6. The system of claim 1, wherein the hydro-power management unit comprises:
the payment interface module is configured for generating a hydropower order and generating a charging service according to the order;
the hydropower current limiting module is configured for controlling the on-off of hydropower according to an instruction;
the power monitoring module is configured for monitoring the power of each power utilization interface, and calling the hydropower current limiting module to power off the corresponding power utilization interface after finding that the power exceeds a preset power threshold;
the intelligent power-off module is configured to acquire no personnel in the dormitory through an infrared sensor signal of the dormitory monitoring unit and call the hydropower current-limiting module to power off an electricity utilization interface of the dormitory;
and the water flow monitoring module is configured for monitoring the hot water flow, generating a charging fee according to the hot water flow and monitoring abnormal water consumption information.
7. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
the dormitory acquisition unit is configured for acquiring all dormitory numbers and generating a dormitory list;
and the dormitory allocation unit is configured for allocating dormitories to the users according to the user information and marking the allocated dormitory numbers in the dormitory list.
8. The system of claim 7, further comprising:
an allocation request receiving unit configured to receive a dormitory adjustment request transmitted by a personal terminal;
the distribution request execution unit is configured to return the dormitory list to the personal terminal and receive a target dormitory number selected by the personal terminal according to the dormitory list;
the dormitory mark changing unit is configured for marking the target dormitory number as distributed and establishing the binding relationship between the target dormitory number and the personal terminal user information; and after three days, removing the binding relationship between the personal terminal user information and the original housing number.
9. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
the visitor management unit is configured for a visitor to fill in basic visitor information and visit time, a visit application is submitted to a manager end, a two-dimensional code is generated after the application is passed and is sent to a visitor mobile phone by the visitor, and the visitor swipes the two-dimensional code in and out through the face recognition all-in-one machine within a set time; if the two-dimensional code is not printed on the access control system in the entering process, the access control system recognizes the person as a stranger and performs sound and light alarm; if the two-dimensional code is not printed on the access control system in the leaving process, the visitor is judged to be always in the access state, the visitor is automatically pulled into a blacklist after the specified time, and the next access cannot be carried out;
and the entrance guard identification unit is configured to be used for installing infrared human body induction equipment in the entrance guard system, identifying whether the number of the entering people is matched with the number of the captured facial information, and performing early warning if the number of the entering people is not matched with the number of the captured facial information.
10. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
the maintenance management unit is configured for generating a maintenance task according to the repair information uploaded by the personal terminal, adding the maintenance task into a task queue, distributing maintenance personnel for the maintenance task in the queue, and recording the proceeding state of the maintenance task in real time;
and the criminal uploading unit is configured for uploading and storing the information of the criminal personnel and the pictures of the criminal scene.
