Abstract
An augmented reality game system and method for executing augmented reality game includes a display unit, a storage unit and a processing unit. The processing unit is electrically connected with the display unit and the storage unit, reads the original image of the storage unit, controls the display unit to display the original image, and judges whether the original image comprises an image template corresponding to a virtual element to be paired. And when the processing unit judges that the original image contains the corresponding image template, the processing unit controls the display unit to display the virtual element to be paired and judges whether a pairing instruction is received. And when the processing unit receives the pairing instruction, the processing unit controls the display unit to display the augmented reality image corresponding to the virtual element to be paired.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to game systems and methods, and more particularly, to augmented reality game systems and methods.
Background
In the student career of each person, the continuous learning and memory of new knowledge is a set of script which is played continuously, and the memory process is boring, so that a lot of people can give up the new knowledge to certain subjects or fields. For example, in an international environment, learning of a foreign language (such as english) can be said to be a subject faced by every student or adult. Obviously, the fundamental stone that affects the degree of english should be the number of english words that each person owns or remembers. Therefore, how to provide a system and method for efficiently memorizing English words or other new knowledge becomes a problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an augmented reality game system and method for improving a memory effect.
Thus, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an augmented reality game method applied to a mobile device, including steps (a) to (f).
In step (a), game screen information is displayed by the mobile device.
In step (b), generating and displaying an original image by the mobile device.
In step (c), the mobile device determines whether the original image includes an image template corresponding to a virtual element to be paired.

In step (e), determining whether a pairing command is received by the mobile device.
In step (f), when the mobile device receives the pairing instruction, displaying the augmented reality image corresponding to the virtual element to be paired.
In some embodiments, in step (c), the mobile device stores a plurality of virtual elements, and selects one of the virtual elements as the virtual element to be paired. In step (f), the augmented reality image includes a dynamic image and a sound corresponding to the name or the action of the virtual element to be paired.
In some embodiments, the augmented reality game method further includes, between steps (b) and (c), step (g), when the mobile device determines that the original image does not include the image template corresponding to the virtual element to be paired, the mobile device selects another one of the stored virtual elements as the virtual element to be paired.
In some embodiments, in step (e), the mobile device determines whether the pairing instruction is received by a user by clicking a candidate image template in the original image and determining whether the candidate image template corresponds to the image template of the virtual element to be paired.
In some embodiments, the augmented reality game method further comprises steps (h) and (i) before step (a). And when the processing unit receives the pairing instruction, the processing unit controls the display unit to display the augmented reality image corresponding to the virtual element to be paired.
In some embodiments, the storage unit further stores a plurality of virtual elements and the augmented reality images respectively corresponding to the virtual elements, and the processing unit selects one of the virtual elements as the virtual element to be paired, where the augmented reality image includes a dynamic image and a sound corresponding to a name or an action of the virtual element to be paired.

