Description

Information receiving method and device
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of mobile communications technologies, and in particular, to an information receiving method and apparatus.
Background
In a dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal, at the same time, a radio frequency resource cannot be used by two networks (corresponding to two communication cards, a main card and an auxiliary card for short) at the same time, and switching is required between the two cards. For example, the main card and the auxiliary card can be switched according to a specific mechanism at the mobile terminal side to ensure that the main card and the auxiliary card occupy radio frequency resources in turn to realize normal operation of non-instant messaging services, such as short messages and multimedia messages.
For example, when a user uses a specific application through the primary card, it is also necessary to ensure that the data service of the secondary card is normal, and the radio frequency resource is still switched between the primary card and the secondary card. When the radio frequency resource is switched to the secondary card, if the secondary card does not have new non-instant communication service data for receiving, the radio frequency resource is switched to the main card within a specified time, and under the condition, because the time length of the radio frequency resource occupied by the secondary card is very short, about 0.5ms, the use of the main card is not influenced. This is also the case when the user uses a particular application via the secondary card.
However, if the radio frequency resource is switched to the secondary card, the secondary card has non-instant communication service data available for receiving, and the amount of the non-instant communication service data is large, the radio frequency resource will be occupied by the secondary card for a long time to complete the receiving of the data, and at this time, the use of the primary card will be affected. The user experience can be very poor if the particular application used by the master card has very high network latency requirements.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present application more obvious and understandable, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In the existing dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal, radio frequency resources are switched between the main card and the auxiliary card to ensure the normal data service of the main card and the auxiliary card, for example, the main card and the auxiliary card occupy the radio frequency resources in turn to receive data such as short messages and multimedia messages. When a specific application, such as a game application, is used by the main card, if non-instant communication service data such as short messages and multimedia messages are received by the auxiliary card, game experience is affected, and the card pause is caused, if the data volume of the non-instant communication service data such as the short messages and the multimedia messages is large, the time that the auxiliary card occupies radio frequency resources is longer to receive the data, so that the delay of the main card network is increased, a user exits from a game seriously, and the user experience is seriously affected.
In order to reduce the time delay of a network corresponding to one communication card of a dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal caused by the fact that the other communication card receives non-instant communication service data because the one communication card occupies radio frequency resources, an embodiment of the present application provides an information receiving method, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101, in the process that a first communication card occupies radio frequency resources of a mobile terminal and accesses to a mobile network to respond to network communication requirements of a first application in real time, obtaining paging information aiming at a second communication card, wherein the paging information indicates the mobile terminal to establish a service channel to obtain data of a service center;
step 102, stopping responding to the paging information, so that the second communication card does not occupy the radio frequency resource of the mobile terminal to obtain the data of the service center through a mobile network;
step 103, when the network communication requirement of the first application is stopped, controlling the second communication card to occupy the radio frequency resource of the mobile terminal to obtain the data of the service center through the mobile network.
In the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal, for any communication card, when the radio frequency resource is switched to the current communication card, the modem of the mobile terminal monitors the paging message sent to the communication card from the network side, and when the paging message is monitored, the mobile terminal responds to the network to establish a service channel with the network side for data transmission. In the embodiment of the present application, the data may refer to non-instant messaging service data.
In this embodiment of the present application, configuration may be performed on a mobile terminal side, in a process in which a first communication card occupies a radio frequency resource of a mobile terminal and accesses a mobile network to respond to a network communication requirement of a first application in real time (that is, in a process in which the first communication card uses the first application, the first application may be an application having a high requirement on network delay, or an application having a high importance for a user, which is not limited in this application), when a paging message sent to a second communication card is monitored, the second communication card stops responding to the paging message (that is, does not temporarily respond to the paging message), so that a traffic channel cannot be established, and the second communication card does not occupy the radio frequency resource and obtain corresponding non-instant communication service data through the mobile network.
In the embodiment of the present application, the sender of the non-instant Messaging Service data may be a Service center, the non-instant Messaging Service data may be a Short Message Service (SMS) or a multimedia message Service, and the Service center may be a Short Messaging Service (SMS) platform.
When the network communication requirement of the first application is determined to be suspended, for example, the first application is closed, the first application is hidden, a specific page in the first application is closed, and the like, the second communication card can be controlled to occupy the radio frequency resource to obtain the non-instant communication service data through the mobile network.
In an example, in the step 101, the process of determining that the first communication card occupies the radio frequency resource of the mobile terminal to access to the mobile network to respond to the network communication requirement of the first application in real time may be implemented as follows:
a first listening service for a first communication card may be initiated, and a first specific event may be monitored by the listening service, and if the first specific event is monitored, it may be determined that the first communication card is responding to a network communication requirement of a first application, where the first specific event may be: the first application is opened, the first application sends and receives data packets with a frequency reaching a specific frequency, a specific page of the first application is opened and/or a specific thread of the first application is opened, etc. Wherein, suppose the first application is a game with higher requirement on network delay: the specific page of the first application is opened to a game page in the game application (i.e. a game is started), and the specific thread opening of the first application is opened to a thread corresponding to a game in the game application (i.e. a game is started); in the game process, the frequency of receiving and sending data packets of the game application is high, and when the frequency of monitoring the receiving and sending data packets reaches a specific frequency, the game application can be determined to be in the game process.
