Description

Suction device of electric knife
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an electric knife aspirator.
Background
At present, the operation of subcutaneous tissue separation, fascia separation, joint capsule opening, electric coagulation hemostasis and the like is generally performed by using an electrotome in a surgical operation, and a large amount of inhalable particles are generated due to incomplete combustion of fat, protein and other soft tissues in the electric excision or electric coagulation process in the operation process, wherein the particle size of 95 percent of the particles is 0.3-5 microns. Not only produces unpleasant smell, but also can obstruct the view of the surgeon and influence the fine operation of the surgeon. Inhalable particles (PM10) smaller than 10 microns can enter bronchioles and alveoli and are relatively harmful to human health. Especially, the fine particulate matters (PM2.5) with the particle size of less than 2.5 microns can directly enter bronchus, bronchiole and alveolus to interfere the gas exchange of lung, and diseases such as asthma, bronchitis, cardiovascular diseases and the like are caused. PM2.5 can also be used as a carrier of viruses, bacteria, medicaments and toxic and harmful substances, and has accumulative damage to the health of exposed people.
The method mainly adopted by the operating room at present is a laminar flow operating room, and surgical smoke is removed by enhancing air purification; secondly, an aspirator is usually used in the operation, and an assistant can timely remove partial smoke by utilizing negative pressure suction; thirdly, an electric knife and a suction apparatus are improved. At present, all three methods are to be enhanced. Firstly, the operating room mainly monitors the bacteria concentration in the room and the static pressure difference of air, and the lack of monitoring for PM10 and PM 2.5; secondly, the assistant holds the negative pressure suction system to suck the smoke in the operation, the smoke is required to move synchronously with the electrocoagulation and the electrosection of the operation, and the suction apparatus is placed in a smoke source within 2.54 cm-5.08 cm to be effectively removed, so that the operation of the operator is easily interfered; thirdly, the structure of the prior improved electrotome is complex and expensive, which increases the burden of the operation cost of the patient.
Therefore, the technical personnel in the field need to solve the problem that the electric knife aspirator is simple in structure, can effectively remove surgical smoke during surgery, is completely controlled by a doctor, and does not interfere with the surgical operation process.
