step two: floating and fishing the floating solid in the fermentation liquor: the first motor (7-6) is started to drive the screw rod (7-7) to rotate, so that the driving block (7-4) moves in the front-back direction, when the driving block (7-4) moves, the floating fishing frame (7-5) is driven to move, so that solids floating in fermentation liquor are placed on the floating fishing frame (7-5), when the floating fishing frame (7-5) moves, the guide frame (6) is used for limiting and guiding, after the floating fishing frame (7-5) salvages the solids in the filtering frame (5), the air cylinder (7-1) is started to drive the supporting frame (7-2) to move upwards, so that the fishing frame (7-5) moves upwards, and the solids on the floating fishing frame (7-5) are cleaned;
step three: the fermentation liquor is filtered from a first filter screen (10): the second motor (8-1) is started to drive the screw rod (8-2) to rotate, the sleeve (8-3) is pushed by the screw thread to move, the movable bottom block (8-4) is moved, the movable bottom block (8-4) is guided by the sliding fit of the sliding rail (8-5) and the sliding groove (6-1) when moving, and when the left and right movable bottom blocks (8-4) move outwards, the fermentation liquor flows downwards from the gap between the left and right movable bottom blocks (8-4) and flows downwards from the inside of the first filter screen (10) so as to isolate impurities in the fermentation liquor;
step four: the fermentation liquid flows into a settling tank (9) for settling: the fermentation liquor flows downwards into the settling tank (9) from the first filter screen (10), and secondary filtering operation is carried out through the second filter screen (12), so that impurities in the fermentation liquor are blocked on the second filter screen (12), the solid content in the fermentation liquor is reduced, and the purity of the fermentation liquor is improved.
