Description

Video welding mask
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of welding operation protection, and particularly relates to a welding mask.
Background
Conventionally, a known welding mask is composed of an observation window, a filter, a protective sheet, a mask, and the like. There are ordinary non-variable light face mask and automatic variable light face mask.
Common non-variable light masks have dark lenses to filter and attenuate the harmful and intense light generated by welding. The larger the lens number, the darker the color, the better the protective effect, but the poorer the visibility. The smaller the lens number, the lighter the color, and the poorer the protective effect. The color of the lens is not adjustable for the same mask, and in the welding process, particularly by current welding, the light intensity generated by different currents is different, and sometimes the use effect is poor. For safety protection, lenses with larger numbers are generally used, and the use feeling and the efficiency are low.
The automatic dimming mask detects arcing by a sensor, and the liquid crystal screen is instantly darkened to filter and weaken harmful light and strong light generated by welding. Such masks can adjust the darkness of the changing light, work relatively well with the non-changing light, but also trade off protection against visibility. In addition, the automatic light-changing mask on the market has uneven quality, high-quality basic foreign manufacturers have extremely high price, low quality cannot achieve the protection effect, and the automatic light-changing mask is relatively few in domestic use.
The basic principle of the common non-variable light mask and the automatic light mask is that harmful light is passed through a dark color lens, the light-changing delay problem of the automatic light mask is solved, the harmful light cannot be completely filtered, and the harm to welding workers cannot be completely avoided.
In conclusion, the existing masks on the market have poor protection and visibility. In addition, it is not particularly convenient to adjust to different requirements.

A transparent lens and a polarized lens are fixedly arranged in the lens barrel, a gasket is arranged on the lens barrel, and the filter lens is arranged on the boss in a spinning mode by the lens barrel. The polarized lens, the filter lens, the polarized lens in the lens cone and the lens cone which are arranged in the counter bores on the bosses form a filtering system of the mask.
The gasket can be an O-shaped gasket with a rectangular section or an O-shaped gasket with a circular section, and the material of the gasket can be rubber or other elastic materials.
The filter lens can be selectively and non-fixedly pressed on the boss by the lens barrel, so that filter lenses with different depth numbers can be conveniently detached or replaced.
The transparent lens is arranged on the outer side of the lens barrel and plays a role in protecting the lens inside. The optional material is transparent glass, transparent resin or other transparent materials.
The polarized lens is a non-variable polarized lens, and can be a variable polarized lens. The polarized lens allows light with a specific polarization direction to pass through the lens, and has a filtering effect. The light that passes through when two polarized light lens polarization direction are parallel is the most, and the light that passes through when two polarized light lens polarization direction are perpendicular is the most, and the luminous flux just can be adjusted to two polarized light lens relative position of adjustment, changes filtering efficiency, accomplishes the light and shade regulation of face guard.
