The management of an index system is the basis of the whole system, all service data are expanded according to indexes, one service data corresponds to one index, and the indexes relate to each service department, a service module, display dimensions and the like, and have various service attributes; and the logic of inquiring the index data in each module of the service system is approximately the same, if the data of each module is independently inquired, code redundancy is caused, the system performance is influenced, and the workload of system development is increased. For this reason, it is necessary to create an index management method and system for index management.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow diagram of an embodiment of a method for index based index system management according to the present disclosure is shown. The index system management method based on the service index can be applied to index system management, but is not limited. As shown in fig. 1, the method for managing an index system based on service indexes includes the following steps:
step 101, inputting or importing a service index and adding each attribute of the index as a basis for inquiring related data.
Here, step 101 specifically includes:
and leading in or singly inputting the basic content of the service index. The basic contents of the service index include an index code, an index name, an index reporting mode (manual filling and system direct collection), an index reporting period (year, month, day, and the like), a statistical period (statistics of the data in the same month-completion value in the same month, statistics of the data from 1 month to the same month-cumulative completion value), index accuracy, and the like. And performing data entry on the index basic content through an index importing function and an index single entry function of the system to serve as the basic content for establishing an index management system. The basic contents determine the dimensionality of data display, if the reporting mode is system direct acquisition, the data directly acquired by the system is read, the statistical period is an accumulated completion value, the data marked as the accumulated completion value is preferentially read, and then the data is displayed according to the number of bits of decimal point of the index precision.
And adding the additional display content of the service index. Different indexes have different display contents in business, such as index display requirements (annular chart, instrument chart and trend chart), whether drill-down page detailed display exists or not, and the like. The display content determines the display form of the data, and if the display requirement is a trend graph, the index trend data is displayed.
Step 102, establishing classification for system service modules, binding service indexes, and establishing an index management system.
Here, step 102 includes
And distinguishing each service module according to the system module, and establishing a corresponding service module classification-index classification module. For example, the system is divided into modules for guiding, monitoring, early warning and the like, the monitoring module is divided into modules for professional signboards, enterprise signboards and the like, the enterprise signboards are also divided into modules for economic development, industrial development and the like, all the modules are divided in business, and the index classification tree can be established clearly, orderly and efficiently.
And building an index classification tree according to the classified index classification module. And building an index classification tree according to the classified index classification module. And binding a system business main module for navigation, monitoring, early warning and the like on a root node of the index management system, binding modules such as a professional billboard and an enterprise billboard under the monitoring module according to the example, and establishing an index classification tree according to the same operation of the next level.
And binding indexes of each module and establishing an index management system. And according to the display requirements of each module, the indexes of each module are bound under each index classification module, and the foundation construction of a system index management system is completed. In addition, the binding sequence of the indexes can be sequenced and displayed in sequence on the service.
And 103, inquiring a relevant module during service inquiry, and automatically acquiring the contents of all indexes of the selected levels under the module. Based on the established index management system, index content under a certain classification module can be obtained by inquiring index classification.
Here, step 103 includes
And inquiring all system index classifications of N levels under the index classification, namely inquiring a certain index classification module to obtain all index classifications of N levels under the module.
And inquiring all system index classifications under the index classification, namely inquiring a certain index classification module to obtain all index classifications under the module.
And inquiring all system indexes of N levels under the index classification, namely inquiring a certain index classification module, and acquiring all indexes of N levels under the module and contents thereof.
And inquiring all system indexes under the index classification, namely inquiring a certain index classification module to obtain all indexes and contents thereof under the module.
And 104, matching the data table according to the index attributes to obtain index data. Based on the established index management system, index data under the classification module can be obtained by inquiring index classification.
Here, step 104 includes
And inquiring all system index data of N levels under the index classification. Inquiring a certain index classification module, inputting parameters of the inquired year, month, organization code, index classification module code and the like, reading data of a system data table after matching according to the index attributes filled in the step 101 by the index management system, acquiring data of all indexes of N levels under the module, additionally inquiring other data related to the indexes according to the index display form and the like filled in the step 101, inquiring data of the current year by the current month if a trend graph is used, and packaging the data of each index according to the index and returning.
And inquiring all system index data under the index classification. Inquiring a certain index classification module, inputting parameters of the inquired year, month, organization code, index classification module code and the like, reading data of a system data table after matching according to the index attributes filled in the step 101 by the index management system, acquiring data of all indexes under the module, additionally inquiring other data related to the indexes according to the index display form and the like filled in the step 101, inquiring data of the current year by the month if a trend graph is used, and packaging the data of each index according to the indexes for returning.
