[ embodiment ]
[ 1 ] an example of a providing system ]
Next, an example of the providing system according to the embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a diagram showing an example of a providing system according to the embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the providing system 1 has a user terminal 10 and a providing apparatus 100.
The user terminal 10 according to the embodiment is an information processing device used by a user. The user terminal 10 is, for example, a smart phone, a tablet terminal, a notebook PC (Personal Computer), a desktop PC, a mobile phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), or the like. In the present embodiment, the user terminal 10 is assumed to be a smartphone.
The providing apparatus 100 according to the embodiment is realized by, for example, a server apparatus, a cloud system, or the like. Specifically, the providing apparatus 100 determines the attribute of the user relating to pregnancy or childbirth based on the user's answer to the question relating to the development of the child. Also, the providing apparatus 100 selects the providing information to be provided to the user based on the attribute. Then, the providing apparatus 100 provides the user with the provided information.
[ 1-1. about information contents provided by the provision system ]
Here, the providing system 1 shown in fig. 1 provides the user with development information, which is information on the development of the child, such as pregnancy, childbirth, or child care, via the user terminal 10. For example, the providing system 1 provides, as the development information, a text explaining foods which are preferably taken at the time of pregnancy, exercise recommended at the time of pregnancy, a method of alleviating vomiting, and the like. The providing system 1 provides, as the development information, contribution information, which is information on the development of the child and is given by each user, such as a behavior capable of reducing the content such as pregnancy and vomiting, and preferably, the food. In addition, the development of the child as referred to herein includes pregnancy, childbirth, nurturing, and the like. For example, the development of a child includes items related to a fetus, the growth of the child, items related to a person associated with labor, and the like, for example, items related to not only a fetus during pregnancy and labor, but also a parent including a mother, a care giver performing nursing, a care giver, and the like. For example, the development of a child also includes information on pregnancy and vomiting, which are changes in the state of the body of the mother during pregnancy.
In addition to such articles and posting information, for example, advertisements, various information, and the like relating to products, services (for example, kindergartens, infant theme parks, and temporary escrow of infants) such as baby products for baby such as baby diapers, baby bottles, milk powder, and bands, products used by pregnant users such as maternity clothes, various products relating to the development of children such as infant clothes, toys, and the like can be provided as the development information.
In addition, the provided development information may include enterprise information content such as articles, contribution information, and the like registered by the enterprise. Here, the enterprise information content is information content such as a document registered by various enterprises, and is, for example, a document or a contribution related to a product or a service provided by an enterprise. Further, the business information content may be, for example, information content including a link to web information content related to a product, a service of a business, an advertisement image set with the link, and including information related to the development of children.
In addition, the provision system 1 has a function of managing development information using information content called notes. For example, the note is information content generated for each group consisting of attributes of users and users, and is information content for managing information desired by the users by aggregating various articles and posting information posted by the users. For example, the note includes a summary of the user's experience, what the user wants to do, what should be done, and the like, on a defined topic.
For example, the providing apparatus 100 accepts designation of information registered in a note from a user at the 15 th week of pregnancy. For example, the providing apparatus 100 associates the note with the article selected by the user among various articles, the posting information selected by the user among posting information such as experience posted by other users, and the like, and the information selected by the user among the information delivered to the service provided by the providing apparatus 100. When the user views the note, the providing apparatus 100 provides the information associated with the note in a state of being added to the note. That is, the note is a function of a scrapbook in which various information related to nurturing is registered. Note that the providing apparatus 100 may add various lists (for example, tasks such as things the user wants to do), information, and the like input by the user to the note.
Then, the providing apparatus 100 makes a note open by the operation of the user, or makes a note open when a predetermined condition is satisfied. For example, when the user performs a note disclosure operation, or when the user changes from the week 15 to the week 16 of pregnancy (that is, when the condition of the user's time has changed), the provision apparatus 100 associates the user attribute with the note and sets the note in the disclosure state. As a result, the provision device 100 provides the public note to another user having similar attributes to the note.
[ 1-2 ] outlines of processing performed by a providing system ]
Next, an outline of processing executed by the providing apparatus 100 will be described in accordance with a flow with reference to fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a diagram showing an outline of providing processing executed by the providing apparatus 100 according to the embodiment. First, as shown in fig. 2, in the providing apparatus 100, the user U2 and the user U3 receive various information contents such as development information such as experience and notes using the user terminals 12 and 13, and register the information contents in a predetermined storage device (step S1).
Next, the providing apparatus 100 provides the user terminal 11 used by the user U1 with various information contents and questions about the development of children (step S2). More specifically, the providing apparatus 100 transmits information content selected from among various information contents based on attributes of the user U1 relating to the development of children. For example, in the case where the user U1 is pregnant for week 10, the providing apparatus 100 provides an article including information useful for a pregnant woman of week 10, contribution information contributed by other users of week 10 of pregnancy, and the like. Also, the providing apparatus 100 provides information content and provides a problem having a correlation with the provided information content. For example, in the case where the information content is information content relating to eating habits of children, the providing apparatus 100 provides the information content relating to eating habits of children to the user, and provides information such as "food that children like? "and the like, which are contents having a correlation with the provided information contents. In this manner, the providing apparatus 100 transmits the information content and transmits the question, thereby enabling the user to answer the question after confirming the information content. In addition, the provision apparatus 100 enables the user to answer the question in a manner that has a clearer image of the question. For example, the providing apparatus 100 provides a general article about the obstetric table and provides "the type of the obstetric table you are looking for is? "such a problem can prompt the user to select the type of the user on the basis of the image of looking for the delivery yard.
In addition, providing the apparatus 100 may also provide a number of issues. For example, it may be that the providing apparatus 100 provides "is the type of the obstetrical department you are looking for? "diagnosis of the type of the obstetric area to be searched" is provided in addition to such a problem. Thus, the providing apparatus 100 can provide "the type of the obstetrical department you are looking for" to the user who has the possibility of selecting the type of the user among the users who read the general articles about the obstetrical department? "such questions enable the user to answer about his or her type. On the other hand, the providing apparatus 100 can provide a problem of "diagnosis of the type of the obstetrical department to be searched" to a user who cannot select the type of the user among users who have read a general article on the obstetrical department. In this manner, the providing apparatus 100 can provide the user with a plurality of questions appropriately in accordance with the image of the user. Further, although an example has been described in which the providing apparatus 100 provides information content to a user and provides a question, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the providing apparatus 100 may provide only the question to the user.
Further, the providing apparatus 100 accepts an answer made by the user U1 to the provided question, and registers in the storage apparatus (step S3). Next, the providing device 100 determines the attribute of the user U1 based on the action related to the development of the child performed by the user via the user terminal 11, such as the browsing history of the information content, such as the text and the posting information, and the answer (the answer to the question provided in step S2, the answer to another question provided in advance, and the like) (step S4). For example, the providing apparatus 100 determines whether or not the pregnancy and vomiting of the user are serious, whether or not the user likes the information content with a large amount of information, and the like, based on the tendency of the information content viewed by the user and the content of the answer to the question.
Then, the providing apparatus 100 selects the information content provided to the user U1 according to the attribute of the user U1 (step S5). For example, the attribute of the user is that pregnancy and vomiting are severe. The provided information is information related to a method of eliminating vomiting. In this case, the providing apparatus 100 selects information on a method of eliminating vomiting as the providing information to be provided to the user, based on an attribute of the user such as severe vomiting. Then, the providing device 100 provides the selected information content to the user U1 (step S6). The providing apparatus 100 is not limited to the process of providing the information content such as the text and the posting information, and may provide the information content in which a plurality of pieces of information are integrated, such as the notes described above.
In this manner, the providing system 1 estimates attributes of the user and provides information contents (for example, various kinds of development information, notes, and the like) corresponding to the estimated attributes. For example, the providing system 1 selects an information content to be provided to a user based on attributes of the user such as the severity of pregnancy and vomiting and whether or not the user likes an information content having a large amount of information, and provides the selected information content to the user. As a result of performing such processing, the providing system 1 can provide useful information to the user. Further, the provision system 1 provides information contents in which a plurality of pieces of information are collected, such as notes, and thus the user can collectively acquire a plurality of pieces of information in accordance with the physical and mental states such as the state and the value of the user and use the information, and thus the man-hours required for the user to search for and select information of interest can be reduced.
