel 43, the toggle wheel 43 causes the other end of the toggle plate 42 to be levered downwards on the hinge block 40 under the downward pressure of the cam 17, the abutting plate 44 is levered upwards and then touches the long rod 46, the long rod 46 moves upwards to drive the swing frame 35 to swing downwards, the grinding disc 33 also moves downwards, the grinding motor 34 drives the grinding disc 33 to rotate, the grinding disc 33 swings towards the band saw blade 2 under the swing of the swing frame 35, and the grinding disc 33 carries out section grinding processing on the saw teeth of the band saw blade 2 along with the saw teeth.
Step four, after the band saw blade 2 is machined, the finger cylinder 47 clamps one end of the band saw blade 2 after machining, then the moving motor 52 drives the driving gear 53 to rotate, the driving gear 53 is meshed with the rack 51, therefore, the U-shaped frame 49 slides on the two sliding rods 50, the finger cylinder 47 clamps the band saw blade 2 and pulls back, when the finger cylinder 47 clamps the band saw blade 2, the two M18 photoelectric sensors 3 respectively sense the sensing blocks 55, control the range of the band saw blade 2 driven by the finger cylinder 47 to move, the band saw blade 2 falls into the blanking port 48, and after the band saw blade 2 falls out of the blanking port 48, the band saw blade 2 falls onto the discharging conveying belt 56 and is sent out.
