Abstract
The invention relates to an improved coffee brewing device which comprises a machine body, wherein a nozzle is arranged on the machine body, a water separator used for receiving water discharged by the nozzle is further arranged on the machine body, a filter cup is arranged below the water separator, at least one water outlet nozzle facing the filter cup is arranged on the water separator, the water separator is provided with a driving mechanism used for driving the water separator to rotate, and the water discharging direction of the water outlet nozzle of the water separator is inclined relative to the vertical direction. The improved coffee brewing device has the advantages that the distance of the water column ejected by the inclined water outlet nozzle is from far to near along with the water quantity in the water separator and the water pressure from large to small, meanwhile, the water column of the water outlet nozzle forms a spiral brewing path on the filter cup by utilizing the rotation of the water separator, the structure is simple, the use is easy, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the path range of the brewing water column can be controlled by different water injection quantities so as to adapt to different coffee powder quantities, the elasticity in use is higher, and the user experience is better.

Technical Field

The structure and operation of the improved coffee brewing apparatus of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples:

If the nozzle 4 is communicated with the water separator 2 through a water pipe, and water is guided into the water separator 2 through the water pipe, the water outlet cross-sectional area of the water pipe is larger than that of the water outlet nozzle 7.
A controller (not shown) for controlling the water outlet time of the nozzle 4 is installed in the machine body 1, and the controller may be an MCU microprocessor or the like. A water pump (not shown) is disposed in the body 1 for pumping water from the nozzle 4, and the power of the water pump is controlled by the controller. The controller controls the desired brewing path by varying the water level in the water separator 2 by controlling the water outlet time of the nozzle 4 and/or the power of the water pump.
Wherein, the water outlet nozzle 7 can be positioned at the bottommost end of the water separator 2, and also can be positioned on the side wall of the water separator 2, etc. The water outlet nozzle 7 can be integrally formed with the water distributor 2, or the water outlet nozzle 7 and the water distributor 2 can be fixedly connected through welding, bonding, fasteners and the like. As shown in Figs. 3-4, spout 7 may also be pivotally connected to diverter 2 such that the distance of the path of water column 10 from spout 7 may vary depending on the size of filter bowl 3 and the amount of coffee grinds. Specifically, the water separator 2 is provided with a rotating hole 21, one end of the water outlet nozzle 7 is provided with a rotating head 71, the rotating head 71 is spherical, the spherical rotating head 71 is hollow, and the spherical rotating head 71 is communicated with the water outlet nozzle 7, so that water can be conveniently discharged. A thread surface structure or a rubber pad for increasing friction force is arranged between the rotating head 71 and the rotating hole 21, so that the position of the rotating head 21 after rotation can be positioned. No matter the water outlet nozzle 7 is fixedly or rotatably connected with the water separator 2, the range of the inclination angle of the water outlet direction of the water outlet nozzle 7 of the water separator 2 relative to the vertical direction is more than 0 degree and less than or equal to 90 degrees, and preferably, the range of the inclination angle of the water outlet direction of the water outlet nozzle 7 of the water separator 2 relative to the vertical direction is more than or equal to 30 degrees and less than or equal to 60 degrees.
The water separator 2 is rotatable and is provided with a drive mechanism for driving the water separator 2 to rotate. The driving mechanism comprises a driver 5, the driver 5 is installed on the machine body 1, and the driver 5 can be a speed regulating motor or a speed regulating motor and the like. The rotation speed of the driver 5 is controlled by the controller, and the rotation speed of the water separator 2 is further controlled by controlling the rotation speed, so that the brewing path of the water column 10 of the water separator 2 forms different spiral changes. The drive mechanism further comprises a transmission structure for transmitting the power of the drive 5 to the water separator, which transmission structure is connected between the drive 5 and the water separator 2. The transmission structure can be a synchronous belt or a transmission gear and the like. For example, a first gear 8 is formed on the periphery of the water separator 2, a second gear 6 is arranged on the machine body 1, the first gear 8 is meshed with the second gear 6, and the driver 5 drives the second gear 6 to rotate, so as to drive the first gear 8 to rotate, so that the water separator 2 rotates. Alternatively, a timing belt is connected between the water separator 2 and the drive shaft of the actuator 5.
As shown in figures 5-7, when the improved coffee brewing device is used, filter paper and coffee powder are placed in the filter cup 3, the driver 5 is started to rotate the water separator 2, the nozzle 4 injects hot water into the water separator 2, and when the water level is higher as the water amount in the water separator 2 is larger, the water pressure is higher, so that the water column 10 of the water outlet nozzle 7 of the water separator 2 is farther away; when the amount of water discharged from the water outlet nozzle 7 by the water in the water separator 2 is gradually reduced, the water level is gradually lowered, the water pressure is weakened, the distance of the water column 10 of the water outlet nozzle 7 is shortened, and the water column 10 of the water outlet nozzle 7 of the water separator 2 forms a spiral brewing path 13 on the filter cup 3 by combining the rotation of the water separator 2 and the gradual change of the water level in the water separator 2.

Claims (9)
1. The improved coffee brewing device comprises a machine body (1), wherein a nozzle (4) is arranged on the machine body (1), and the improved coffee brewing device is characterized in that a water distributor (2) used for receiving water discharged by the nozzle (4) is further arranged on the machine body (1), a filter cup (3) is arranged below the water distributor (2), at least one water outlet nozzle (7) facing the filter cup (3) is arranged on the water distributor (2), the water distributor (2) is provided with a driving mechanism used for driving the water distributor (2) to rotate, and the water outlet direction of the water outlet nozzle (7) of the water distributor (2) has an inclination angle relative to the vertical direction.
2. The improved coffee brewing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the nozzle (4) is located above the water separator (2), the water outlet cross-sectional area of the nozzle (4) is larger than the water outlet cross-sectional area of the water outlet nozzle (7) of the water separator (2).

7. The improved coffee brewing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said drive mechanism comprises a driver (5), the rotational speed of said driver (5) being controlled by said controller.

The improved coffee brewing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the drive mechanism further comprises a transmission structure for transmitting the power of the driver (5) to the water separator (2), the transmission structure being connected between the driver (5) and the water separator (2).
9. The improved coffee brewing apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein said transmission structure comprises a timing belt or at least one transmission gear.