[ 2 ] an example of a functional structure of the supply device 100 ]
Next, an example of a functional configuration of the providing apparatus 100 will be described with reference to fig. 1. In the following description, after an example of functions that are exhibited by each functional configuration of the providing apparatus 100 is described, a flow of processing that is executed by each functional configuration by the providing apparatus 100 will be described. As shown in fig. 1, the providing apparatus 100 includes a communication unit 110, a storage unit 120, and a control unit 130.
(communication section 110)
The communication unit 110 is implemented by, for example, a NIC. The communication unit 110 is connected to the network N by wire or wireless, and transmits and receives information to and from the user terminal 10.
(with respect to the storage section 120)
The storage unit 120 is implemented by, for example, a semiconductor Memory element such as a RAM (Random Access Memory) or a flash Memory, or a storage device such as a hard disk or an optical disk. The storage unit 120 includes a user database 121, a development information database 122, and a note database 123.
(for user database 121)
The user database 121 according to the embodiment stores information on users. Fig. 3 shows an example of the user database 121 according to the embodiment. In the example shown in fig. 3, the user database 121 has registered therein information having items such as "user ID (Identifier)", "user information", and "attribute information". In addition, information having items such as "week number", "genre", and "browsing tendency" is registered in the "attribute information".
The "user ID" is an identifier for identifying a user. The "user information" is information on the user corresponding to the "user ID". For example, the user information includes the name of the user, the address of the user, the age and sex of the user, and the taste of the user. The "attribute information" is a predetermined attribute and is information indicating various attributes related to the child bearing such as pregnancy, childbirth, and child care of the user indicated by the corresponding "user ID".
For example, "week number" is the week number corresponding to "user ID" and is information on the week number indicating the elapsed time from the pregnancy, that is, the week age of the fetus. The "number of weeks" may indicate the number of weeks, months, and years elapsed from the time of delivery, that is, the age, month, and age of the child. The "type" is information on the type corresponding to the "user ID". Here, the Type (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as Type) indicates a Type to which a user indicated by the corresponding "user ID" belongs, among the types of users related to the child bearing device that have been set in advance. That is, the type indicates the characteristics of the user related to pregnancy or child care.
For example, in the case where the vomiting of pregnant woman a is severe and the vomiting of pregnant woman B is not severe, it is determined that pregnant woman a is of a different type from pregnant woman B even if other attributes of pregnant woman a and pregnant woman B are the same or similar. In addition, in the case where the pregnant woman a and the pregnant woman B are both pregnant and vomit seriously, the pregnant woman a and the pregnant woman B may be determined to be of the same type even if the other attributes of the pregnant woman a and the pregnant woman B are not similar. On the other hand, for example, when a plurality of attributes including vomiting of the pregnant woman a and the pregnant woman B are the same or similar, the pregnant woman a and the pregnant woman B may be determined to be of the same type. The type referred to herein may be based not only on physical characteristics such as physical conditions and physical constitutions such as pregnancy and vomiting, but also on psychological characteristics such as value and hobbies such as the latest service, articles intended to use nature, articles of natural composition, and the like.
The "browsing tendency" is a browsing tendency corresponding to the "user ID", and is a tendency related to browsing such as the number of times of browsing information contents and the like. For example, in fig. 3, regarding "U1" identified by the user ID, the user information is "user information # 1", the number of weeks is "5W", the genre is "T1", and the browsing tendency is "information excess". In the example shown in fig. 3, the type is represented by an abstract symbol such as "T1", but the type may be information indicating a concrete tendency of the user.
In fig. 3, examples of "the number of weeks", "the type", and "the tendency to browse" are described as the attribute information, but various attributes related to the nurturing may be registered. For example, as the "attribute information", the user database 121 may employ information indicating any attribute as long as the information indicates an attribute related to the care, for example, whether or not to go to a private kindergarten, a school, a policy of various users related to the care such as whether or not to pay attention to the use of natural food, whether or not parents are nearby, physical or psychological states of various users related to the care such as a medical history of the users, and economic conditions. The "type" may be a classification determined based on information indicating these arbitrary attributes. In the following description, it is assumed that a case of simply describing "attribute" indicates various attributes including types.
(database of developmental information 122)
The development information database 122 according to the embodiment stores information on maternal status corresponding to the passage of pregnancy. Fig. 4 shows an example of the development information database 122 according to the embodiment. In the example shown in fig. 4, the development information database 122 has items such as "development information ID", "information content type", "tag information", "week number", "type", "attribute".
The "development information ID" is an identifier for identifying development information. The "information content type" is information related to the type of the information content corresponding to the "development information ID". The "tag information" is information related to the tag of the information content corresponding to the "development information ID".
The "number of weeks" is the number of weeks corresponding to the "development information ID", and is information on the number of weeks indicating the elapsed time from the pregnancy, that is, the week age of the fetus. The "type" is information relating to the type corresponding to the "development information ID". The "attribute" is information related to the attribute corresponding to the "development information ID", and is information related to the attribute of the user, and is information indicating, for example, the attribute of the user having high correlation with the development information indicated by the "development information ID".
For example, in fig. 4, regarding "C1" identified from the development information ID, the information content category is "article", the tag information is "pregnancy and spit", the number of weeks is "5W", the type is "T1", and the attribute is "Z1". In the example shown in fig. 3, the type is represented by an abstract symbol such as "T1", but the type may be information indicating a concrete tendency of the user. In the example shown in fig. 4, the attribute is represented by an abstract label such as "Z1", but the attribute may be information indicating the attribute of the user.
(about note database 123)
The note database 123 is used to register information relating to notes. Fig. 5 shows an example of the note database 123 according to the embodiment. In the example shown in fig. 5, the note database 123 has items such as "note ID", "user ID", "association ID", "week number", "type", "attribute".
The "note ID" is an identifier for identifying a note. The "user ID" is an identifier for identifying a user corresponding to the "note ID". The "association ID" is information related to the information content associated with the "note ID".
The "week number" is the week number corresponding to the "note ID" and is information on the week number indicating the elapsed time from the pregnancy. The "type" is information relating to the type corresponding to the "note ID". The "attribute" is information on the attribute corresponding to the "note ID", and is information on the attribute of the user.
For example, in fig. 5, regarding "N1" identified from the note ID, the user ID is "U1", the association IDs are "C1, C5 …", the number of weeks is "5W", the type is "T1", and the attribute is "Z1". In the example shown in fig. 5, the types and attributes are represented by abstract symbols such as "T1" and "Z1", but information indicating the concrete tendency of the user and the like are registered in the note database 123.
(control section 130)
The description is continued with reference to fig. 1. The control Unit 130 is a Controller (Controller) and is realized by, for example, a CPU (Central Processing Unit), an MPU (Micro Processing Unit), or the like, which executes various programs (corresponding to an example of a providing program) stored in a storage device inside the providing apparatus 100 using a RAM as a work area. The control unit 130 is a controller, and is implemented by an Integrated Circuit such as an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) or an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array).
As shown in fig. 1, the control unit 130 includes a question providing unit 131, an answer receiving unit 132, a determination unit 133, a selection unit 134, a providing unit 135, a designation receiving unit 136, a correlation unit 137, a registration unit 138, an editing unit 139, and an evaluation receiving unit 140, and realizes or executes the functions and functions of information processing described below. The internal configuration of the control unit 130 is not limited to the configuration shown in fig. 1, and may be other configurations as long as the configuration performs information processing described later. The connection relationship of the processing units included in the control unit 130 is not limited to the connection relationship shown in fig. 1, and may be another connection relationship.
(problem providing section 131)
The question providing unit 131 provides a user with a predetermined question regarding the development of a child (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a "basic question"). For example, when the user terminal 10 first starts an application program for browsing various information provided from the providing apparatus 100 (for example, at the time of initial start after installation), the question providing unit 131 provides only a predetermined basic question among questions for estimating attributes such as the type of the user. After that, when the user browses various information contents, the question providing unit 131 provides another question at a predetermined timing. The basic questions include, for example, information on the user (and child or fetus) that is not changed or is less changed, such as the name (including a nickname), sex, estimated date of birth (or age or month of child), living area, age, presence or absence of employment, and the like of the user and the child (including fetus) of the user.
Here, the question providing unit 131 provides a new question regarding the development of the child to the user when various kinds of provided information such as a sentence are provided. More specifically, the question providing unit 131 provides the user with a question of content having a correlation with the provided information provided to the user.
