Abstract

本发明公开了一种冠状动脉边缘保护式支架,包括药物洗脱支架与药物洗脱球囊,所述药物洗脱支架包括支架主体与输送系统,所述药物洗脱球囊包括球囊主体,所述球囊主体呈圆柱形,所述球囊主体的一端上设有导管,所述球囊主体的外壁上设有多个填充槽,本发明在原有冠状动脉药物洗脱支架植入术治疗冠状动脉病变的基础上应用药物洗脱球囊将抗增殖药物输送至冠状动脉药物洗脱支架植入的关键部位,减少药物洗脱支架边缘效应的发生,降低患者支架边缘再狭窄的风险,减少再次进行冠状动脉介入治疗的几率。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械相关制品领域,具体为一种冠状动脉边缘保护式支架。
背景技术
药物洗脱支架的出现使介入术后支架内再狭窄率得到降低。然而越来越多的证据表明,药物洗脱支架存在类似于放射支架的边缘效应。边缘效应是指紧邻支架两端的血管在术后一定时间内发生再狭窄,其发生机制从药代动力学角度看目前认为是由于血流导致药物分布不均,使局部药物达不到有效浓度,从而不能有效抑制内膜增生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种冠状动脉边缘保护式支架通过在关键部位植入药物洗脱支架后在支架边缘应用药物洗脱球囊进行扩张,减少关键部位边缘效应的发生,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种冠状动脉边缘保护式支架,包括药物洗脱支架与药物洗脱球囊,所述药物洗脱支架包括支架主体与输送系统,所述药物洗脱球囊包括球囊主体,所述球囊主体呈圆柱形,所述球囊主体的一端上设有导管,所述球囊主体的外壁上设有多个填充槽。
优选的,所述球囊主体材料为软质聚氯乙烯。
优选的,多个所述填充槽呈等距均匀设置。
一种冠状动脉边缘保护式支架操作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,首先对冠状动脉进行造影;
步骤二,通过造影技术探测左主干或前降支开口等关键部位发现病变;
步骤三,在病变处将冠状动脉药物洗脱支架植入;
步骤四,药物洗脱球囊扩张左主干或前降支开口处药物洗脱支架边缘;
步骤五,最后减少药物洗脱支架边缘处血管再狭窄几率。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该冠状动脉边缘保护式支架,首先对冠状动脉进行造影,通过造影技术探测左主干或前降支开口等关键部位发现病变,在病变处将冠状动脉药物洗脱支架植入,将药物洗脱球囊扩张左主干或前降支开口处药物洗脱支架边缘,通过球囊主体上的导管使球囊主体膨胀,将球囊主体表面携带的药物释放到血管内皮,以达到抑制血管内皮过度增生的效果,本发明在原有冠状动脉药物洗脱支架植入术治疗冠状动脉病变的基础上应用药物洗脱球囊将抗增殖药物输送至冠状动脉药物洗脱支架植入的关键部位,减少药物洗脱支架边缘效应的发生,降低患者支架边缘再狭窄的风险,减少再次进行冠状动脉介入治疗的几率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种冠状动脉边缘保护式支架,包括药物洗脱支架1与药物洗脱球囊2,药物洗脱支架1包括支架主体3与输送系统4,药物洗脱球囊2包括球囊主体5,球囊主体5呈圆柱形,球囊主体5的一端上设有导管6,球囊主体5的外壁上设有多个填充槽7。
一种冠状动脉边缘保护式支架操作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,首先对冠状动脉进行造影;
步骤二,通过造影技术探测左主干或前降支开口等关键部位发现病变;
步骤三,在病变处将冠状动脉药物洗脱支架植入;
步骤四,药物洗脱球囊扩张左主干或前降支开口处药物洗脱支架边缘;
步骤五,最后减少药物洗脱支架边缘处血管再狭窄几率。
进一步,球囊主体5材料为软质聚氯乙烯。
进一步,多个填充槽7呈等距均匀设置。
首先对冠状动脉进行造影,通过造影技术探测左主干或前降支开口等关键部位发现病变,在病变处将冠状动脉药物洗脱支架植入,将药物洗脱球囊2扩张左主干或前降支开口处药物洗脱支架边缘,通过球囊主体5上的导管6使球囊主体5膨胀,将球囊主体5表面携带的药物释放到血管内皮,以达到抑制血管内皮过度增生的效果。

1.一种冠状动脉边缘保护式支架,包括药物洗脱支架(1)与药物洗脱球囊(2),其特征在于:所述药物洗脱支架(1)包括支架主体(3)与输送系统(4),所述药物洗脱球囊(2)包括球囊主体(5),所述球囊主体(5)呈圆柱形,所述球囊主体(5)的一端上设有导管(6),所述球囊主体(5)的外壁上设有多个填充槽(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冠状动脉边缘保护式支架,其特征在于:所述球囊主体(5)材料为软质聚氯乙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冠状动脉边缘保护式支架,其特征在于:多个所述填充槽(7)呈等距均匀设置。
4.一种冠状动脉边缘保护式支架操作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一,首先对冠状动脉进行造影;
步骤二,通过造影技术探测左主干或前降支开口等关键部位发现病变;
步骤三,在病变处将冠状动脉药物洗脱支架植入;
步骤四,药物洗脱球囊扩张左主干或前降支开口处药物洗脱支架边缘;
步骤五,最后减少药物洗脱支架边缘处血管再狭窄几率。
