Piano string winding and buckling device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of piano maintenance tools, in particular to a piano string winding and buckling device.
Background
The one end at the string is generally established to the string knot, and it is formed with the winding of string body after buckling by string one end, as shown in fig. 7, the string knot includes: a string clasp 101, a first winding section 102, a second winding section 103 and a string body 104.
The existing string winding buckle is generally manufactured by adopting auxiliary equipment, and the structure of the auxiliary equipment comprises: the string tension device comprises a clamping device consisting of two clamping plates, a tension device for tensioning one end of a string and a winding device consisting of a base body, a bolt and a winding hook, wherein the bolt is screwed on the base body, and the winding hook is fixed at one end of the bolt. During the use, bend the one end of string earlier and form a closure member, then press from both sides tight this closure member through clamping device, the wire winding hook through winding device catches on the closure member and rotates, accomplish first winding section 102 after rotatory certain number of turns, relax clamping device, the one end that the string length is shorter is pulled out and then presss from both sides tight clamping device again, the one end that the string is shorter of bending, it is perpendicular with the longer part of string length, then it is taut through stretching device, rotate certain number of turns again, accomplish second winding section 103, the processing is accomplished promptly after the stub bar of the shorter one end of string is cut off at last.
However, the auxiliary device is generally only suitable for the winding of strings in batches, and is not suitable for the winding of single or small strings, because the maintenance cost of the piano is increased, and when the strings are replaced and maintained and broken, maintenance workers often go to the door for maintenance, and the device is large in size and inconvenient to carry.
Therefore, how to provide a piano string winder with simple structure, small volume and portability is a problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a piano string winder, comprising: the winding buckle plate 1 is provided with two first stainless steel bending screws 2 for bending one end of the string body into a string buckle 101 at intervals at the position, close to one end of the winding buckle plate 1, the winding buckle plate 1 is provided with two string penetrating holes 11 which are vertically arranged and are used for forming a first winding section 102, and the winding buckle plate 1 is provided with a second stainless steel bending screw 3 which is matched with any one string penetrating hole 11 to form a second winding section 103 at the position, close to the string penetrating holes 11, of one side.
A third stainless steel bent screw 4 and a stainless steel rod 5 are screwed at the position, close to the other end of the winding buckle plate 1, at intervals, and the diameter of the stainless steel rod 5 is smaller than that of the first stainless steel bent screw 2.
The screw rod of the lower end of the nut on one first stainless steel bent screw 2, the screw rod of the lower end of the nut on the second stainless steel bent screw 3 and the screw rod of the lower end of the nut on the third stainless steel bent screw 4 are string stopping parts 6, the screw rod of the lower end of the nut on the other first stainless steel bent screw 2 is a first string winding part 7, and the stainless steel rod 5 on the same side of the string stopping neck part 6 on the third stainless steel bent screw 4 is a second string winding part 8.
The top of the winding buckle plate 1 is provided with a notch 12 which inclines downwards.
The winding buckle plate 1 is of a stainless steel cuboid structure, and the length, the width and the height of the winding buckle plate are 18 x 1.8 x 0.4 cm.
The piano string winder of the invention has the following use method:
1. when a larger string fastener is needed, in the first step, referring to fig. 3, one end of the string body 104 is abutted against the string stopping part 6 on one of the stainless steel bent screws 2, and then the end is bent through the first string winding part on the other stainless steel bent screw 2 to form the string fastener 101 (the shape of the string is shown in fig. 4); secondly, referring to fig. 5, the two ends of the string body 104 in fig. 4 are respectively inserted into the two string penetrating holes 11, the string clip 101 is clamped by the pliers 9, then the winding plate 1 is rotated by hand to complete the first winding section 102 (the shape of the string is referred to fig. 5), and thirdly, referring to fig. 6, either end of the string body 104 is pulled out from the string penetrating holes 11 and is abutted against the string stopping part 6 on the second stainless steel bent screw 3, and then the winding plate 1 is rotated again by hand to complete the second winding section 103 (the shape of the string is referred to fig. 7).
2. When a small string fastener is needed, the method is different from the method for winding a large string fastener in that one end of the string body 104 is abutted against the string stopping part 6 on one stainless steel bent screw 2, then the end is bent into the string fastener 101 through the first string winding part on the other stainless steel bent screw 2, the string fastener 101 is sleeved on the second string winding part 8 on the stainless steel rod 5, one end of the string is abutted against the string stopping part 6 on the third stainless steel bent screw 4, the other end of the string is tensioned, and the size of the string fastener 101 is reduced.
3. The diameter of the string penetrating hole 11 in the invention is generally 2.5mm, the string penetrating hole is suitable for penetrating of high-pitch strings, when the diameter of the string is larger than 2.5mm, if the diameter of a low-pitch string is often between 2.5mm and 5mm, the low-pitch string needs to be wound around the string buckle according to a drawing 3, one end of the string body 104 is placed in the opening 12, the other end of the string body is abutted against the string stopping part 6 on the second stainless steel bent screw 3 adjacent to the opening 12, then the string buckle 101 is clamped and rotated by pliers, the other end of the string body 104 is wound on one end of the string body 104, and the first winding section 102 and the second winding section 103 are completed.
The piano string winding and buckling device is simple in structure, simple and convenient in string winding and buckling method, small in size, light in weight and convenient to carry, is very suitable for being used as a tool for maintenance workers to maintain on the door, and can select the size of the winding string buckle according to the requirement.
