s1, detecting the UV fluorescence intensity P of the inner surface of the liner (1) through the oil stain detector (3);
s2, judging the range of the UV fluorescence intensity P;
and S3, operating the first spray header (5), the second spray header (6), the upper heating tube (7), the lower heating tube (8) and/or the steam generator (2) according to the judgment result.

s321, when P is more than P1 and less than or equal to P2, starting the lower heating pipe (8), controlling the temperature of the liner to keep at a second preset temperature for a second preset time, and then starting the first spray head (5) to spray warm water to spray and wash the inner surface of the liner (1), wherein the second preset temperature is more than the first preset temperature, and the second preset time is more than the first preset time;
s322, judging whether P is less than or equal to PminOtherwise, the process proceeds to step S323, and if so, the process proceeds to step S324;
s323, controlling the steam generator (2) to work, enabling the steam generated by the steam generator (2) to enter the inner container (1) for steam washing, and judging whether P is less than or equal to P againminIf yes, go to step S324, otherwise repeat step S323;
s324, discharging the wastewater in the inner container (1), starting a drying mode, and finishing cleaning.

s331, when P is more than P2 and less than or equal to P3, starting the upper heating tube (7) and the lower heating tube (8), controlling the temperature of the liner to keep at a third preset temperature for a third preset time, and then starting the first spray head (5) to spray cold water and the second spray head (6) to spray high-pressure cold water to spray and wash the inner surface of the liner (1), wherein the third preset temperature is more than the second preset temperature, and the third preset time is more than the second preset time;
s332, judging whether P is less than or equal to PminIf not, go to step S333, if yes, go to step S334;
s333, controlling the steam generator (2) to work, enabling the steam generated by the steam generator (2) to enter the inner container (1) for steam washing, and judging whether P is less than or equal to P againminIf yes, go to step S334, otherwise, repeat step S333;
and S334, discharging the wastewater in the inner container (1), starting a drying mode, and finishing cleaning.
5. The self-cleaning control method of the cooking apparatus of claim 4, wherein the step S3 comprises:
s341, when P is more than P3 and is less than or equal to P4, the upper heating tube (7) and the lower heating tube (8) are started, the temperature of the liner is controlled to keep at a fourth preset temperature for a fourth preset time, the first spray head (5) is started to spray warm water, the second spray head (6) is started to spray high-pressure cold water to spray and wash the inner surface of the liner (1), wherein the fourth preset temperature is more than the third preset temperature, and the fourth preset time is the third preset time;
s342, judging whether P is less than or equal to PminIf not, go to step S343, if yes, go to step S344;
s343, controlling the steam generator (2) to work, enabling the steam generated by the steam generator (2) to enter the inner container (1) for steam washing, and judging whether P is less than or equal to P againminIf yes, go to step S344, otherwise, repeat step S343;
and S344, discharging the wastewater in the inner container (1), starting a drying mode, and finishing cleaning.

s351, when P is larger than P4, starting the upper heating tube (7) and the lower heating tube (8) and controlling the temperature of the liner to keep at a fifth preset temperature for a fifth preset time, and then starting the first spray head (7) to spray warm water and the second spray head (8) to spray high-pressure warm water to spray the inner surface of the liner (1), wherein the fifth preset temperature is larger than the fourth preset temperature, and the fifth preset time is larger than the fourth preset time;
s352, judging whether P is less than or equal to PminOtherwise, the process proceeds to step S353, and if so, the process proceeds to step S354;
s353, controlling the steam generator (2) to work, enabling the steam generated by the steam generator (2) to enter the inner container (1) for steam washing, and judging whether P is less than or equal to P againminIf yes, go to step S354, otherwise, repeat step S353;

the first preset temperature is more than or equal to 80 ℃ and less than or equal to 110 ℃;
the second preset temperature is more than or equal to 170 ℃ and less than or equal to 200 ℃;
the third preset temperature is more than or equal to 270 ℃ and less than or equal to 300 ℃;
the fourth preset temperature is more than or equal to 370 ℃ and less than or equal to 400 ℃;
the fifth preset temperature is more than or equal to 520 ℃ and less than or equal to 550 ℃.
8. The self-cleaning control method of a cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the time for opening the first spray head (5) and/or the second spray head (6) to spray the inner surface of the inner container (1) is 10 to 30 minutes.
9. The self-cleaning control method of a cooking apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the step of starting the drying mode is specifically:
controlling the temperature of the inner container to be 80-120 ℃ for 5-20 minutes.
