As shown in fig. 13, the chip of fig. 13 is a dual channel PMOS transistor, and the model is: q1 SM2209BSQG, SSC8323GN2, two independent PMOSs are integrated inside the heater, the heater is controlled to work, pin 1 is the source S1 of PMOS1, pin 2 is the gate G1 of PMOS1, pin 3 is the drain D2 of PMOS2, pin 4 is the source S2 of PMOS2, pin 5 is the gate G2 of PMOS2, pin 6 is the drain D1 of PMOS1, R5 and R8 are pull-up resistors of 10K, in the initial state, P1 and P2 are both high level, when the single chip detects that the first group of microphone components or the second group of microphone components output level signals are input, the single chip carries out the level control of P1 and P2 according to the microphone component input source, the low level is turned on, the high level is turned off, the channel 1 or channel 2 heater is turned on to work, the single chip input detection of the microphone output level signals is carried out synchronously, the counting and timing are carried out, when the suction number of S600 of any heater reaches the set value, and when the number of the suction openings of the 2 nd heating assembly reaches a set value of 600S, the corresponding channel grid electrode becomes the high level, the heating channel is switched off, the heating assembly stops heating, the heating assembly is switched to another group to heat the heating assembly, the corresponding channel grid electrode becomes the high level, the heating channel is switched off, and the total suction time of the two groups is 1200S.
