Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The terminology used in the embodiments of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used in the examples of the present invention and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, and "a plurality" typically includes at least two.
It should be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein is merely one type of association that describes an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship.
It is also noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a good or system that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such good or system. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a commodity or system that includes the element.
In some comprehensive internet platforms, a plurality of business applications are often included. When a user selects an application, the user needs to register a corresponding service account on a required application platform. In the subsequent business development process, with the increase of business application types, a plurality of different accounts of the same user need to be managed, so that the management cost is increased, and the workload of management workers is increased. For example, when a user wants to log off related user information on the internet platform, after the user initiates a log-off request, related interfaces are called from each service platform to check the registration state and the asset state of the user in each service platform, then check results fed back by each service platform are summarized, after the multi-step tedious operation, whether the user can allow log-off can be determined, and if not, the user needs to repeat the above steps after the user completes related asset legalization operation to complete the log-off operation completely. Therefore, the management work of the user and the service account of the multi-service application in the same internet platform is still tedious. Therefore, the present application provides a solution that can solve the above-mentioned tedious log-off of multiple service accounts.
For ease of understanding, the service account deregistration method is specifically exemplified below. In the following embodiments, the hypothetical user may be a caregiver that needs to recruit a caregiver, or who is able to provide services, although in some cases the user may have dual identities, either a service recruiter or another service provider.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for logging out a service account according to an embodiment of the present application, and is applied to a server, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
101: and acquiring a service account logout request.
102: and determining at least one service to be verified in a service resource pool, which has an association relation with the user information, according to the user information carried in the service account logout request.
103: and executing service account logout operation according to the verification result of the service to be verified.
In practical application, the request for canceling the service account may refer to canceling the account for a certain service platform, or may refer to canceling the account for the user. For the account logout that the user wants to perform, the user needs to log out the related service accounts registered on each service platform.
The user sends out the service account logout request, for example, a logout request is initiated by a client (APP) of the user's mobile phone or computer, and the logout request is sent to a server of the internet platform. The service account logout request carries user information in addition to corresponding service account information, and the user information can be represented by a code in the request.
A business resource pool as referred to herein is a server or functional unit for storing and managing information related to users and corresponding business assets. If the user has a plurality of business accounts, the user information is associated with the business accounts and then stored in the business resource pool, and meanwhile, the related information of the business assets corresponding to the business accounts is also needed to be associated. After the association is completed, all the business accounts associated with the user can be accurately and quickly found through the user information, and other business accounts under the user name can also be accurately and quickly found through one business account. After the service account is found, the service asset information corresponding to the service account can be acquired from the service resource pool. By completing the association work of the user information, the business account numbers and the business assets in the business resource pool, the work efficiency of the work of searching and tracing the business assets, asset management, asset logout and the like can be effectively improved, the asset management is simpler and more efficient, and the complex calling and checking operations of calling corresponding business party interfaces and the like by each business account number are not needed any more.
In one or more embodiments of the present application, determining, according to user information carried in the service account logout request, at least one service to be verified that has an association relationship with the user information includes: determining at least one service account number having an association relation with the user information according to the user information carried in the service account number logout request; and determining services to be verified in the service resource pool, which correspond to the at least one service account respectively.
Since the business applications are independent of each other, asset management, account management, etc. of the business applications are also independent. However, the service applications all belong to the same internet platform, so that the related information of each service application can be uniformly managed through a service resource pool in the internet platform. As described above, a plurality of service accounts associated with user information are stored in the service resource pool, and each service account establishes a corresponding relationship with the user information, so that when a service account logout request is obtained, the user information carried in the request is obtained first, and then other service accounts having an association relationship can be determined simply and quickly according to the user information. And then the server checks and checks one by one according to the service account numbers. The simplified response cancellation request, the operation process of service verification execution, and the unified authorization to the service resource pool to complete the business information unification and management work.
In one or more embodiments of the present application, before determining at least one service account having an association relationship with the user information, the method further includes: and when the user registers the service account, associating and storing a plurality of service accounts and service assets corresponding to the same user information in the service resource pool.
It should be noted that the establishment of the association relationship between the service account and the user information may be divided into two ways. One is that before the service resource pool is established, a plurality of service applications exist, and each application has a plurality of service accounts, and the existing service accounts can be associated with corresponding user information and then stored in the service resource management pool. The other is that a service resource pool is established in advance, when a service application is newly established or a new service account number is registered, whether other service account numbers of the user exist in the current service resource pool is firstly confirmed, and if the other service account numbers exist, the new service account number is associated with the user information in the service resource pool; if not, the user information also needs to be registered, and then the user information is associated with the new service account and stored in the service resource pool. As can be seen from the foregoing, the service resource pool contains information related to services, such as each service application, a service account of each registered user, and a service asset, and by pre-establishing an association relationship between user information and a service account in the service resource pool, searching or checking service-related information for each service application is avoided.
In one or more embodiments, before performing a service account logout operation according to a check result of the service to be checked, the method further includes: determining asset states of service assets corresponding to the plurality of service accounts respectively; and if the asset state contains the non-liquidated negative asset, sending an illegal asset identifier to a corresponding user so that the user can carry out legalization processing on the corresponding business asset.