For example, information is provided as information content related to the eating pattern of a child. In addition, it is assumed that a new problem related to the development of children is the number of utterances of the children. In this case, the question providing section 131 provides the user with information content related to the eating style of the child and provides a question related to the number of utterances of the child. In addition, for example, when providing the information content of "delivery selection" as a feature corresponding to the number of weeks of the pregnant woman, the question providing section 131 provides a text of "delivery selection" and provides a question regarding "view of value on delivery". Based on the answer to the question, further information content of "delivery selection" is selected and provided to the user. In this way, when providing information content that matches the number of weeks and the age of children, by acquiring the attributes of the user (for example, answers to questions) related to the information content, the attributes of the user can be easily acquired, and information content that matches the attributes of the user can be more easily provided.
Further, the question providing unit 131 may provide, for example, a question for determining a predetermined item in the attribute and a question for determining another item at different timings. For example, the question providing unit 131 may provide a question for determining the type of the user when the application is started and the user receives permission or application for type diagnosis, and then output a question for determining items other than the type each time the user views the information content. Further, the question providing unit 131 may provide a question for performing the type diagnosis again when a predetermined condition is satisfied, for example, when it is estimated that the age of the fetus has changed.
In this way, the problem providing unit 131 provides the problem to the user in stages, and thus, for example, the amount of information input for using the function of the application is reduced, and as a result, the user can have an improved impression of the application and the service provided by the providing apparatus 100. For example, in the case where a large number of questions must be answered to use an application at the time of starting the use of the application, the user cannot start the use of the application without spending time, with the result that the user abandons the use of the application before starting the use of the application. Further, even if the user asks about the status of the pregnancy and vomiting at the time of starting the application program, the user who has not yet experienced the pregnancy and vomiting does not know how to respond. Therefore, the question providing unit 131 provides a question related to the pregnancy and vomiting when, for example, the user is estimated to be interested in the pregnancy and vomiting (for example, when the user browses the pregnancy and the information content of the pregnancy and vomiting is transmitted when the number of weeks of the user is the number of weeks in which the pregnancy and vomiting usually occur). As a result, the providing apparatus 100 can determine the attribute of the user at an appropriate timing.
(answer receiving section 132)
The answer receiving unit 132 receives as an answer a basic answer that is an answer to a predetermined question related to the development of a child, and receives as an answer an additional answer that is an answer to a question other than the predetermined question at a timing different from the basic answer.
For example, the predetermined questions related to the development of the child provided by the question providing unit 131 are the postnatal months or the age, sex, and weight. In addition, the frequency of eating, the frequency of crying in the evening, and the sleeping time are the questions other than the predetermined question. In this case, the answer receiving unit 132 receives a basic answer in a form in which the user inputs information indicating the age, sex, or weight of the child for a predetermined question related to the development of the child. The answer receiving unit 132 receives an answer to the question provided by the question providing unit 131 when browsing the information content, that is, an additional answer, after receiving the answer.
(with respect to the judgment unit 133)
The determination unit 133 determines the attribute of the user relating to pregnancy or childbirth based on the behavior of the user relating to the development of the child. Specifically, the determination unit 133 determines the attribute of the user based on the history of the development information on the development of the child viewed by the user, the contents of the answer to the question, the contents of the note selected by the user, and the like.
More specifically, the determination unit 133 determines the attribute of the user based on the user's response to the question regarding the development of the child. For example, the determination unit 133 determines the week age of the fetus of the user who is pregnant as the attribute of the user. The determination unit 133 estimates various attributes such as a tendency of the content of a sentence that the user likes and whether the user likes a sentence with a large amount of information, as the attributes of the user.
For example, the user is assumed to view the information content related to the method of eliminating vomiting from the browsing history with the highest number of times. In this case, the determination unit 133 determines that pregnancy occurred seriously as the attribute of the user relating to pregnancy by browsing the information content relating to the method of eliminating pregnancy with high frequency by the user. For example, the determination unit 133 may estimate that the pregnancy of the user is severe when the user selects the information content related to the pregnancy for a predetermined number of times (for example, 5 times), and estimate that the pregnancy of the user is mild when the selection number of the information content related to the pregnancy is smaller than the predetermined number of times (for example, 4 times or less). The determination unit 133 may determine the taste and value of the user based on a problem such as whether the user likes a new service or pays attention to a habit up to now. The providing unit 134 can provide, for example, information content related to a new service available during the pregnancy and information content with a higher number of views of the user that better matches the value view, based on the value view determined by the determination unit 133.
For example, the determination unit 133 may determine the attribute of the user based on the number and content of information contents added to the note by the user. For example, the determination unit 133 may determine that the content having a large amount of favorite information is preferred when the number of information contents added to the note by the user exceeds a predetermined threshold. Further, when the ratio of similar information contents to information contents added to the note is high, the determination unit 133 may determine that the attribute of the object is to be confirmed reliably.
For example, it is assumed that the browsing frequency of the user who browses the information content related to the child in 5 months after birth is the highest among the browsing history records. In this case, the determination unit 133 may determine that the child after 5 months of birth is being nurtured as the attribute related to the child based on the user viewing the information content related to the child after 5 months of birth with high frequency. The determination unit 133 may determine the current age of the fetus as the attribute by, for example, estimating the current age of the fetus based on the date and time input for the problem of the estimated delivery date.
For example, "do pregnant vomit is serious? "or the like, the determination unit 133 determines that the pregnancy and vomiting of the user are serious. Then, the determination unit 133 registers the reflected attribute of the user in the user database 121. The determination unit 133 may determine the amount of information desired by the user or the preference of the user for the content of the information, which is the attribute of the user.
(concerning the selection section 134)
The selection unit 134 selects the provided information to be provided to the user based on the attribute determined by the determination unit 133. Specifically, when receiving a transmission request for various information contents from a user, the selection unit 134 specifies an attribute of the user who is a requester from the user database 121. The selection unit 134 selects, as the provided information, information content whose attribute matches the attribute of the user who is the requester, from among the information contents such as the development information registered in the development information database 122 and the notes registered in the note database 123. In this manner, the selection unit 134 selects the provided information of the category corresponding to the attribute determined by the determination unit 133.
The selection unit 134 may select information contents of the number corresponding to the attribute determined by the determination unit 133. For example, when the user desires a content having a large amount of information, the selection unit 134 may select a larger amount of information than a predetermined amount. The selection unit 134 may select the information content of the information amount corresponding to the attribute determined by the determination unit 133. For example, the selection unit 134 may select, as the object to be provided, an information content whose information amount exceeds a predetermined threshold value.
For example, the attribute of the user is that pregnancy and vomiting are severe. Further, the provided information to be provided to the user is information related to a method of eliminating vomiting. In this case, the selection unit 134 selects information on a method of eliminating vomiting based on an attribute such as the severity of vomiting by the user. For example, when it is determined that the attribute of the user is serious pregnancy vomiting, the selection unit 134 selects information on a method of eliminating pregnancy vomiting as the provided information to be provided to the user.
Here, the selection unit 134 may select the provision information to be provided to the user based on the plurality of attributes. For example, when it is determined that the attribute of the user is that the pregnancy discharge is serious and the user likes an information content having a large amount of information, the selection unit 134 may select an information content having a large amount of information (for example, a development information having a number of words equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value, an information content having a number of articles greater than a predetermined number of articles, or the like) from information contents relating to a method of eliminating pregnancy discharge. In addition, when it is determined that the pregnancy vomiting is serious and the user prefers the information content with a small information amount as the attribute, the selection unit 134 may select the information content with a small information amount (for example, development information in a form of writing the method of eliminating pregnancy vomiting as a term, information content with a number of articles less than a predetermined number of articles, or the like) from the information contents related to the method of eliminating pregnancy vomiting. Further, when the pregnancy and vomiting of the user are severe and the user is short of exercise, the selection unit 134 may select, as the provided information, information relating to a physical exercise that can reduce the pregnancy and vomiting.
Further, the selection unit 134 selects a larger amount of the provided information when the user likes the content with a large amount of information or has an attribute of trying to confirm the object reliably, and selects a smaller amount of the provided information when the user likes the simple content or has an attribute of preferring the content with a small amount of information for the reason of being easy to be a choice.
The process executed by the selection unit 134 is not limited to the above example. Specifically, the selection unit 134 may select, as the provided information, the posted information corresponding to the attribute of the user to be the destination of the provided information, among the posted information posted by the plurality of users.
For example, the selection unit 134 may select, as the provided information, contribution information that is contributed by another user having an attribute similar to that of the user to be the destination of the provided information. For example, the selection unit 134 may specify another user whose attribute is similar to that of a certain user, and select, as the provided information, the content viewed by the specified another user, the content added to the note, or the like. The selection unit 134 may select, as the object to be provided, contribution information that is information to be contributed by the identified other user. For example, when the pregnancy vomiting of the user is serious, the selection unit 134 may select the posting information related to the pregnancy vomiting (for example, posting information related to a method of eliminating the pregnancy vomiting) posted by another user who is similarly serious in the pregnancy vomiting.
