6. The prepaid card management system of claim 1, wherein: the process of removing the electronic card is realized by the following steps,
c1, selecting the electronic card to be removed by the user, inputting the number of removed cards and the amount of money to be removed;
c2, submitting a card-detaching request, and returning the information of each detached new card; the information of the new card includes the number of the new card, the denomination of the new card, and the validity period of the new card.
7. The prepaid card management system of claim 1, wherein: the process of transferring the electronic card is realized by the following steps,
d1, selecting the electronic card to be transferred by the user, and inputting the name, the identification card number and the mobile phone number of the person to be transferred;
d2, submitting a donation application, automatically checking the name, the identification card number and the mobile phone number of the transferee by the management system, and if the checking is successful, sending a notification of successful donation to the user and the transferee; and if the checking fails, sending a notification of the gift transferring failure to the user.
8. The prepaid card management system of claim 1, wherein: the off-line two-dimensional code payment is realized by the following steps,
e1, scanning the commodities selected by the user at a store by an offline cashier, inputting the amount of money to be paid by the user in an online terminal, generating a payment order, and prompting the user to display a payment two-dimensional code;
e2, selecting a prepaid card by the user through the mobile terminal, inputting a payment password and payment amount, generating a payment two-dimensional code, and displaying the two-dimensional code to an offline cashier;
e3, scanning the two-dimensional code displayed by the user by an offline cashier by using a code scanning device, and circularly inquiring the three payment results by the offline terminal; if the payment is successfully displayed in one of the three queries, the terminal and the mobile terminal are simultaneously off-line to display the result of the successful payment, the payment receipt is printed off-line by the terminal or the two-dimensional code of the payment receipt is displayed on the mobile terminal, and the payment receipt is printed by an off-line cashier manually scanning the two-dimensional code of the payment receipt; and if the inquiry is not successful for three times, quitting the payment.
9. The prepaid card management system of claim 8, wherein: the refund realization process of the off-line two-dimensional code comprises the following steps,
f1, the payment receipt is displayed with a transaction two-dimensional code, and a user can inquire commodity information by scanning the transaction two-dimensional code on the payment receipt and select a corresponding commodity to initiate a refund request to generate a refund two-dimensional code;
f2, scanning the refund two-dimensional code by an offline cashier after the offline cashier takes the goods needing refund, and circularly inquiring the refund result for three times by the offline terminal; if the refund success is displayed in one of the three queries, returning the original channel of the amount paid by the user to the prepaid card of the user, and simultaneously displaying the result of the refund success by the terminal and the mobile terminal on line; if the inquiry is not successful for three times, quitting refund;
or,
g1, the user inquires the transaction details and initiates a refund request through the mobile terminal to generate a refund two-dimensional code;
g2, scanning the refund two-dimensional code by an offline cashier after the offline cashier takes the goods needing refund, and circularly inquiring the refund result of three times by the offline terminal; if the refund success is displayed in one of the three queries, returning the original channel of the amount paid by the user to the prepaid card of the user, and simultaneously displaying the result of the refund success by the terminal and the mobile terminal on line; and if the inquiry is not successful for three times, quitting the refund.
10. The prepaid card management system of claim 1, wherein: the definition of the prepaid card BIN comprises the prepaid card BIN, the prepaid card seed, the prepaid card denomination and whether the prepaid card is an electronic card or a physical card; the inventory management is specifically to check the number of the current prepaid cards for sale and the number of the current prepaid cards for sale; the user statistics specifically includes statistics of mobile terminal user card purchase classification information; the transaction information statistics specifically includes statistics of transaction information details of online payment, online refund, offline two-dimensional code consumption and offline two-dimensional code refund.