In one example, the step 103 of determining that the network communication requirement of the first application is suspended may be implemented by:
a second listening service for the first access card may be initiated, and a second specific event may be monitored by the listening service, and if the second specific event is monitored, it may be determined that the network communication requirement of the first application is terminated, where the second specific event may be: the first application is closed, the first application is hidden, a specific page in the first application is closed, the frequency of transceiving data packets by the first application does not reach a specific frequency and/or a specific thread in the first application ends, etc.
Wherein, suppose the first application is a game with higher requirement on network delay:
when the game application is monitored to be closed or hidden, considering that the network requirement of the application is stopped;
the specific page in the first application can be a game play page, and when the game play page is closed, namely, one game play is finished, the network communication requirement of the application is stopped;
in the game process, the frequency of receiving and sending data packets of the game application is higher, the frequency of receiving and sending data packets of the application can be monitored, and if the frequency does not reach a specific frequency, the fact that the network communication requirement of the application is stopped when the application is not in the game process can be determined;
if the thread corresponding to one game is monitored to be finished, namely one game is finished, the network communication requirement of the application is considered to be suspended.
In addition, in a game, if the player exits from the game, and the player can continue to watch the progress of the game, and at this time, it can also be considered that the network communication requirement of the application is suspended, then the operation instruction corresponding to the player operation can be monitored, for example, when the player view angle switching operation instruction is monitored (the instruction can indicate that the player switches the game view angle to another player when watching the game), it can be considered that the network communication requirement of the application is in the process; when the monitored frequency of the touch screen operation of the player does not reach a specific frequency, the network communication requirement of the application can be considered, because if the player always watches the progress of the game, the player may not perform any operation in the period, or only does a simple click operation, and the touch screen operation such as clicking, sliding and the like does not occur as frequently as in the game.
The first listening service and the second listening service may be different services or may be the same service.
In the above scheme, since only the paging message is received and the paging channel (i.e., the traffic channel) is not established, and the non-instant communication service data is not received, the time occupied by the process of only receiving the paging message is very short, which can be ignored, and is the same as the time length of the second communication card occupying the radio frequency resource when the paging message is not monitored, so that the time delay caused by the time delay has no influence on the first communication card network, and the use of the first application is not influenced. When the network communication requirement of the first application is determined to be suspended, the mobile terminal can be controlled to acquire the non-instant communication service data again through the second communication card. Therefore, the user experience of the first application is guaranteed, and the non-instant communication service data of the second communication card is also guaranteed to be received.
In an example of the present application, an information receiving method is further provided, as shown in fig. 2, including:
step 101, in the process that a first communication card occupies radio frequency resources of a mobile terminal and accesses to a mobile network to respond to network communication requirements of a first application in real time, obtaining paging information aiming at a second communication card, wherein the paging information indicates the mobile terminal to establish a service channel to obtain data of a service center;
the implementation of this step is as described above and will not be described here.
Step 201, determining a service type corresponding to the paging message;
step 202, when the service type corresponding to the paging message is a specific service type, stopping responding to the paging message;
it should be noted that, in practical applications, when the mobile terminal monitors the paging message sent to the second communication card through the second communication card network, the mobile terminal may monitor the paging message of multiple service types, where the service types may be, for example, service types such as short message, multimedia message, system message, and the like. The paging messages that need to be responded and do not need to be responded can be determined according to the importance degree of the service types, for example, one or more service types with lower importance degrees can be determined as a specific service type, and when the service type of the received paging message belongs to the range of the specific service type, the response to the paging message is stopped.
Step 203, recording the paging message.
In this example, the paging message may be recorded when it is determined to abort a response paging message. For example, it may be recorded in a system file of the modem.
Based on this, in the step 103, the implementation process of controlling the second communication card to occupy the radio frequency resource of the mobile terminal to obtain the data of the service center through the mobile network is as follows:
step 204, when the network communication requirement of the first application is terminated, triggering the second communication card to occupy the radio frequency resource of the mobile terminal and send a Tracking Area Update (TAU) message to a service center through a mobile network according to the recorded paging message, so that the service center sends the paging message to the mobile terminal aiming at the second communication card again;
step 205, after the paging information for the second communication card is obtained again, responding to the obtained paging information, so that the mobile terminal establishes a traffic channel to obtain data of the service center.
When the network communication requirement of the first application is suspended, the data sent to the second communication card can be actively acquired:
firstly, searching whether a recorded paging message exists in a system file of a modem, if so, indicating that the network side sends data to a second communication card but does not successfully receive the data, then, actively switching a radio frequency resource to the second communication card, triggering the modem to send a TAU message (carrying a second communication card identifier) to the service center at the network side so as to inform the service center that the mobile terminal is available, and after receiving the TAU message, the service center resends the paging message to the mobile terminal (the second communication card). If a recorded paging message is not found, then subsequent TAUs may not be sent.
