The VPP port of the control unit 31 is connected with a power supply, the BUSY port is a BUSY signal pin, when the control unit 31 starts voice playing, the signal of the BUSY port is at a high level, the other signals are at a low level, the SPK + and SPK-ports are connected with the loudspeaker 32, and the A port and the B port are connected with the warning lamp 33.

Similarly, when an operator works on the transformer rack, the belt 110 and the safety rope 120 need to be used in cooperation with the obstacle on the spanning pole, when the belt 110 is unfastened, the fastener of the safety rope 120 must be ensured to be in a locked state, and when the safety rope 120 is unfastened, the fastener of the belt 110 must be ensured to be in a locked state, so that when the operator crosses the obstacle, at least one of the belt 110 and the safety rope 120 can play a role in protection, and the safety of the operator is guaranteed. If at this in-process, the operation personnel uses the safety belt in violation of rules and regulations, when strideing across the barrier, untie the fastener of waistband 110 and safety rope 120 simultaneously, the fastener response module 40 that sets up on the fastener of waistband 110 and safety rope 120 will detect the signal that two fasteners are in the unblock state simultaneously, two fastener response modules 40 send signal to central processing unit 12, come the start audible and visual alarm through central processing unit 12 control unit 31, there is corresponding pronunciation warning words simultaneously, carry out the pronunciation warning of safety operation, thereby guarantee operation personnel's security.

the height detection module is used for detecting the height of the safety belt;
the fastener sensing module is mounted on the fastener and used for sensing the locking state and the unlocking state of the fastener;
the alarm module is used for giving an alarm to remind the operator;
the control module is used for controlling the alarm module to give an alarm according to the locking state or the unlocking state of the fastener when the height of the safety belt exceeds a set height.
2. The seatbelt violation reminder device according to claim 1, wherein the fastener comprises a metal hook and a metal buckle;
the fastener induction module comprises a magnetic induction sensor and a magnet, the magnetic induction sensor is installed on the metal hook buckle, the magnet is installed on the metal buckle ring, and the magnetic induction sensor is used for inducing the magnet corresponding to the magnetic induction sensor to determine the locking state and the unlocking state of the fastener.

8. The seatbelt violation reminder device according to claim 1, further comprising a housing and a hanger fixed to the housing, wherein the control module, the height detection module and the alarm module are enclosed in the housing, and the housing is mounted to the seatbelt through the hanger.