In some embodiments, the augmented reality game system further includes an image capture unit configured to scan a two-dimensional barcode to install an augmented reality game, the processing unit determines whether an execution instruction corresponding to the augmented reality game is received, and when the execution instruction is received by the processing unit, the display unit is controlled to display the game screen information.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that in the following description, like elements are represented by like reference numerals.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the augmented reality game system of the present invention is suitable for a user and includes a display unit 2, a storage unit 4, an input unit 3, an image capture unit 5, and a processing unit 1. In this embodiment, the augmented reality game system is a smart phone, the display unit 2 and the input unit 3 are integrated into a touch screen, the image capturing unit 5 is a camera module, and the processing unit 1 is a processor and is electrically connected to the display unit 2, the input unit 3, the storage unit 4, and the image capturing unit 5. In other embodiments, the augmented reality game system can be other mobile devices or portable electronic devices, such as tablet computers, and the like, but not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating an augmented reality game method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is suitable for being implemented by the augmented reality game system, and includes steps S1-S9.
In step S1, a two-dimensional barcode is scanned by the image capturing unit 5 to install an augmented reality game. The two-dimensional barcode is, for example, a QR (Quick response code), and in more detail, the user scans or captures an image of the two-dimensional barcode through the image capturing unit 5, so that the processing unit 1, for example, downloads an application program of the augmented reality game stored in another computer host or a cloud device, or the processing unit 1 and the another computer host or the cloud device are connected to execute the application program of the augmented reality game. That is, the two-dimensional barcode corresponds to the address or location of the application of the augmented reality game in the network space. Next, step S2 is executed.
In step S2, the processing unit 1 determines whether an execution command corresponding to the augmented reality game is received. More specifically, after the processing unit 1 has downloaded the application program of the augmented reality game, the processing unit 1 stores the application program of the augmented reality game in the storage unit 4. In the embodiment, the game screen information includes, for example, a game introduction of a puzzle-seeking type, and a description of relevant game rules. Next, step S4 is executed.
In step S4, the processing unit 1 controls the display unit 2 to display the original image pre-stored in the storage unit 4. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 exemplarily shows a display screen displayed by the display unit 2, wherein the display screen is the original image. Next, step S5 is executed.
In step S5, the storage unit 4 also stores a plurality of virtual elements in advance. The processing unit 1 selects one of the virtual elements as a virtual element to be paired, and determines whether the original image includes an image template corresponding to the virtual element to be paired. In step S6, the processing unit 1 selects another one of the virtual elements stored in the storage unit 4 as the virtual element to be paired, and then, step S5 is executed to determine whether the original image includes the image template corresponding to the updated virtual element to be paired again.
In step S7, the processing unit 1 controls the display unit 2 to display the virtual element to be paired. For example, the display unit 2 displays the Squirrel 9 (as shown in fig. 3), and then, step S8 is executed.
In step S8, the processing unit 1 determines whether a pairing instruction is received. More specifically, the processing unit 1 determines whether the pairing instruction is received, by the user clicking a candidate image template in the original image through the input unit 3, and determining whether the candidate image template corresponds to the image template of the virtual element to be paired. When the processing unit 1 determines that the pairing command is not received, the step S8 is executed again, for example, as a previous example, if the user clicks the image of the cat in the original image, the processing unit 1 determines that the image of the cat does not match the image template (i.e., the squirrel), and further determines that the pairing command is not received. When the processing unit 1 determines that the pairing command is received, step S9 is executed, for example, if the user clicks the image of the squirrel in the original image, the processing unit 1 determines that the image of the squirrel matches the image template (i.e., the squirrel), and further determines that the pairing command is received.
In step S9, the processing unit 1 controls the display unit 2 to display an augmented reality image corresponding to the virtual element to be paired. The augmented reality image includes dynamic images and sounds corresponding to the names or actions of the virtual elements to be paired, for example, in the previous example, the augmented reality image includes english and chinese names of squirrels, dynamic images of squirrels, and the vocals of squirrels. That is, when the user clicks the image matching the English word, he or she can see the augmented reality image corresponding to the English word, so as to enhance or improve the memory ability of the user for the English word through the synchronous transmission of the image, the sound and the character.
Further, it is to be noted that: in this embodiment, the virtual element to be paired in the augmented reality game system is an english word, and in other embodiments, the virtual element to be paired may also be a word of another country, or an article or name to be learned and recognized by the user, such as a locomotive, an automobile, a bicycle, a bridge, a tower, a drum, a piano, a violin, etc. of a vehicle, or something to be learned and understood by the user, such as an electric shock, a fire, a noise, etc., without being limited thereto.
In summary, the display unit of the augmented reality game system displays the original image stored in the storage unit, so that the processing unit controls the display unit to display the virtual element to be paired corresponding to the image template included in the original image, and further determines that when the pairing instruction is received, the display unit is controlled to display the augmented reality image corresponding to the virtual element to be paired, so that a user can leave a deep impression on the virtual element to be paired through the augmented reality image to improve a memory effect, thereby achieving the object of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An augmented reality game method, suitable for a mobile device, comprising: the augmented reality game method comprises the following steps:
(a) displaying game picture information through the mobile device;
(b) generating and displaying an original image through the mobile device;
(c) judging whether the original image comprises an image template corresponding to a virtual element to be paired or not through the mobile device;
(d) when the mobile device judges that the original image comprises the image template corresponding to the virtual element to be paired, the mobile device displays the virtual element to be paired;
(e) judging whether a pairing instruction is received or not through the mobile device; and
(f) and when the mobile device receives the pairing instruction, displaying the augmented reality image corresponding to the virtual element to be paired.
2. The augmented reality gaming method of claim 1, wherein:

The augmented reality gaming method of claim 3, wherein: in step (e), the mobile device determines whether the pairing instruction is received, and determines whether the candidate image template in the original image corresponds to the image template of the virtual element to be paired by clicking the candidate image template by the user.
5. The augmented reality gaming method of claim 4, wherein: the augmented reality game method further comprises steps (h) and (i) before step (a),