The selection unit 134 may provide the user with notes of other users. For example, the selection unit 134 may provide the user with a note that is generated and disclosed by a user having an attribute similar to that of the user. To give a more specific example, in the case where the user is the 15 th week of pregnancy and the pregnancy vomiting is severe, the selection unit 134 may provide a note generated by another user who is similarly severe in pregnancy at the 15 th week of pregnancy. That is, the selection unit 134 may select, as the object to be provided, not only the information to be posted at the time of providing various information contents by another user whose attribute is similar to the attribute of the user, but also the posting information or note of another user whose attribute is similar to the attribute of another user at the time of posting the posting information or the attribute of another user at the time of creating the note.
In addition, the selection part 134 may select the provided information based on the attribute of the user and the relationship between the user and the child. For example, the selection unit 134 may select the information content as the provided information according to whether the user who is the transmission requester of the information content is the mother or the father. For example, when the user is mother, the selection unit 134 selects the note and the posting information generated by another mother as the transfer information, and when the user is father, the selection unit 134 selects the note and the posting information generated by another father as the transfer information. For example, when there are a plurality of (or a predetermined number or more) pieces of information, the selection unit 134 selects the information content as the provided information based on the evaluation (the number of views, the number of good comments from the user, and the like) for the information content.
(with respect to the supply section 135)
The providing unit 135 provides the user with the provision information selected by the selecting unit 134. For example, the providing unit 135 provides the user with the information on the pregnancy and vomiting selected by the selecting unit 134. More specifically, the providing unit 135 provides the user with information content, such as posting information, notes of articles, posting information, and the like, which are related to pregnancy and vomiting, as information related to pregnancy and vomiting.
Here, when providing the note, the providing unit 135 provides the note to which the development information associated with the note is added. More specifically, the providing unit 135 specifies information content such as a text associated with a note based on a correlation ID corresponding to a note ID of the note to be provided, and provides the specified information content and a link to the information content in a state of being arranged in the note.
The providing unit 135 discloses, among other users, other users having attributes similar to the attributes of the user at the time of disclosure of the note (i.e., attributes related to pregnancy or child bearing). For example, when the attribute of the user regarding the term (for example, the week age of the fetus, the month age of the infant, or the like) satisfies a predetermined condition, the providing unit 135 discloses the information content corresponding to the user to the other users. For example, the following examples are given: the user nurses the child after birth for 5 months, and when the child of the user becomes 6 months after birth under the condition of using the 'note after birth for 5 months', the use of the 'note after birth for 5 months' is finished, and the use of the 'note after birth for 6 months' is started. In this case, when the user discloses "note after birth for 5 months" and the other users are nurturing children after birth for 5 months, the providing part 135 provides "note after birth for 5 months". In other words, the selection unit 134 selects a note disclosed when the attribute related to the term of the user satisfies the predetermined condition as the provided information to be provided to the user whose other attribute related to the term satisfies the predetermined condition. The providing unit 135 may provide the information content (including the note) based on, for example, the degree of similarity between the attribute of the user at the time of creating the note and the attribute of the other user who provided the note.
In addition, when the action information is associated with the information content, the providing unit 135 may provide the information content indicated in a state in which the action performed by the user in the action indicated by the action information can be discriminated. For example, the providing unit 135 provides the note in a form capable of discriminating between a task executed by the user and a task not executed, among tasks registered by the user. For example, the providing unit 135 provides the user with information content corresponding to the number of actions performed by the user in the actions indicated by the action information. For example, the providing unit 135 may provide various kinds of integration to the user when the user performs all tasks.
Further, the providing section 135 may provide the user with a moving image generated based on information included in the information content or development information associated with the information content. For example, it is assumed that the user is nurturing a child 5 months after birth. Further, it is assumed that the information included in the information content is information related to a method for dealing with crying at night. In this case, the providing part 135 may provide the user with a moving image indicating a specific measure for the child 5 months after birth based on the information on the measure for crying at night of the child.
For example, it is assumed that the user is nurturing a child 11 months after birth. Further, it is assumed that the development information associated with the information content indicates experience relating to the eating style. In this case, the providing unit 135 may provide the user with a moving image indicating a specific feeding method for a child 11 months after birth based on experience regarding the feeding method of the child.
The providing unit 135 may provide the information content and the evaluation for the information content to other users. For example, it is assumed that the user is nurturing a child 5 months after birth. In addition, the user generates information content on the subject of the child of 5 months after birth. In this case, the providing unit 135 may provide evaluation information indicating a positive reaction of the other users with respect to the information content generated by the user and having the child in 5 months after the child birth as the subject.
(designation acceptance unit 136)
The designation accepting unit 136 accepts, from the user, designation of development information on the development of the child to be added to the information content corresponding to the user. Specifically, the designation accepting unit 136 accepts designation of development information to be added to the information content corresponding to the other user from the other user. Specifically, the designation receiving unit 136 receives, from the user, designation of new development information to be added to the new information content.
For example, the specification receiving unit 136 receives, as the development information, specification of the posting information of the content relating to the development of the child posted by another user different from the user. The designation accepting unit 136 accepts designation of action information indicating an action that the user desires to perform with respect to the development of the child, which is input by the user. For example, the designation accepting unit 136 accepts registration of a job.
For example, when the user selects the business information content provided by the providing unit 135, the designation accepting unit 136 accepts, from the user, designation of development information to be added to the new information content, a copy of the business information content as the new information content corresponding to the user.
(concerning the relation 137)
The association unit 137 associates the note with the specified development information. Specifically, the association unit 137 associates the note with the development information selected by the user.
(concerning the registration section 138)
The registration unit 138 registers the information content and the development information associated with the information content in association with each other. For example, when the user selects a certain content, the registration unit 138 registers the development information ID of the selected content in association with the note ID of the user's note. When a user selects a note of another user, the registration unit 138 registers a copy of the selected note as the note of the user. Further, for example, the registration unit 138 registers the action, i.e., the task, related to the child bearing that the user wants to do in the user's note.
When the attribute relating to the deadline of the user satisfies a predetermined condition or when the user performs an operation to disclose the note, the registration unit 138 sets the note of the user as the disclosure target. For example, when the attribute of the user changes from the attribute "10 weeks" indicating the 10 th week of pregnancy to the attribute "15 weeks" indicating the 15 th week of pregnancy of the user, the registration unit 138 sets the note generated by the user when the attribute is "10 weeks" as the disclosure target. More specifically, the registration unit 138 registers the attribute "10 weeks" of the user, the type of the user, and the like in association with the note. As a result, the selection unit 134 selects the note generated by the user at the 10 th week of pregnancy as the provided information to be provided to another user who is newly the 10 th week of pregnancy.
(about the editing part 139)
The editing unit 139 edits the content of the information disclosed by the providing unit 135 to the other user in accordance with the instruction from the user. For example, when an edit request for a note is received, the editing unit 135 determines whether or not the note is a note registered by a user who is a requester, and when the note is a note registered by a user who is a requester, edits the note according to an operation of the user. On the other hand, when the note is not a note registered by a user who is a requester, the editing unit 139 does not perform editing. That is, the editing unit 139 allows only the user associated with the note to edit the note.
(evaluation receiving section 140)
The evaluation receiving unit 140 receives an evaluation of the information content from another user. For example, the information content is experience related to pregnancy and vomiting. Further, the evaluation is rated 1 to 5. In this case, the evaluation receiving unit 140 receives the evaluation "4" as an evaluation of experience regarding pregnancy and vomiting from another user. The evaluation described herein is not limited to the evaluation on the 1 to 5 scale described above, and may be determined based on any evaluation criteria. For example, the evaluation described here may be the total number of positive responses of other users to the information content.
[ 3 ] an example of providing processing according to the embodiment ]
Next, an example of processing performed by the supply device 100 according to the embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 6 to 11.
[ 3-1 example of the flow of the providing process according to the embodiment ]
First, an example of the flow of processing in which the providing apparatus 100 provides various information contents will be described with reference to fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow of the providing process according to the embodiment.
In addition, an example of processing for selecting the provided information to be provided to the user based on the attribute of the user regarding pregnancy or childbirth determined based on the behavior of the user regarding the child development and providing the user with the provided information will be described below with reference to fig. 6.
