The fire extinguishing system collects the environmental information of a fire scene through the sensing module, and the fire extinguishing device is wirelessly remotely controlled to enter the scene according to the environmental information to use the fire extinguishing device to accurately extinguish fire.

Technical Field

Background
The majority of casualty accidents caused at the present sites of fire are caused by that the physical function is reduced and the physical strength is lost due to the fact that field personnel inhale a large amount of toxic gas. The wireless remote control fire extinguishing vehicle can solve the problem that people doing rescue activities in fire dangerous situations are injured, can judge and investigate the dangerous situations in a fire scene, and reduces the necessity of people entering the fire scene, thereby better protecting the life safety of rescuers, in particular to the application scenes of fire disasters of toxic, corrosive and flammable and explosive dangerous goods. the fire extinguishing module and the sensing module are driven by the integral transmission module to move in position, and the fire extinguishing module is used for extinguishing fire according to environmental information collected by the sensing module on a fire extinguishing site.
Optionally, the remote terminal is used for comparing the environmental information of the fire extinguishing site collected by the sensing module with a preset threshold value to determine the feedback information.

The sensing module 103 is used for collecting environmental information of a fire extinguishing site, the fire extinguishing module 102 and the sensing module 103 are driven by the integral transmission module 101 to move, and the fire extinguishing module 102 conducts fire extinguishing according to the environmental information collected by the sensing module 103 from the fire extinguishing site.
In a particular embodiment, the integral transmission module 101 may include: brushless motor, shaft coupling, drive bevel gear, driven bevel gear, track, drive wheel, riding wheel, leading wheel, thrust wheel and supporting wheel pedestal.
In particular embodiments, the fire suppression module 102 may include: the dry powder spraying device comprises a direct-flow water gun, a dry powder spraying head and a dry powder storage compartment.
In a particular embodiment, the sensing module 103 may include a camera and an angle adjustment device. In a specific embodiment, a brushless motor in the integral transmission module 101 may be connected to the drive bevel gear through a coupler, and the brushless motor drives the drive bevel gear to rotate; the driven bevel gear is meshed with the driving bevel gear, and the driving bevel gear drives the driving wheel shaft to rotate through the driven bevel gear; the driving wheel shaft drives the chain wheel to rotate, and the chain wheel drives the driving wheel to rotate through shaft transmission; the driving wheel drives the crawler belt to rotate, and the crawler belt drives the belt supporting wheel, the guide wheel and the thrust wheel to rotate; the supporting belt wheel, the guide wheel and the thrust wheel rotate to drive the integral transmission module 101 to rotate; the whole transmission module 101 rotates to drive the fire extinguishing module 102 and the sensing module 103 to move in position, wherein the supporting wheel shaft frame supports the driving wheel, the supporting belt wheel, the guide wheel and the thrust wheel.
In particular embodiments, remote terminal 104 may include: contrast sensing module 103 gathers the environmental information and the preset threshold value on the scene of putting out a fire, confirms feedback information, specifically can include: if the environmental information is smaller than the preset threshold value, determining that the feedback information is to implement the dry powder nozzle fire extinguishing; and if the environmental information is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, determining that the feedback information is to implement direct-flow water gun fire extinguishing. The environmental information may include, among other things, fire scene image information and/or gas information in the fire scene environment.
In a specific embodiment, the control module 105 may control the overall transmission module 101 according to the feedback information, for example, the remote terminal requests the wireless remote control fire extinguishing apparatus to move forward, backward, turn left, and turn right according to the requirement, and may send the feedback information to the control module 105, and the control module 105 controls the overall transmission module 101 according to the feedback information to drive the fire extinguishing module 102 and the sensing module 103 to move, so as to drive the wireless remote control fire extinguishing apparatus to move.

In an embodiment, the camera 310 may collect the image information of the fire scene in real time, wherein the angle adjusting device 311 may adjust the angle and height of the camera 310.
In a specific embodiment, according to the controllable mode of putting out a fire of remote terminal, fire extinguishing device includes: the direct-flow water gun 307 and the dry powder spray nozzle 308 can adopt the dry powder spray nozzle 308 to extinguish a fire if the field environment information collected by the camera 310 is smaller than a preset threshold, and can adopt the direct-flow water gun 307 to extinguish a fire if the field environment information collected by the camera 310 is larger than or equal to the preset threshold, wherein the dry powder storage compartment 309 can store dry powder for the dry powder spray nozzle 308 to extinguish a fire.

the fire extinguishing module and the sensing module are driven by the integral transmission module to move in position, and the fire extinguishing module is used for extinguishing fire according to environmental information collected by the sensing module on a fire extinguishing site.
2. The fire suppression apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
and the remote terminal is used for comparing the environmental information of the fire extinguishing site collected by the sensing module with a preset threshold value and determining feedback information.
