Description

Mushroom head type injection hook and fastening tape comprising same
The present application is a divisional application of the application entitled "mushroom head type injection hook and loop fastener including the same" in chinese application No. 201510880746.0, application date 2015, 12/3.
The technical field is as follows:
the present invention generally relates to mechanical fasteners. More particularly, the present invention relates to a mushroom head type injection hook and a fastening tape including the same.
Background art:
felt-and-loop fasteners are known as mechanical fasteners, such as hook-and-loop fasteners commonly known as "velcro". The felt-type fastener mainly comprises a hook tape (fastening tape) and a loop tape, wherein the hook tape comprises a plastic base material layer and a plurality of shot hooks formed on the surface of the base material layer, and the loop tape comprises a plurality of fabric loops for hooking with the shot hooks on the hook tape to provide a fastening effect. Mechanical fasteners in the form of felt-stick fasteners have been widely used in applications requiring separable bonding of two separate parts, such as in the related art of clothing, footwear, sporting goods, personal hygiene products (e.g., diapers), wire finishing, and the like, due to their easy felt-stick and separation characteristics.
Mushroom head type injection hooks are common hook types on known hook and loop fasteners. The conventional mushroom head type injection hook has a substantially cylindrical hook body portion and a substantially circular head portion formed at the tip end of the cylindrical hook body, as shown in fig. 1. However, when the mushroom-head type injection hook having a round head shape is engaged with a loop of a fabric, the round periphery thereof does not provide a protruding corner for engaging with the loop of the fabric, so that the effective engaging ratio of the hook member with the loop of the fabric is low, and the engaging force is insufficient. In addition, the round-head mushroom-head type injection hook can only form effective hooking when the fabric looped pile is completely sleeved into the round head, although the hooking can provide extremely reliable fastening, the hooked fabric looped pile is broken and damaged during separation, so that after the hook is used for a plurality of times, the fastening capacity of the fastening tape and the fabric looped pile is sharply reduced because the damaged proportion of the fabric looped pile is increased, even no fastening function exists, and the service life is too short.
In order to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages of the known round head mushroom head type injection hook, the present inventors have proposed an improved mushroom head type injection hook design in chinese taiwan patent No. I371247. This improved mushroom head type injection hook has a hook body portion in a substantially quadrangular prism shape and a head portion in a substantially octagonal shape, as shown in fig. 2. The polygonal head has the advantages that a plurality of protruding angles capable of effectively hooking with the fabric looped pile can be provided, the thread gluing rate of the fabric looped pile is improved, the thread gluing effect is continuous, the fabric looped pile cannot be damaged when the fabric looped pile is separated, and the service life of the thread gluing belt can be prolonged. Despite the foregoing advantages, there are deficiencies in the design of such polygonal mushroom-head type injection hooks. For example, the engagement ratio between the polygonal mushroom-head-shaped injection hooks and the loops is different in directionality, that is, the engagement ratio in the longitudinal direction is higher than the engagement ratio in the transverse direction. Further, since such a polygonal mushroom-head-shaped injection hook is engaged with a loop by using a fillet, the peel strength may be insufficient.
The invention content is as follows:
in view of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the known mushroom head type injection hooks, the inventors have triggered their motivation to improve the existing mushroom head type injection hooks. After long-term research and multiple attempts, the inventor of the present invention finally overcomes the difficulties and completes the invention which can effectively solve the disadvantages of the existing mushroom head type injection hook.
An object of the present invention is to provide a mushroom-head type injection hook which can obtain a more balanced effect in an engagement ratio and a peel strength. Further, another object of the present invention is to provide a mushroom head type ejection hook which has no significant directional difference in the engagement rate with the loop in the Machine Direction (MD) and in the Cross Direction (CD).
