Referring to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 6, a bar-shaped transmission case 11 is disposed on the front and rear side surfaces of the case 1, a servo motor 12 is disposed on the right side of the bar-shaped transmission case 11, a lead screw 13 is connected to the end of each servo motor 12, which extends into the bar-shaped transmission case 11, and the left end of each lead screw 13 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the left side of the bar-shaped transmission case 11. All seted up bar mouth 101 at the front and back side of box 1, its bar mouth 101 is linked together with bar transmission case 11, all is provided with screw nut 14 with lead screw 13 matched with in every bar transmission case 11, is connected with square 15 on the screw nut 14, and its square 15 can slide along bar mouth 101 to be provided with bearing 16 on the medial surface of square 15. Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, an interrupted rack 20 is welded on the inner side wall of the box body 1 below the strip-shaped opening 101, a first tooth surface 201 is arranged at the right end of the upper surface of the interrupted rack 20, when the strip-shaped block 17 moves to the right end inside the box body 1, the first gear 19 is meshed with the first tooth surface 201, and the number of teeth of the first tooth surface 201 is three-fourths of the number of teeth 19 of the first gear. A second tooth surface 202 is arranged at the left end of the upper surface of the intermittent rack 20, and is meshed with the second tooth surface 202 when the bar-shaped block 17 moves to the left end inside the box body, and the number of teeth of the second tooth surface 202 is the same as that of the first gear 19. Meanwhile, a first supporting strip 203 is welded on the inner side face of the intermittent rack 20 positioned between the first tooth face 201 and the second tooth face 202, when the bar-shaped block 17 moves to the first tooth face 201 and the second tooth face 202, the first supporting strip 203 can support the lower surfaces of the two ends of the bar-shaped block 17 to prevent the bar-shaped block from rotating due to unbalanced gravity, and a second supporting strip 204 is welded on the inner side face of the intermittent rack 20 on the left side of the second tooth face 202 and has the same function as the first supporting strip 203.
Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, a transmission cavity 171 is formed in the bar-shaped block 17, a plurality of rotation holes penetrating through the bar-shaped block 17 are formed in the front surface of the bar-shaped block, the number of the rotation holes in the embodiment is five, an instrument insertion barrel 21 is arranged in each rotation hole, an annular tooth surface 211 is arranged on the outer surface of the instrument insertion barrel 21, and the annular tooth surface 211 is arranged in the transmission cavity 171. In addition, a funnel-shaped introducing tube 212 is connected to the front end surface of the instrument insertion tube 21, the funnel-shaped introducing tube 212 facilitates the insertion of the handle end of the dental instrument into the instrument insertion tube 21, two rubber clamping blocks 213 are arranged inside the instrument insertion tube 21, an insertion gap 214 is arranged between the two rubber clamping blocks 213, and when the handle end of the dental instrument is inserted into the instrument insertion tube 21, the rubber clamping blocks 213 can firmly clamp the handle end of the dental instrument due to elastic force and prevent the handle end of the dental instrument from loosening. In the drive chamber 171, a double-toothed belt 22 is provided, which is a belt with toothed surfaces on both the inner and outer surfaces of the double-toothed belt 22, and the double-toothed belt 22 is wound around the annular toothed surfaces 211 of the outer surfaces of the five tool insertion drums 21, so that each tool insertion drum 21 is also rotated in the rotation hole by the guiding engagement when the double-toothed belt 22 drives. In order to realize the transmission of the double-tooth-surface belt 22, an engaging opening 172 communicated with the transmission cavity 171 is further opened on the upper surface of the bar-shaped block 17, and the engaging opening 172 leaks part of the outer tooth surface of the double-tooth-surface belt 22 (refer to fig. 6).
