A using method of a physical fresh-keeping device for tuber agricultural products specifically comprises the following steps,
s1: when the device is used, the tuber agricultural products are taken to remove partial branches, tender buds, damaged plants and the like during collection, then the stem agricultural products are placed in the funnel 33 and enter and are discharged through the feeding pipe 32, the cleaning motor 35 is started, the power shaft is rotated to drive the rotating rod 36 to rotate, the cleaning brush 37 repeatedly and uniformly cleans the surfaces of the stem agricultural products to remove silt, the cleaning motor 35 is closed after the silt is removed, the blanking valve 62 is opened to slide the stem agricultural products onto the conveying belt 25 through the conveying pipe 6, and simultaneously water containing the silt is discharged out of the conveying pipe 6 through a plurality of leakage holes;
s2: when the stem agricultural products slide onto the conveyor belt 25, the transmission machine 28 is started to enable the main roller 281 to rotate, the auxiliary roller 29 is driven to rotate through the belt 291, the auxiliary roller 29 rotates to drive the two groups of rotating gears 23 in the conveyor belt 25 to rotate, the chain rack 24 and the rotating gears 23 are meshed to operate, the conveyor belt 25 is driven to operate stably, and the tuber agricultural products are conveyed to the right side of the conveying pipe 6;
s3: at the moment, the feeding valve 63 is opened, the tuber agricultural products slide into the sterilizing box 41, the air pump 61 is started to enable the sterilizing box 41 to form a vacuum state, the feeding valve 63 is closed again to start the centrifugal motor 43 to enable the rotating shaft rod to rotate, so that the object carrying container 42 is driven to dehydrate the tuber agricultural products at the rotating speed, free water on the surfaces of the tuber agricultural products is removed to reduce harmful microorganisms, the water pump 49 is started to perform sterilization treatment, the alcohol 45 in the alcohol liquid box 44 is conveyed into the liquid spraying pipe 47 through the liquid conveying pipe 46, the liquid spraying pipe 47 sprays the alcohol 45 out through the plurality of spray nozzles 48, the spray nozzles 48 spray the alcohol 45 in an atomized state through the spray pipes 481, and the object carrying container 42 which rotates is matched to uniformly distribute and sterilize the tuber agricultural products;
s4: and opening the control valve 71, sliding the tuber agricultural products in the sterilizing box 41 into the vacuum packaging machine 5 through the sliding pipe 7, bagging the tuber agricultural products and completing vacuumizing, and performing secondary sterilization on the tuber agricultural products through the ultraviolet lamp 72 when the tuber agricultural products slide in the sliding pipe 7.