First, the question providing unit 131 receives a transmission request of information content (step S101). Then, if the request for transferring the content is not received (step S101; n), the question providing unit 131 waits until the request for transferring is received.
On the other hand, when the question providing unit 131 receives the transmission request of the content (step S101; y), it determines whether or not it is the initial access (step S102). When the question providing unit 131 determines that the access is not the first access (step S102; n), the process proceeds to step S105.
On the other hand, if it is determined that the access is the first access (step S102; y), the question providing unit 131 provides the user with the specified basic question (step S103). Then, the answer receiving unit 132 receives a basic answer corresponding to the specified basic question (step S104).
The determination unit 133 determines the attribute of the user based on the history of the response (step S105). Then, the selection unit 134 selects the information content to be transmitted based on the attribute determined by the determination unit 133 (step S106).
The selection unit 134 selects a question corresponding to the selected information content (step S107). Then, the providing unit 135 provides the selected information content and question (step S108). After that, the answer receiving unit 132 receives an answer to the question (step S109), and ends the processing.
[ 3-2 ] example of transition of screens in processing ]
Here, an example of screen transition in the providing process will be described according to a flow with reference to fig. 7. Fig. 7 is a diagram illustrating an example of screen transition according to the embodiment. In fig. 7, the user is assumed to have installed an application AP for performing the providing process in advance.
First, as shown in fig. 7, the information content SC1 is displayed on the user terminal 10 by the user starting the application AP. For example, in the example of fig. 7, a message for accepting a user, such as "welcome application", and information content, such as character PC1, are displayed on the user terminal 10. The character referred to herein may be any object, such as a character used in humans, animals, animations, and the like.
The user terminal 10 receives information that the user has entered various information in the information content SC 2. For example, in the example of fig. 7, the user terminal 10 displays the information content SC2 including the basic question. For example, the information content SC2 includes a title such as "basic answer input", and includes "is the term of term? "basic questions for receiving service, and an answer column for selecting a date such as" 5 months and 8 days ".
The problem displayed in the information content SC2 is an example, and various problems are displayed in the information content SC 2. For example, the questions are basic questions such as sex, age, weight, or current physical condition. The input by the user is not limited to the form of selection using the pull-down menu, and may be, for example, a form in which the user inputs a comment or the like in a free form in a text.
Then, the providing apparatus 100 individually provides basic questions set in advance, and accepts answers (step ST). Then, when the user terminal 10 determines that the user has input answers to all the basic questions, the information content SC3 is displayed. For example, in the example of fig. 7, the information content SC3 includes a tutorial indicating an explanation of the operation and the like related to the application program AP.
For example, the tutorial is a description of the application AP, a description of what the application AP can do or a description related to the operation of the application AP, or the like. In addition, the tutorial may also include services that the enterprise providing the application AP wants to utilize by the user.
When the tutorial is completed, the user terminal 10 asks the user whether to perform a type diagnosis, and when the user has selected the user to perform a type diagnosis, the user terminal displays the information content SC4 including a question for diagnosing the type of the user. For example, in the example of fig. 7, the information content SC4 includes a title such as "type diagnosis", and includes "what information is intended? An answer column such as "question," detailed information, "an answer column such as" concise information, "an answer column such as" feeling of everybody, "and an answer column such as" idea of everybody.
The problem displayed in the information content SC4 is an example, and various problems are displayed in the information content SC 4. For example, the questions may be different from the basic questions displayed in the information content SC2, such as the features of a scene with deteriorated mood, the severity of pregnancy, food that is difficult to be taken, and the sleep time, such as questions for clarifying the state and tendency of the user, questions related to the physical constitution and physical condition of the user, questions related to the value and taste of the user, such as "do the user have an ideal childbirth image" and "do the user want to use the medical strength at the time of childbirth" and the like. These questions may be changed according to the basic answers input by the user (for example, the current number of weeks, age, living area, and the like calculated from the estimated date of delivery).
Also, the providing apparatus 100 separately provides questions for type diagnosis and accepts answers (step ST). Then, when it is determined that the user has input answers to all the questions for performing the type diagnosis, the user terminal 10 displays the information content SC5 as a so-called home screen. For example, in the example of fig. 7, the information content SC5 includes a button for migrating to an information content such as "own note" that enables input of the experience of the user himself, a button for migrating to an information content that displays the experience of another user different from the user, such as "main note", and a button for migrating to an information content that displays a text such as "recommended text", or a text in a collected website.
For example, an example in which the user selects "note of family" of the information content SC5 will be described. In addition, the user's point of interest is assumed to be the 13 th week of pregnancy. In this case, the user terminal 10 displays the information content SC6 indicating the note disclosed by the other user corresponding to the number of weeks "13W". For example, the information content SC6 includes "note of the 13 th week of pregnancy of the user # 1", "note of the 13 th week of pregnancy of the user # 2", and "note of the 13 th week of pregnancy of the user # 3". In this way, the providing apparatus 100 can provide the notes of the other users selected according to the attributes of the users, and therefore information beneficial to the users can be easily acquired.
On the other hand, when the user selects "recommended articles" of the information content SC5, the information content SC7 including a thumbnail of the articles selected according to the attribute of the user is displayed on the user terminal 10. For example, in the case where the user is the 13 th week of pregnancy, the information content SC7 includes thumbnails of articles estimated to be useful for the pregnant woman of the 13 th week of pregnancy, such as "diet recommended for the 13 th week of pregnancy", "exercise recommended for the 13 th week of pregnancy", "what should be done for the 13 th week of pregnancy", and the like. In this way, since the providing apparatus 100 can provide information contents corresponding to the interest points of the user and the child (fetus) and the states of the user and the child (fetus), it is easy to acquire information beneficial to the user.
In addition, in the case where the user does not have the meaning of selecting the type diagnosis in the tutorial SC3, the providing apparatus 100 may display the information content SC5 without displaying the information content SC 4. In this way, since the providing apparatus 100 determines the type of the user, it is possible to provide information that is suitable for the user and is useful for the user.
[ 3-3. Picture display example of article ]
Next, a screen display example of an article will be described with reference to fig. 8. Fig. 8 is a diagram showing an example of a screen according to the embodiment. In fig. 8, the user is assumed to have the application AP installed in advance.
As shown in fig. 8, the user terminal 10 displays an article C1210. For example, in the example of fig. 8, article C1210 includes a title such as "select no remorse obstetric" and includes an article summarizing the method of selecting no remorse obstetric for each user, an article of each user about which area's obstetric was selected, and a pie chart representing statistics about which area's obstetric was selected.
When the user browses the article C1210, the providing apparatus 100 displays the questionnaire survey C1211. For example, in the example of fig. 8, questionnaire survey C1211 includes a title such as "questionnaire survey for article", and includes "give birth home? Question items such as "answer button such as" go back ", answer button such as" do not go back ", and answer button such as" in trouble ".
In this manner, since the provision device 100 appropriately performs the questionnaire survey according to the information content corresponding to the point of interest of the user, the accuracy of determining the attribute of the user can be sequentially improved. Also, the information content may be further displayed according to the content of the answers to the questionnaire survey. For example, in addressing "giving birth to home? In the case where "this question answers" Hui ", an article (experience of other users, questionnaire survey results, etc.) related to home delivery may be provided.
[ 3-4 ] example of flow of processing for providing notes ]
Next, an example of a process of providing notes by the providing apparatus 100 will be described with reference to fig. 9. Fig. 9 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow of the process of providing a note.
First, the designation accepting unit 136 determines whether or not a request for editing a note is accepted (step S201). When the request for editing the note is not received (step S201; n), the designation receiving unit 136 waits until the request for editing is received.
On the other hand, when the request for editing the note is received (step S201; y), the designation receiving unit 136 determines whether or not a request for adding the information content is received (step S202). When the designation accepting unit 136 does not accept the request for adding information content (step S202; n), the process proceeds to step S205.
On the other hand, when the designation accepting unit 136 accepts the request for adding the contents (yes in step S202), the associating unit 137 registers the designated contents in association with the user' S note (step S203), and the process ends.
The designation acceptance unit 136 determines whether or not a request for registration of a note is accepted (step S204). Then, the designation acceptance unit 136 proceeds to step S207 when the registration request of the note is not accepted (step S204; n).
On the other hand, when the designation acceptance unit 136 accepts the request for registration of the note (yes in step S204), the registration unit 138 creates a copy of the note of the other user selected by the user as the note of the user (step S205). Then, the registration unit 138 assigns the attribute of the user to the note (step S206), and the process ends.
