the finished product water flushing heat exchange device comprises a cold weather mode and a hot weather mode, and the cold weather mode and the hot weather mode realize the switching of a flushing finished product water passage through the switching of a valve; the cold day mode is as follows: the finished product washing water passes through the cooling water tank, the finished product washing water is contacted with an evaporation coil in the cold water tank to provide heat required by evaporation of a refrigerant in the evaporation coil, and the cooled finished washing water is pressed to the spray pipe from bottom to top through the newly-fed finished product washing water to wash the empty barrel with the finished product water; hot day mode: the water in the cooling water tank circulates with the fan coil through the water pump, the heat required by the refrigerant in the evaporating dish is provided by the contact of the circulating water and the evaporating coil in the cooling water tank, and the indoor heat is absorbed by the heat exchange between the fan coil and the indoor air.
