Abstract
The invention discloses a PCB fixing structure of a curved MINI LED display screen, which comprises a back plate, a lamp plate and a plurality of PCBs, wherein the lamp plate and the back plate are curved, the curvatures of the curved surfaces of the lamp plate and the back plate are matched, and the lamp plate is fixedly connected to the back plate; correspond each PCB board on the lamp plate and be fixed with at least one first link respectively, thereby each PCB board is arranged in respectively on the first link that corresponds and is connected the PCB board fixedly through first fastener and first link. The invention achieves the mode that the planar PCB can be locked on the curved surface by utilizing the mode that the connecting frame is fixed on the lamp panel and used for locking the PCB.

Technical Field

Background
When the traditional curved-surface type display PCB is installed, a locking convex hull needs to be manufactured on the back plate and matched with a curvature design plane for locking, and if the locking convex hull cannot be manufactured due to the structural limitation of the back plate, the PCB cannot be fixed on the back plate.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the PCB board fixing structure of the curved MINI LED display screen of the present invention includes a back plate 1, a lamp panel 2 and a plurality of PCB boards 3, wherein the lamp panel 2 and the back plate 1 are both curved and have curved curvatures matched with each other, and the lamp panel 2 is fixedly connected to the back plate 1; correspond each PCB board 3 on the lamp plate 2 and be fixed with at least one first link 4 respectively, thereby each PCB board 3 is arranged in respectively on the first link 4 that corresponds and is connected PCB board 3 fixedly through first fastener 5 and first link 4.
The connecting contact surface of the first connecting frame 4 and the corresponding PCB 3 is a flat surface. The design can improve the stability of the connection of the PCB 3.
