In an automatic vending machine that sells commodities such as beverages contained in containers such as bottles, cans, and plastic bottles, a display room is provided on a front surface of an apparatus case. The display chamber is formed in a rectangular shape with an opening on the front surface, and includes a display stand and a commodity selection button.

The display stand is a long stand extending in the left-right direction, and is provided with a plurality of layers in the up-down direction. These display stands hold a plurality of merchandise samples in an upright posture in an arrangement along the extending direction of the display stand itself. The commodity selection buttons are respectively arranged corresponding to the commodity samples of the display stands and used for selecting commodities. These commodity selection buttons are mounted and supported on each display stand by a selection button mounting member so as to be capable of being pressed.

The front surface opening of such a display chamber is covered by a lighting panel. The illumination plate is a plate-like body formed of a light-transmitting material, and covers the entire area of the front surface opening of the display chamber. A through hole through which a component of each commodity selection button is inserted is formed in the illumination plate, and the illumination plate is held by the selection button fixture and also held by the device case. In the above-described commodity sample display device for an automatic vending machine, at least one of the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the illumination plate is held by a selection button attachment member that attaches and supports the commodity selection button.

In the commodity sample display device for an automatic vending machine according to the present invention, the selection button attachment member holds the illumination plate via a waterproof cushion member.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION

In the present invention, since the illumination plate is provided for each display stand, when any one of the illumination plates is damaged due to a scratch or the like, only the illumination plate can be removed and replaced with a new illumination plate. In this case, since the illumination plate is not inserted into the components of the product selection button, it is not necessary to detach the components and the like. Therefore, the effect of facilitating the replacement work of the illumination panel is exhibited.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the merchandise sample display device of the vending machine according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a vending machine for a merchandise sample display device to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied. The vending machine exemplified here sells a beverage contained in a container such as a bottle, a can, or a plastic bottle as a commodity, and includes a front door 2 on the front surface of a device case 1 for storing the commodity.

The front door 2 is supported by the device case 1 via one side edge portion, and can open and close a front opening (not shown) of the device case 1. The front face door 2 is provided with a coin slot 11 for inserting coins, a bill slot 12 for inserting bills, a display 13 for displaying various information required for selling commodities, such as the amount of inserted coins and inserted bills, and the amount of change, a return lever 14 for returning the inserted coins and inserted bills, a coin return slot 15 for returning the coins, and a commodity outlet 16 for taking out commodities, which are necessary for selling commodities.

Further, a commodity sample display device 20 is provided on the upper portion of the front surface door 2. The merchandise sample display device 20 includes a display chamber 30 and an illumination plate 40.

The display chamber 30 has a rectangular shape with an open front surface, and includes a display stand 31 and a product selection button 32.

As shown in fig. 2, the display stand 31 is provided with a plurality of layers (3 layers in the illustrated example) at substantially equal intervals in the vertical direction on the front surface of the back plate 33. These display stands 31 are long members having a longitudinal direction in the left-right direction, and a plurality of product samples SM are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the display stands 31 themselves while being held in an upright posture.

Here, the product sample SM is constituted only by the front half portion in the case of dividing a resin article having an outer shape equivalent to that of a product to be sold into two front and rear portions, and the rear surface of the product sample SM is open.

The product selection buttons 32 are provided corresponding to the product samples SM of the respective display stands 31. The product selection buttons 32 are attached and supported so as to be connected to the corresponding display stands 31 by the selection button attachments 34. The product selection button 32 is pressed to turn on a built-in switch (not shown), and a selection signal is supplied to a vending machine control unit (not shown) to select a product.

The illumination plate 40 is, for example, a plate-like body formed of a light-transmitting material such as an acrylic resin, and a plurality of (3 in the present embodiment) illumination plates 40 are provided for each display stand 31. These illumination plates 40 cover the front surface opening of the display chamber 30 together with the goods selection buttons 32 for enabling the goods samples SM held by the respectively corresponding display stands 31 to be visually recognized.

As shown in fig. 3, the lower end portion of the uppermost illumination plate 40 (hereinafter, also referred to as the upper illumination plate 41) of the illumination plates 40 is held by the front attachment member 341 and the rear attachment member 342 constituting the selection button attachment member 34 via the waterproof cushion member 35 in a state where the waterproof cushion member 35 is elastically deformed. The upper end portion of the upper illumination plate 41 is held by the upper end frame 2a of the front door 2, and both left and right end portions of the upper illumination plate 41 are held by the support members 3 that support both left and right end portions of the selection button fixtures 34.

As shown in fig. 3, of the illumination panels 40, the upper end portion and the lower end portion of both the illumination panel 40 disposed at the center (hereinafter, also referred to as a center illumination panel 42) and the illumination panel 40 disposed at the lowermost position (hereinafter, also referred to as a lower illumination panel 43) are held by the front-side attachment member 341 and the rear-side attachment member 342 constituting the selection button attachment member 34 via the waterproof cushion member 35 in a state where the waterproof cushion member 35 is elastically deformed. The left and right end portions of the central illumination plate 42 and the lower illumination plate 43 are held by the support member 3.

In the commodity sample display device 20 for an automatic vending machine having the above-described configuration, the illumination plate 40 is provided for each display stand 31, and at least one of the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the illumination plate 40 is held by the selection button fixture 34 that supports the commodity selection button 32, so that when any one of the illumination plates 40 is damaged due to a scratch or the like, only the illumination plate 40 can be removed and replaced with a new illumination plate 40. In this case, since the components of the product selection button 32 do not penetrate the illumination plate 40, it is not necessary to detach the components. Therefore, the replacement work of the illumination panel 40 can be facilitated.

In the commodity sample display device 20, since the selection button fixture 34 holds the illumination plate 40 through the waterproof cushion material 35, water tightness can be ensured.

Further, with the above-described merchandise sample display device 20, by providing the illumination plate 40 for each display stand 31, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost while downsizing the illumination plate 40, and thus it is possible to construct the illumination plate 40 at low cost while saving space in the storage area of the illumination plate 40.

While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made.

In the above embodiment, the lighting panel 40 is held through the waterproof cushion material 35 to ensure water tightness, but in the present invention, the lighting panel may be held by another method as long as water tightness can be ensured.

In the above-described embodiment, at least one of the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the illumination plate 40(41, 42, 43) is held by the selection button attachment 34(341, 342), but in the present invention, the structure for holding the illumination plate is not particularly limited as long as the illumination plate is provided for each display stand.

Claims

1. A commodity sample display device for an automatic vending machine, comprising:

a display stand which is provided with a plurality of layers in the vertical direction and holds a plurality of commodity samples along the extending direction of the display stand;

a commodity selection button which is provided corresponding to each commodity sample of each display stand and is used for selecting commodities; and

an illumination plate formed of a light-transmissive material and for enabling the commodity sample to be visually recognized,

the commodity sample display device of the vending machine is characterized in that,

the lighting panel is provided for each of the display stands.

2. The merchandise sample display device for a vending machine according to claim 1,

at least one of the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the illumination plate is held by a selection button mounting member that mounts and supports the commodity selection button.

the selection button attachment member holds the illumination panel via a waterproof cushion member.