In practical applications, there may be both positive and negative assets that are not cleared. And if the asset states respectively corresponding to the plurality of business accounts contain non-cleared assets, sending a prompt asset identifier to the corresponding user. The handling of non-liquidated positive assets includes completing positive asset liquidation, or the user may choose to abandon positive asset liquidation. And in response to the fact that the user finishes positive asset clearing or abandons clearing information, performing logout operation on at least one service account corresponding to the user information.
Although a plurality of business applications belong to the same internet platform, the business applications are independent from each other, that is, the management of the business assets of the business applications is independent from each other (of course, in some scenarios, some business assets between the business applications can be used with each other, for example, a voucher of a business application can be applied to a business application B). However, the asset information and the asset state of the business asset are associated with the business account and stored in the business resource pool, so that the business account and the business asset state can be fully known through the business resource pool, and further, the asset verification and the business account logout can be simply and rapidly completed without complex verification work of a business application party.
It should be noted that the business assets may include valuable assets that the user charges (e.g., the user actually charges the amount), vouchers, points, user grades, and so on. The business asset status includes: positive assets, negative assets, and legitimate assets. The positive asset can be understood as belonging to all assets of a user, for example, a user recharge balance, which needs to be extracted by the user when the service account is logged off, or the user actively chooses to give up to legalize the positive asset. The negative assets referred to herein can be understood as assets attributed to business applications or internet platforms, such as guarantees, deposits, etc., paid by the business applications for the users, which require the users to pay the business application parties, or the business application parties have been refunded to the guarantees or deposits, which legalize the negative assets. The legal assets are easy to understand, and usually the legal assets are zero, namely the assets are in an asset state that a user and a service application are not mutually owed; some legal assets refer to assets belonging to the business application side, but can be given to the user for use, such as voucher, if the user uses the assets, the user belongs to the user, if the user uses the assets, the user belongs to the business application side; when the service account is cancelled, the service application party can have full authority to process without user intervention.
In practical applications, not only the negative assets but also the positive assets need to be legalized. Typically, the legitimization of the assets in these two states needs to be done simultaneously. For ease of understanding, the various types of business asset legalization are illustrated separately below.
For example, if the asset status is that the negative asset is not cleared, the server sends an illegal asset identifier to the corresponding user, and the user can see the illegal asset identifier through the client, for example, the identifier may be "please pay the platform to pay the deposit XX yuan" or "wait for the deposit to refund". If the user pays the deposit paid by the business application party through the client, the user completes the legalization processing on the changed business assets.
For example, if the asset status is that the asset is not cleared, the server sends an illegal asset identifier to the corresponding user, and the user can see the illegal asset identifier through the client, for example, the identifier may be "there is a charging balance XX element, please apply for refund or abandon refund". If the user applies for and finishes refund, the user realizes the legal treatment of the business assets.
In some cases, the positive and negative assets can be processed simultaneously and offset each other, for example, if the user has a top-up balance of 50 yuan, and the service application pays a deposit for the user of 50 yuan, the positive and negative assets can be offset when the user is allowed (or notified) so as to realize the legalization processing of the positive and negative assets. This is more efficient.
In one or more embodiments of the present application, according to a verification result of the service to be verified, performing a service account logout operation, including: and if the asset states corresponding to the plurality of business account numbers are all cleared assets, performing logout operation on at least one business account number corresponding to the user information.
In practical application, if a user wants to complete service account logout, especially if the user completely logs out all services of an internet platform, all assets of the user need to be checked, and all asset states are finished with asset clearing, in other words, service assets of each service account corresponding to the user information are legal assets, and the service account of the user can be logged out. And sending the logout result to the client of the user.
In one or more embodiments of the present application, before performing a service account logout operation according to a verification result of the service to be verified, the method further includes: determining service order execution states corresponding to a plurality of service accounts respectively; and if the executed service order exists, terminating the asset verification of the service to be verified.
In practical applications, there may be some other situations that do not allow the service account to log out, for example, the current service account still has an executing service order. If the user is an employer and wants to log off the account, a nurse currently fulfills the order and works at the home of the user, and when the user makes a request for logging off the account, the related actions of logging off the service account are prohibited, and the property of the service to be checked is not required to be checked. Each order execution state can also be stored in the service resource pool in a correlated manner, so that the cancellation work of the service account can be simply and quickly completed by using the service resource pool.
For ease of understanding, the multi-service account deregistration diagram is specifically illustrated below. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an exemplary service account deregistration process according to an embodiment of the present application. As can be seen from fig. 2, a service resource pool is established at the server, and all service accounts associated with the user, asset details of each service account, asset statuses, and the like are stored in the resource pool in an associated manner. When a user initiates a service account logout request, the service terminal searches the corresponding user information and other associated service accounts, service assets, asset states and the like from the service resource pool. The server and each service application are not required to call related service asset information, asset state information and the like. And if the multi-service assets are verified to be illegal assets or become legal assets after being processed by the user, the logout of the service account can be completed.
