Abstract
The invention provides a centering disk and a loudspeaker provided with the centering disk, wherein the centering disk comprises a main body part and dustproof oil arranged on the main body part; wherein the dustproof oil is arranged on the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the main body part; alternatively, the dustproof oil is impregnated into the entire body portion. The dust absorption capacity can be enhanced, and the dustproof effect and the air permeability of the centering support sheet can be improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of acoustoelectric products, in particular to a centering disk and a loudspeaker provided with the centering disk.
Background
With the rapid development of science and technology, the popularity of audio equipment is higher and higher, and people's requirements on audio equipment are not limited to the playing of audio, and also put forward more and higher requirements on the reliability of audio equipment. In audio equipment, a speaker or a loudspeaker is a commonly used electronic component, which is mainly used for playing audio signals, and the reliability of the electronic component directly affects the function of the audio equipment with the speaker or the loudspeaker.
The existing loudspeaker is used as a common electroacoustic transducer for converting electric energy into sound energy and mainly comprises a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system and an auxiliary system. The vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm, a voice coil, a centering support piece and the like; the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnet, a washer, a magnetic yoke and the like; the auxiliary system comprises a front cover, a shell, a lead-out wire and the like.
The centering support piece is used as one of the structural parts of the loudspeaker, and mainly has the functions of ensuring the correct position of the voice coil in the magnetic gap, keeping the vibration system to reciprocate only along the axial direction when the voice coil is stressed, providing the elastic force when the vibration system reciprocates, and determining the resonance frequency of the loudspeaker together with the vibration diaphragm and the voice coil of the vibration system.
Currently, the centering buttresses usually need to achieve good breathability by increasing the yarn gaps of the centering buttresses; meanwhile, in order to prevent foreign matter dust from entering the magnetic gap, the yarn gap of the centering support piece cannot be too large, so that the two yarn gaps are contradictory; therefore, the displacement of the centering disk needs to be adjusted by manually adjusting the density, the thickness and the like of the centering disk for multiple times, the adjusting mode is limited, and the effect is not obvious.
Therefore, there is a need for a damper that has good air permeability and dust-proof capability.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a damper and a speaker having the damper, so as to solve the contradiction between the air permeability and the dustproof performance of the conventional damper.
The invention provides a centering support piece, which comprises a main body part and dustproof oil arranged on the main body part; wherein the dustproof oil is arranged on the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the main body part; alternatively, the dustproof oil is impregnated into the entire body portion.
In addition, the preferable technical proposal is that the main body part adopts fiber materials; fibrous materials include synthetic fibers, natural fibers, and inorganic fibers.
In addition, the preferable technical proposal is that the synthetic fiber comprises polyester fiber and polyaramide fiber, and the natural fiber comprises plant fiber and animal fiber; inorganic fibers include asbestos and glass fibers.

By utilizing the centering branch piece and the loudspeaker provided with the centering branch piece, the surface or the whole of the centering branch piece is subjected to oil immersion treatment to form an oily centering branch piece, so that the adsorption capacity of the centering branch piece on dust can be increased, and the dustproof effect is improved; meanwhile, the air permeability of the centering disk can be improved, the heat dissipation effect of the loudspeaker and the smoothness of a vibration system are further improved, the air pressure balance of the two sides of the centering disk is improved when the loudspeaker works, and the like.

In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in block diagram form in order to facilitate describing one or more embodiments.
In order to describe the present invention in detail with respect to a damper and a speaker provided with the damper, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 and 2 show schematic structures of a centering chip according to an embodiment of the present invention from different angles, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2 together, the damper 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a main body 11 and a dust-proof oil provided on the main body 11; wherein, the dustproof oil can be arranged on the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the main body part 11 to form an upper surface attached oil 12 and/or a lower surface attached oil 13; alternatively, the dust-proof oil may be impregnated into the entire structure of the main body 11, that is, the oil may be applied to both the inside and the surface of the main body 11, thereby forming the oily damper 1 having excellent air permeability and dust-proof performance.
The main body 11 of the centering chip 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be made of a fiber material, which further includes synthetic fibers, natural fibers, inorganic fibers, and the like.
Specifically, the synthetic fibers include, but are not limited to, polyester fibers and polyaramide fibers, and the natural fibers include, but are not limited to, plant fibers such as cotton fibers, hemp fibers, wood fibers, and the like, and animal fibers such as silk, and the like; the inorganic fibers include but are not limited to asbestos and glass fibers, and the adoption of the fiber material can not only improve the structural strength of the centering disk 1, but also effectively adsorb dustproof oil, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the air permeability and the dustproof property of the centering disk.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the dustproof oil can be vegetable oil or other oily liquid such as mineral oil.
As a specific example, the dust-proof oil may be provided on the main body portion 11 using a corresponding oil immersion device, for example, a painting tool is used to paint the dust-proof oil on the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the main body portion 11; alternatively, the dust-proof oil is sprayed on the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the body 11 by using a spraying tool.
In addition, in order to ensure uniformity of the oil layer and uniformity of the immersion depth in the main body portion 11, the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the main body portion 11 is subjected to a pressing process by a pressure maintaining device in the process that the dustproof oil is provided on the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the main body portion 11; in the process of immersing the dustproof oil in the entire main body portion 11, the entire main body portion 11 can be immersed in the dustproof oil, and the dustproof oil can be surely immersed in the main body portion 11.
Due to the characteristics of the dustproof oil, the hardness and elasticity of the centering disk can be adjusted by adjusting the viscosity and the using amount of the dustproof oil, so that more selection modes are provided for adjusting the deflection of the centering disk during the design of a loudspeaker, in the centering disk provided by the embodiment of the invention, the viscosity range of the dustproof oil can be set to be 50-100 cst (20 ℃), and the density range of the dustproof oil is 0.6-0.9 g/cm3The freezing point and the boiling point of the dustproof oil are not more than-50 degrees and not less than 200 degrees.
It can be known that, aiming at the centering branch piece with different materials or different production requirements, the parameters of the dustproof oil can be automatically adjusted, and are not limited to specific values.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when the dustproof oil is provided on the upper/lower surface of the main body portion 11, the following two conditions are satisfied:

It can be seen from the above embodiments that the centering sheet and the speaker provided with the centering sheet provided by the invention have the following advantages:
1. on the premise of the same air permeability, the dustproof effect of the centering support sheet can be effectively improved, and the dust adsorption capacity is increased;
2. the oily centering disk can ensure the dustproof effect and simultaneously improve the air permeability of the centering disk, thereby improving the heat dissipation effect and the smoothness of a vibration system of the loudspeaker and the balance of air pressure on two sides of the centering disk when the loudspeaker works;
3. the hardness and elasticity of the centering disk can be adjusted by adjusting the viscosity and the dosage of the dustproof oil, and more choices are provided for adjusting the deflection of the centering disk during the design of the loudspeaker.