The designation acceptance unit 136 determines whether or not a registration request for the job is accepted (step S207). When the designation acceptance unit 136 does not accept the registration request of the job (step S207; n), the editing unit 139 edits various notes in accordance with the operation of the user (step S209).
On the other hand, when the designation acceptance unit 136 accepts the registration request of the job (step S207; y), the registration unit 138 registers the job in the user' S note (step S208), and the process is terminated.
[ 3-5. drawing examples of notes ]
Next, a screen display example of the note will be described using fig. 10. Fig. 10 is a diagram showing an example of a screen according to the embodiment. In fig. 10, the user is assumed to have the application AP installed in advance.
As shown in fig. 10, the note N1 generated by the user U1 is displayed on the user terminal 10 by launching the application AP. Note N1 shown in fig. 10 is a note generated by the user U1 at the 10 th week of pregnancy. Such notes N1 are disclosed after the user U1 passed the 10 th week of pregnancy and are provided to other users of the 10 th week of pregnancy.
For example, the note N1 includes a title C10 such as "note of 10 th week of pregnancy of user U1", the "number of views" which is the number of times the note is viewed by other users, and evaluation information C11 such as "approval" that the other users show positive reaction to the note. Here, "number of views: 302 "and" like: 105".
Note N1 includes, for example, thumbnails of "information content C121 of displayed article 1", "experience C122 of user U2", "business information content C123", and "idea of big person C124" as "designated information content C12" indicating the information content designated by user U1. When such a thumbnail is selected, the user terminal 10 displays the information content corresponding to the selected thumbnail.
Further, for example, the providing apparatus 100 displays the note N1 including a "list of things to do C13", and the "list of things to do C13" indicates the task registered by the user U1. For example, in the example of FIG. 10, offering device 100 displays notes N1 indicating tasks such as "buy a sling" and "stretch a gymnastics". In the example of fig. 10, for example, the provision apparatus 100 displays a check box for each task and accepts an operation for selecting a task executed by a user. The providing apparatus 100 displays the tasks executed by the user and the tasks not executed, among the tasks displayed in the "desired things list C13", in a state where the tasks can be recognized. That is, the providing apparatus 100 provides a note including a list of actions related to the development of the child that the user desires to perform. In addition, the providing apparatus 100 displays the note N1 including information on the completion number for the list of things desired to be done. For example, in the example of fig. 10, the providing apparatus 100 displays a note N1 indicating "1/2" as information indicating the number of tasks executed by the user among the two tasks.
Here, it is assumed that the user U1 selects the information content C125 to be added to the note N1. The providing apparatus 100 is assumed to accept the designation of the information content C125. In such a case, the providing apparatus 100 correspondingly registers the information content C125 in the note N1. Further, the providing apparatus 100 displays the note N1 into which the information content C125 is inserted as the specified information content C12 when displaying the note N1.
The user terminal 10 can also receive an operation for the user to appropriately delete information contents such as unnecessary texts from the note. For example, when the user deletes the information content, the user terminal 10 may display the information content that has been displayed in a top-down manner.
In this way, since the provision device 100 can prompt the user to delete and edit the note freely, it is possible to integrate information beneficial to the user. Accordingly, since providing apparatus 100 can appropriately extract information required by the user from the note generated by the user himself/herself, the time required to search for information can be reduced.
[ 3-6 example of processing of inheritance notes ]
Here, the providing apparatus 100 not only provides the note generated by the user to the other user, but also functions to allow the other user to inherit the note generated by each user. Next, an example of the process of inheriting a note will be described with reference to fig. 11.
Fig. 11 is a diagram showing a conceptual diagram relating to the process of inheriting a note according to the embodiment. In fig. 11, the user is assumed to have installed an application AP for performing a note editing process in advance. First, as shown in fig. 11, the user U1 generates a note N1 via the application AP. Here, the user U1 is a pregnant woman in the 11 th week of pregnancy. For example, when the user U1 spends the 10 th week of pregnancy, the user creates a note N1 by summarizing information contents related to the 10 th week of pregnancy, experience of the 10 th week of pregnancy, various information desired by a pregnant woman in the 10 th week of pregnancy, and the like.
Further, for example, when the user U1 becomes the 11 th week of pregnancy, or when the user U1 performs an operation of disclosing the note N1, the provision apparatus 100 publicizes the note N1 to another user via the application AP. For example, in the example of fig. 11, the user U1 is pregnant woman at week 11, the users U2 and U4 are pregnant women at week 10, and the user U3 is pregnant woman at week 5. In this case, the providing apparatus 100 discloses the note N1 to the user U2 and the user U4 who are pregnant women in the 10 th week of pregnancy like the user U1, other users having attributes similar to the user U1, via the application AP.
When users U2 and U4 perform a registration operation of a new note using the note of user U1, provision apparatus 100 generates a copy of note N1 of user U1 as a new note for each of users U2 and U4. That is, the providing apparatus 100 allows the users U2 and U4 to inherit the note of the user U1.
When user U2 selects information content C1 from among information contents delivered according to the attribute of user U2 or information contents retrieved by user U2 itself, provision apparatus 100 associates (adds) information content C1 selected by user U2 with the note of user U2, which is a copy of note N1. As a result, the providing apparatus 100 can provide the note N2 authored by the user U2 in which the information content C1 is added to the note N1 inherited from the user U1. On the other hand, when the user U4 selects the information content C2 from the information contents delivered according to the attribute of the user U4, the providing apparatus 100 associates (adds) the information content C2 selected by the user U4 with the note of the user U4, which is a copy of the note N1. As a result, the providing apparatus 100 can provide the note N4 originally created by the user U4 by adding the information content C2 to the note N1 inherited from the user U1.
In this manner, the providing apparatus 100 provides the note N1 of the user U1 whose attribute similar to the attribute of the user U1 such as the type and the preference satisfies the predetermined condition to the other users U2 and U4, and provides the copy of the note N1 as the notes N2 and N4 of the other users U2 and U4 when the other users U2 and U4 prefer the note N1. As a result of such processing, the provision apparatus 100 can, for example, cause other users who are subsequent to the user who generated the note (for example, users U2, U4 who become 10 th week of pregnancy after the user U1) to inherit the popular note. In addition, the providing apparatus 100 accepts editing of the notes N2, N4 inherited by the users U2, U4, and discloses the edited notes N2, N4 again.
As such, the providing apparatus 100 can realize inheritance of useful information among users in common with attributes relating to the development of children, and gradually realize update of useful information. As a result, the providing apparatus 100 can provide information useful to the user for each attribute. Note that, in the above-described embodiment, note taking is exemplified by note taking made every cycle of the number of weeks of pregnancy, but the note taking is not limited to this, and note taking may be made in various periods such as every three weeks, every month, and every quarter. Note that the timing of disclosing the note may be any time, but it is preferable that the note can be disclosed at a time point when the "target period of the note" ends. For example, an example will be described in which the user a makes a "note of 10 th to 12 th week of pregnancy" at 10 th week of pregnancy and edits the made note until the 12 th week is completed. In this case, the providing apparatus 100 discloses "notes of the 10 th to 12 th week of pregnancy" when the user a becomes the 13 th week. In this case, the providing apparatus 100 discloses notes summarizing information required or interesting by the user a during the 10 th to 12 th weeks of pregnancy. As described above, by another user who is newly pregnant in week 10 browsing the "notes of week 10 to week 12" of user a, provision apparatus 100 can prompt other users to confirm the information of week 10 to week 12 summarized by user a having an attribute close to that of the other users. Thus, the providing apparatus 100 can provide appropriate information contents including action information, experience, and the like required or interested by other users in the 10 th to 12 th weeks. Therefore, the provision device 100 can reduce the number of steps for investigating, searching, acquiring, and selecting information contents and information that are necessary or interesting for the user in the 10 th to 12 th weeks.
[ 4. for user terminals ]
Next, an example of a functional configuration of the user terminal 10 and a process executed by the user terminal 10 will be described. In the following description, an example of functions that each functional configuration provided in the user terminal 10 functions will be described, and then a flow of processing executed by each functional configuration by the user terminal 10 will be described.
[ 4-1 ] an example of a functional configuration of the user terminal 10 ]
Fig. 12 is a diagram showing an example of a functional configuration of a user terminal according to the embodiment. As shown in fig. 12, the user terminal 10 includes a communication unit 20, a storage unit 30, an input unit 40, an output unit 50, a detection unit 60, an imaging unit 70, and a control unit 80.