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 9, a telescopic device 23 is disposed on the top wall of the box body 1 directly above the first supporting strip 202, and the telescopic device 23 may be an air cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder. A carrier plate 24 is connected to the lower end of the telescopic device 23, a driving motor 25 is fixed to the lower surface of the carrier plate 24, a rotating rod 26 is connected to the output shaft of the driving motor 25, and a second gear 27 is provided on the rotating rod 26. A brush roller gear box 28 is fixed to the lower surface of the carrier plate 24 on the left side of the driving motor 25, the end of the rotating rod 27 thereof is inserted into the brush roller gear box 28, and a plurality of brush rollers 29, four brush rollers 29 in this embodiment, and a driving structure for driving the brush roller 29 is provided in the brush roller driving case 28, the specific driving structure is the prior art, and referring to fig. 9, the end part of the roller shaft of each brush roller 29 extending into the brush roller transmission box 28 is provided with a belt wheel 30, a triangular belt 31 is arranged between two adjacent belt wheels 30, the roller shaft of one brush roller 29 is also provided with a driven gear 33, the end of the rotating rod 27 which projects into the interior of the brush roller gear box 28 is provided with a drive gear 32, which drive gear 32 meshes with a driven gear 33, so that the leading rotation of the four brush rollers 29 is achieved. When the bar-shaped block 17 moves to a position right below the telescopic device 23, the telescopic device 23 extends to push the carrier plate 24 downwards until the second gear 27 extends into the engaging opening 172 to be engaged with the external tooth surface of the double-tooth-surface belt 22 (refer to fig. 5), and at the moment, the driving motor 25 is started to realize synchronous rotation of the appliance inserting cylinder 21 and the brush roller 29 in the bar-shaped block 17, so that the dental appliance is brushed in all directions.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a device soaking tank 34 is provided on the bottom wall of the tank body 1 located on the right side of the interrupted rack 20, a liquid feeding pipe 35 extending out of the right side of the tank body is connected to the right side of the device soaking tank 34, and soaking liquid with cleaning agent can be fed into the device soaking tank 34 from the liquid feeding pipe 35. A washing liquid receiving tank 36 is further provided on the bottom wall of the case 1 below the brush roller 29, and a drain pipe 37 extending out of the bottom wall of the case 1 is connected to the lower surface of the washing liquid receiving tank 36, and a manual valve 38 is provided on the drain pipe 37. The water tank 4 is provided with a high-pressure water pump 39, the water inlet end of the high-pressure water pump 39 extends into the water tank 4, the water outlet end of the high-pressure water pump 39 is connected with a high-pressure water pipe 40, the upper end and the lower end of the high-pressure water pipe 40 are connected with two water spray pipes 41 extending into the box body 1, the two water spray pipes 41 are arranged above the flushing liquid receiving groove 36, the two water spray pipes 41 are respectively provided with a plurality of spray heads (not marked in the figure), and the flushing liquid sprayed by the spray heads can be used for brushing the brushed dental appliances. Finally, a drying duct 42 extending into the cabinet 1 is disposed on the upper surface of the cabinet 1 at the left side of the spray pipe 41, the drying duct 42 is connected to an external air heater (which is a conventional device and is not shown here), and an air outlet 102 is disposed at the left end of the bottom wall of the cabinet 1.
Example 2
Further, an ultraviolet germicidal lamp 45 is provided on the top wall of the case 1 on the right side of the outlet, and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 45 can directly sterilize the dried dental instruments and can be directly put into use after being taken out.
Finally, in order to facilitate the integral movement and fixation of the whole device, universal wheels 46 with brake pads are arranged at four corners of the lower surface of the bottom plate 2.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A dental medical instrument high-efficiency cleaning machine comprises a box body, a bottom plate, a support, a water tank and a controller, wherein the support is fixed on the upper surface of the bottom plate, the box body is fixed at the upper end of the support, the water tank is arranged on the bottom plate below the box body, and the controller is arranged on the outer surface of the box body, the inner side surfaces of the square blocks are provided with bearings, a bar-shaped block is arranged between the two square blocks, the front end and the rear end of the bar-shaped block are both provided with convex shafts connected with the bearings, the convex shaft is provided with a first gear, the inner side walls of the box body below the strip-shaped opening are welded with discontinuous racks, the right end of the upper surface of the discontinuous rack is provided with a first tooth surface, a first gear of the strip-shaped block is meshed with the first tooth surface when the strip-shaped block moves to the right end in the box body, the number of the first tooth surface is three-fourths of the number of the first gear teeth, a second tooth surface is arranged at the left end of the upper surface of the discontinuous rack, the number of teeth of the second tooth surface is the same as that of the teeth of the first tooth surface, a first supporting strip is welded on the inner side surface of the intermittent rack positioned between the first tooth surface and the second tooth surface, and a second supporting strip is welded on the inner side surface of the intermittent rack positioned on the left side of the second tooth surface;