It should be noted that there may be a plurality of recorded paging messages, for example, the service center sends the first paging message to the second communication card, and if no response is received, the service center sends the first paging message again until the predetermined number of times is reached, and if no response is received, the service center may determine that the mobile terminal (identified as the second communication card) is not available, and stop sending the paging message to the second communication card. Accordingly, the service center can be informed that the mobile terminal is available through the TAU message, so that the service center can resend the paging message to the mobile terminal.
Of course, the TAU message may be directly sent to the service center without performing the above-mentioned operation of searching the system file to the modem for the presence of the recorded paging message.
After receiving the TAU message, the service center may have data that has not been successfully sent before, or may have new data, and both need to be sent to the second communication card, so that the paging message of the corresponding service type may be sent to the second communication card one by one for the service type of the data that needs to be sent.
Secondly, after the mobile terminal obtains the paging information aiming at the second communication card again, the mobile terminal responds to the paging information according to the normal service flow, establishes a service channel with the service center and obtains the data from the service center.
The above process is illustrated below by a specific example:
assume that the first communication card is a primary card, the second communication card is a secondary card, and the first application is a game
1. Starting a monitoring service aiming at the main card;
2. the listening service listens for a first specific event: the game is opened and the game's game-play page is opened;
3. the modem monitors the paging message sent to the secondary card by the service center, determines the service type of the paging message as a multimedia message and belongs to a specific service type, and stops responding to the paging message;
4. recording the paging message in a system file of the modem;
5. the listening service listens for a second specific event: the game is closed;
6. switching the radio frequency resource to the auxiliary card;
7. searching the recorded paging message in a system file of a modem;
8. triggering the modem to send a TAU message to the service center through the secondary card;
9. monitoring the paging message sent by the service center, sending a response message of the paging message to the service center, establishing a service channel between the mobile terminal and the service center, and receiving the multimedia message sent by the service center.
In the embodiment of the present application, after the data of the service center is received again, the radio frequency resource can be switched between the two communication cards according to the original switching mechanism.
In order to implement the above information receiving method, as shown in fig. 3, an example of the present application provides an information receiving apparatus, which is applicable to a dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal, and includes:
an obtaining module 10, configured to obtain paging information for a second communication card in a process that a first communication card occupies a radio frequency resource of a mobile terminal and accesses a mobile network to respond to a network communication requirement of a first application in real time, where the paging information indicates that the mobile terminal establishes a traffic channel to obtain data of a service center;
a message processing module 20, configured to suspend responding to the paging message, so that the second communication card does not occupy the radio frequency resource of the mobile terminal to obtain data of the service center through a mobile network;
a control module 30, configured to control the second communication card to occupy the radio frequency resource of the mobile terminal to obtain the data of the service center through a mobile network when the network communication requirement of the first application is suspended.
In an example, the message processing module 20 is further configured to determine a service type corresponding to the paging message; and when the service type corresponding to the paging message is a specific service type, stopping responding to the paging message.
In one example, the message processing module 20 is further configured to record the paging message when the response to the paging message is suspended;
in an example, the control module 30 is further configured to trigger the second communication card to occupy a radio frequency resource of a mobile terminal and send a TAU message to a service center through a mobile network according to the recorded paging message, so that the service center sends paging information to the mobile terminal for the second communication card again;
in one example, the obtaining module 10 is further configured to retrieve paging information for a second communication card;
in one example, the message processing module 20 is further configured to, in response to the retrieved paging message, enable the mobile terminal to establish a traffic channel to obtain data of a service center.
In one example, the information receiving apparatus further includes:
the first monitoring module 40 is configured to determine that the first communication card occupies the radio frequency resource of the mobile terminal and accesses the mobile network to respond to the network communication requirement of the first application in real time when monitoring an event that represents that the first communication card occupies the radio frequency resource of the mobile terminal and accesses the mobile network to respond to the network communication requirement of the first application in real time.
A second monitoring module 50, configured to determine that the network communication requirement of the first application is suspended when an event that characterizes that the network communication requirement of the first application is suspended is monitored.
In the above scheme, since only the paging message is received and no response is made, that is, no traffic channel is established and no non-instant communication traffic data is received, the time occupied by the process of only receiving the paging message is very short and can be ignored, which is the same as the time of the second communication card occupying the radio frequency resource when the paging message is not monitored, so that the time delay caused by the time delay has no influence on the first communication card network and the use of the first application is not influenced; meanwhile, the prompt of non-instant messaging such as short messages, multimedia messages and the like cannot be received, so that the influence on the first application operation is avoided; when the network communication requirement of the first application is determined to be suspended, the mobile terminal can be controlled to acquire the non-instant communication service data again through the second communication card. Therefore, the user experience of the first application is guaranteed, and any service data of the second communication card cannot be missed.