The communication unit 20 is connected to the network N by wire or wireless, and transmits and receives information to and from the providing apparatus 100. For example, the communication unit 20 is implemented by a circuit for communication or the like.
The storage unit 30 is implemented by, for example, a semiconductor Memory element such as a RAM (Random Access Memory) or a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), or a storage device such as a hard disk or an optical disk, and data of various application programs for executing proposed processing is registered in the storage unit 30.
The input unit 40 is an input device that receives various operations from a user, and is implemented by a keyboard, a mouse, operation keys, and the like. The output unit 50 is a display device for displaying various information, and is implemented by a screen such as a liquid crystal display. In the case where the user terminal 10 employs a touch panel, the input unit 40 and the output unit 50 are integrated.
The detection unit 60 is a detection device for detecting the physical state of the user terminal 10, and is implemented by various sensor devices such as a GPS antenna for detecting the position of the user terminal 10 using a Positioning System such as a GPS (Global Positioning System). The detection unit 60 may be any other sensor such as a gyro sensor, an acceleration sensor, a temperature sensor, a volume sensor, and a brightness sensor.
The photographing section 70 is a photographing device for photographing an image (a moving image or a still image), and is implemented by a so-called digital camera.
The control unit 80 is, for example, an arithmetic processing device for executing various processes, and is realized by, for example, a CPU, an MPU, or the like, which executes various programs (corresponding to an example of the application program AP in the supply program) stored in a predetermined storage device (for example, the storage unit 30) with the RAM as a work area. The control unit 80 may be implemented by an integrated circuit such as an ASIC or FPGA.
In the example shown in fig. 12, the control unit 80 has a functional configuration as a first application control unit 81 and a second application control unit 82 by executing a first application and a second application stored in the storage unit 30. Here, the first application 81 is an example of a functional configuration for realizing the above-described processing by cooperating with the providing apparatus 100.
The second application 82 may be configured to allow the user terminal 10 to function as an OS (Operating System), for example, or may be configured to receive various operations. The control unit 80 may also execute various other arbitrary application programs to have a functional configuration corresponding to the application programs.
Here, fig. 13 is a diagram showing an example of a functional configuration of the first application control unit according to the embodiment. As shown in fig. 13, the first application control section 81 includes a display control section 810, a reply transmission section 811, a designation reception section 812, and an output section 813, and realizes the above-described supply processing by causing the control section 80 to execute various kinds of processing.
[ 4-2 ] an example of a flow of processing executed by the user terminal 10 ]
Next, an example of the flow of processing executed by the first application control unit 81 will be described with reference to fig. 14. Fig. 14 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow of processing executed by the first application according to the embodiment. For example, when the first application 81 is started, the display control unit 810 determines whether or not the first start is the first start for starting the first application 81 for the first time (step S301).
Then, when the first application program is started (step S301: "YES"), the display control unit 810 displays the information content for the first start-up, which is included in the first application program 81 as data in advance (step S302). For example, the display control section 810 displays the information content SC1 shown in fig. 7, and displays the information content SC2 for accepting input of a basic question. Then, the answer transmitting unit 811 transmits a basic answer, which is an answer to the basic question, to the providing apparatus 100 (step S303).
Next, the display control section 810 displays a tutorial, and proposes the execution of the type diagnosis to the user (step S304). For example, the display control section 810 displays the information content SC3 shown in fig. 7, and proposes the execution of the type diagnosis to the user in the course.
The display control unit 810 also determines whether or not the user has permitted the type diagnosis (step S305). Then, when the execution of the type diagnosis is permitted (step S305: "YES"), the display control unit 810 executes the type diagnosis (step S306). For example, the display control unit 810 displays the information content SC4 shown in fig. 7 and performs type diagnosis. In addition, the answer transmitting unit 811 transmits various answers in the type diagnosis to the providing apparatus 100.
Next, the display control unit 810 displays the home screen (step S307). For example, the display control unit 810 displays the information content SC5 shown in fig. 7. Then, the display control unit 810 determines whether or not a request for browsing various information contents is made (step S308), and if so (step S308: YES), transmits a request for transferring the information contents to the providing apparatus 100 (step S309). Then, the output unit 813 displays the information content delivered from the providing apparatus 100 (step S310). For example, the output unit 812 displays the information contents SC6 and SC7 shown in fig. 7, and displays information contents such as various development information and notes. In addition, when the display object is a note, the output unit 813 receives the transmission of the note N1 shown in fig. 10, for example, and displays the received note N1.
On the other hand, when the request for browsing the information content is not made (step S308: NO), the display control unit 810 determines whether or not the request for editing the note is made (step S311). When a request for editing a note is made (yes in step S311), the display control unit 810 transmits the contents of various operations by the user to the providing apparatus 100 (step S312), thereby implementing, for example, addition of development information and tasks to be performed on the note.
Further, when the type diagnosis is not permitted by the user (step S305: "NO"), the display control unit 810 displays the home screen (step S307) when the type diagnosis is not permitted by the user (step S301: "NO"). When the request for editing the note is not made (no in step S311), the display control unit 810 displays the home screen (step S307).
[ 4-3 ] an example of a flow of processing executed by the user terminal 10 when adding information content to a note ]
Next, an example of the flow of processing executed by the user terminal 10 when adding information content to a note will be described with reference to fig. 15. Fig. 15 is a flowchart showing a flow of processing executed when a user terminal according to the embodiment adds information content to a note. For example, the designation acceptance unit 813 judges whether or not the user is browsing the contents (step S401), and when the user is browsing (step S401: YES), judges whether or not an operation of adding the contents to the note is accepted (step S402).
Then, when accepting the operation of adding the information content to the note (step S402: YES), the designation acceptance unit 813 transmits a request for adding the information content to the providing apparatus 100 to associate the information content with the note (step S403). As a result of such processing, the output unit 812 outputs a note to which the designated information content is added. On the other hand, the designation acceptance unit 813 ends the process when the information content is not being viewed (step S401: NO), and when the operation of requesting the addition of the information content is not accepted (step S402: No).
[ 5. modified example ]
The providing system 1 according to the above embodiment may be implemented in various different ways other than the above embodiment. Therefore, other embodiments of the supply system 1 will be described below.
[ 5-1. proposal of Standby item ]
In the above embodiment, the following example is shown: the providing apparatus 100 provides the user with the provision information based on the attribute of the user regarding pregnancy or childbirth determined based on the user's behavior regarding child development, but the embodiment is not limited to the above-described processing.
Specifically, the providing apparatus 100 may propose a product related to the provision information to the user based on the attribute of the user related to pregnancy or childbirth determined based on the user's action related to the development of children. For example, let us say that the child of the user is 3 months after birth. In addition, the product is referred to as "diaper". In this case, the providing apparatus 100 may provide the user with "diaper" as a commodity according to the fact that the user's child is 3 months after birth.
Here, the providing apparatus 100 and the user terminal 10 can provide information on the products to be delivered and various services required for delivery (hereinafter referred to as "services related to delivery") as various development information to be transmitted and as information for note management. Here, the product to be delivered may be an article required during pregnancy (e.g., maternity wear, etc.), an article required after delivery (e.g., baby diaper, baby clothes, etc.), and the like. The service related to the waiting for delivery may be, for example, preparation for going out on the day of the dog's ear (day: day of the dog's ear), reservation of a delivery house, scheduling of a taxi at the time of delivery, and the like. That is, the providing apparatus 100 selects a candidate to be proposed among the candidate and the service related to the candidate (hereinafter referred to as "candidate") based on various actions related to the development of the user and the attribute of the user, and provides information related to the selected candidate.
For example, the providing apparatus 100 selects a product estimated to be liked by the user based on the attribute of the user. To give a more specific example, the provision apparatus 100 may select a brand stroller as the product to be delivered in a case where the user frequently views an article related to a brand of baby clothes, and may select a special stroller as the product to be delivered in a case where the user always views an article related to the benefit information. In addition, the proposing apparatus 100 may propose maternity clothes of different sizes, for example, in the case where the user is at the initial stage of pregnancy, propose articles and services necessary for going out on the day of love, for example, in the case where the user is at the middle stage of pregnancy, and propose taxi arrangement at the time of delivery and purchase of articles necessary after delivery, for example, in the case where the user is at the later stage of pregnancy.
Further, the providing apparatus 100 may specify an article with a high evaluation among articles purchased by other users or a service with a high evaluation among services used by other users based on experience of other users having attributes similar to those of the users, and provide information on the specified article or service to the users. Further, the providing apparatus 100 can provide the user with a list of products purchased and services used by other users having similar attributes to the user. Thus, the provision device 100 can make the user obtain a list of the products purchased by the user and the services used by the user, which are similar to the user's own value, taste, physical constitution and physical condition, and can be used as a reference for the user to determine the purchase of the products and the use of the services.
