Therefore, the smaller the draft tube 2 should be, the better, so that the inner diameter of the draft tube 2 takes the minimum range that can be achieved.
In this embodiment, stock solution chamber 3 is cylindricly, and the size of the internal diameter of stock solution chamber 3 is based on near drainage groove 4 sets up, can not hinder aqueous humor normal outflow drainage groove 4, so selected suitable numerical value 1.2mm, and when concrete in service behavior is different, stock solution chamber 3's internal diameter can be adjusted.
In this embodiment, the top in stock solution chamber 3 is provided with overburden 8, and mainly used covers stock solution chamber 3 and drainage groove 4 and the intercommunication position in stock solution chamber 3, prevents to organize and gets into stock solution chamber 3, causes the influence to it, and the preceding arc part in drainage groove 4 is organized the parcel easily, has just covered the risk that has reduced in other words by the parcel.
In addition, the covering area of the covering layer 8 is 1/2 of the top area of the diversion disc 1, the ratio can be adjusted as long as the ratio is proper, so that the outlets of the drainage grooves 4 are difficult to block, and the smaller the thickness of the covering layer 8, the better the thickness is, the minimum value of the workable thickness is required, so the thickness of the covering layer 8 in the embodiment is 0.15 mm.
The glaucoma drainage device of this embodiment works as follows:
in the glaucoma drainage device 100 of the present embodiment, after the aqueous humor enters the drainage tube 2, the oblique single-open door 7 is opened when the aqueous humor pressure reaches a certain value, so that the aqueous humor is guided to the liquid storage cavity 3 of the central position of the drainage tray 1, and the aqueous humor in the liquid storage cavity 3 flows into the drainage grooves 4 of each spoke shape after overflowing and is uniformly dispersed until being absorbed by tissues or lymphatic vessels after flowing out of each drainage groove 4.
Effects and effects of the embodiments
According to the glaucoma drainage device related to the embodiment, the upper surface of the drainage disc is provided with the plurality of spoke-shaped uniformly-dispersed drainage grooves, so that the water can uniformly disperse and flow out from the periphery after overflowing the liquid storage cavity; because the outlet of the liquid storage cavity is arranged at the central position of the drainage disc, aqueous humor can be uniformly, effectively and quickly distributed to each outlet, so that different stimulations to tissues caused by uneven distribution and untimely distribution are reduced; because the drainage tray is covered with the covering layer, the risk that the outlet of the drainage tube channel and the outlet of the drainage groove are blocked under the influence of external partial conditions can be reduced, and the success rate of glaucoma drainage implant implantation surgery is further improved.
According to the glaucoma drainage device of the present embodiment, since the two fixing holes are symmetrically formed in the drainage plate, the drainage plate can be fixed to the sclera surface of the eyeball.
According to the glaucoma drainage device of the present embodiment, since the flow channel cross section of the drainage groove has a completely uniform regular shape, the uniformity of the outflow can be further ensured on the premise of preventing clogging.
According to the glaucoma drainage device related to the embodiment, because the inclined single-opening door is arranged at the outlet of the flow pipe, and the diameter of the inclined single-opening door is larger than that of the drainage pipe, the aqueous humor in the liquid storage cavity can be prevented from flowing back.
Therefore, the glaucoma drainage device of the embodiment solves the problem of the outflow nonuniformity of aqueous humor, reduces the local impact force of the aqueous humor on cell tissues, also solves the problem that the drainage device is wrapped and blocked by scar tissues, and reduces the irritation to cells and the occurrence of postoperative complications.
The above embodiments are preferred examples of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