In addition, the providing apparatus 100 may generate and provide a list related to the to-be-delivered items selected according to the attributes of the user. For example, the providing apparatus 100 may provide the user with a list of diapers, strollers, bibs, and the like selected according to the user's attributes. Further, when the user selects an arbitrary item to be delivered in the list, the providing apparatus 100 may provide information on facilities related to the selected item to be delivered. For example, the providing apparatus 100 may guide the user by providing information of a selling shop selling the selected product to be produced.
The providing apparatus 100 can provide information on the user's items to be delivered to other users having a predetermined relationship with the other users. For example, the provision apparatus 100 can create an opportunity for a user to go out by providing information about a to-be-delivered event to a partner, a parent, or the like of the user. The providing apparatus 100 may provide information of a store in which products to be produced can be purchased based on regional information such as a living region input by a user.
Further, the providing apparatus 100 may select, as the event to be produced, for example, an article, experience, or service having a correlation with a list of articles, experiences, and tasks added to the note by the user.
[ 5-2. variations on display ]
The providing apparatus 100 and the user terminal 10 can change various display forms according to the usage history of the service used by the user. For example, the providing apparatus 100 changes the display form of the home screen according to the number of executed tasks among the tasks registered by the user in the note. For example, in a case where the proportion of the tasks to be performed exceeds a predetermined threshold, provision apparatus 100 may apply a predetermined effect to the images of the pregnant woman and the fetus in the home screen. For example, the presentation apparatus 100 may illuminate or animate an image of a fetus. In addition, the providing apparatus 100 may apply a predetermined effect to the images of the pregnant woman and the fetus in the home screen when the number of information contents (i.e., additional information contents) associated with the note exceeds a predetermined threshold. Further, the providing apparatus 100 and the user terminal 10 may be configured to display a list of tasks associated with each of the plurality of notes. The list of tasks described herein may be displayed so as to be arranged in the time series of the associated notes. For example, when there are 10 to 12-week notes, 13 to 15-week notes, and 16 to 18-week notes, the providing apparatus 100 and the user terminal 10 can display a list of tasks in order of tasks related to the 10 to 12-week notes, tasks related to the 13 to 15-week notes, and tasks related to the 16 to 18-week notes.
[ 5-3. Categories concerning the use of History ]
The providing apparatus 100 and the user terminal 10 can provide services according to the type of the user's action related to the child bearing. For example, the providing apparatus 100 determines which of various categories relating to the development of children the information content browsed by the user or the information content added to the note belongs to, such as whether or not the information content is "mother-oriented", whether or not the information content is "child-oriented", whether or not the information content is "father-oriented", whether or not the information content is "home-oriented", whether or not the information content is related to a living space relating to the care (for example, social relationships such as public services relating to the care, living environments, relatives, friends, and the like). The providing apparatus 100 determines to which category the task registered by the user or the task executed by the user belongs.
Then, the providing apparatus 100 awards points indicating the degree of execution of the action associated with each category, based on the determination result and the content of the action. For example, when the user browses the information content for mother, the provision apparatus 100 regards that the "browsing of the information content" is performed as the "mother-oriented" action, and adds the "1" score to the score of the category "mother-oriented". In addition, when the user adds the information content for mother to the note, the provision apparatus 100 regards that the "addition of the information content" is performed as the action for mother ", and adds" 2 "points to the point of the category" for mother ".
For example, when the user registers a task for a child, the provision apparatus 100 regards that "registration of the task" is performed as an action "for the child", and adds a "1" score to the score of the category "for the child". Further, when the user executes a child-oriented task (for example, checks a check box), the provision device 100 regards that the "execution of the task" as the "child-oriented" action is performed, and adds the "2" point to the point of the category "child-oriented".
The points obtained by counting the number by category are used for providing information to the user and using various services. For example, in the case where the "child-facing" integration exceeds a prescribed threshold, the providing apparatus 100 may apply a prescribed effect to the images of the pregnant woman and the fetus in the home screen. In addition, the providing apparatus 100 may provide coupons for various products for the mother in the case where the "mother facing" score exceeds a prescribed threshold. In addition, the providing apparatus 100 preferably selects the information content to be provided to the user based on the score of each category. That is, the providing apparatus 100 may use the points of each category as one of the attributes.
[ 5-4. about Enterprise notes ]
In the above example, the providing apparatus 100 and the user terminal 10 disclose the note generated by each user to the other user. However, the embodiment is not limited thereto. For example, the provision apparatus 100 may receive, as a corporate note, a note generated by a corporation for a user having a predetermined attribute, and may disclose the received corporate note to the user having the corresponding attribute. For example, the providing apparatus 100 may disclose corporate notes generated to a pregnant woman publishing business facing a pregnant woman in the 10 th week of pregnancy and to a pregnant woman publishing business facing a pregnant woman in the 15 th week of pregnancy. In order to facilitate the generation of such corporate notes, the providing apparatus 100 can provide information of information contents such as articles and posting information having high browsing frequency for pregnant women of each attribute to the corporation.
[ 5-5. information content on selection ]
In the above example, providing apparatus 100 selects information content to be delivered based on various attributes such as the type and intention of the user. Here, when the type and attribute of the user are not registered, the providing apparatus 100 may provide the information content selected at random, the information content viewed frequently by other users, and the like.
[ 5-6. about the character ]
The providing apparatus 100 and the user terminal 10 may provide various questions and information contents in a form of speaking in a predetermined character. For example, in the case where a user displays a question related to information content when viewing the information content, the user terminal 10 may display a predetermined character for use with a product related to development (for example, diaper), and display "can ask a question? "and the like, for example, a display for asking the user's consent and question contents, and the like, as the speech of the role.
For example, the providing apparatus 100 selects an information content (e.g., a business information content) proposed to be browsed to the user based on the attribute of the user, and transmits information on the selected business information content to the user terminal 10. In such a case, the user terminal 10 may offer to browse the content of the business information selected by the proposing apparatus 100 in the form of a character utterance.
[ 5-7 ] actions relating to the user ]
In the above example, the provision device 100 determines the attribute of the user based on an action such as which information content the user browses or which information content the user adds to a note. Here, the providing apparatus 100 may determine the attribute of the user based on an arbitrary action performed by the user in the service. For example, the provision device 100 may determine the attribute of the user based on the scroll wheel operation, the contents of the click operation, the date and time of the user access, the use start time, the accumulated use time, and the like of the user in the application AR.
In addition to the above-described services, for example, the providing apparatus 100 may specify contribution information related to the development of the child (for example, a contribution related to the estimated delivery date, a contribution related to a product to be produced, a contribution related to selection of a delivery house, a reference to a contribution of another user, a contribution related to the child, and the like) from among contribution information that a user contributes to various SNS (Social Networking Service), determine an attribute of the user based on the content of the specified contribution information, and grant the point. Further, the providing apparatus 100 may determine the attribute of the user based on the purchase history of a product related to the development of a child among products purchased in various electronic malls and may grant points.
That is, the providing apparatus 100 may determine the attribute of the user based on any action, as long as the attribute of the user can be determined based on the action related to the development of the child among the actions performed by the user via the user terminal 10.
[ 5-8. about notes provided ]
In the above description, the provision apparatus 100 discloses the note generated by the user to the other user. Note that the disclosure target note may be a note after various edits such as addition and deletion of information content and addition of a task are performed by a user, or a note without any edit. Note that, similarly, the note to be copied may be a note subjected to various edits by the user or a note not subjected to any edits.
For example, when a user requests registration of a new note, provision apparatus 100 newly creates a note to which various types of development information have not been added, and receives addition of various types of development information from the user. Here, the provision device 100 may set a note to be disclosed, which is added with various kinds of development information by the user, or may set a note to be disclosed, which is not added. That is, the providing apparatus 100 may disclose any note as long as it discloses a note generated as a note of a user, or may be a copy target for use by another user as an original note.
[ 5-9. other service forms ]
In the above embodiment, the following example is shown: the providing apparatus 100 provides the user with the provided information based on the attribute of the user regarding pregnancy or childbirth determined based on the user's behavior regarding child development, but the embodiment is not limited to the service regarding pregnancy or childbirth described above. The service referred to herein may be any service, such as nursing care, diet, mastering during menstruation, learning, job hunting, examination, pet care, and development of characters in a game.
