After the second terminal receives the prompt message, the driver can determine that the electric quantity of the first terminal is insufficient according to the prompt message, and the situation that the passenger makes an appointment for the current appointment order possibly exists due to the fact that the electric quantity of the first terminal is insufficient. Therefore, the driver can perform the cancel operation on the car appointment application of the second terminal according to the prompt message. The car appointment application of the second terminal may generate and return order cancellation information to the server in response to the cancellation operation. And then, the server sets the order consumption in the car booking order information as a preset money amount according to the order cancellation information, and sets the order cancellation responsibility type in the car booking order information as a preset type according to the order cancellation information.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of another embodiment of a method for processing a car booking order according to the present invention is shown, and the method for processing a car booking order may be applied to a car booking server. The car-booking server may communicate with the passenger's terminal (first terminal) and the driver's terminal (second terminal), respectively.
The terminal of the passenger can send car booking request information to the car booking server, and the car booking request information can contain the starting point position and the ending point position of the car booking of the passenger, and the terminal model and the terminal electric quantity information of the terminal of the passenger. The taxi appointment server creates taxi appointment order information according to the taxi appointment request information, wherein the taxi appointment order information also comprises the starting point position and the ending point position of taxi appointment of passengers, and the terminal model and the first terminal electric quantity value of the terminals of the passengers. And the car booking server sends the booking operation to a driver terminal according to the car booking order information. And if the driver's terminal accepts the taxi appointment of the passenger, namely the driver's terminal executes order receiving operation on the taxi appointment order information, returning an order receiving result to the taxi appointment server. And the booking server updates driver information in the booking order information according to the order taking result and informs the terminal driver of the passenger of the order taking. After the driver's terminal performs the order taking operation, the driver may drive to the starting point location. Meanwhile, the terminal of the passenger can report the terminal electric quantity information to the car appointment server at regular time. If the passenger's terminal is not charged, the passenger's terminal is exhausted of electricity and the passenger's terminal is not available. And the car booking server updates the first terminal electric quantity value in the car booking order information according to the terminal electric quantity information reported by the passenger terminal. The car appointment server can detect whether the first terminal electric quantity value is smaller than or equal to the electric quantity threshold value corresponding to the terminal model after updating the first terminal electric quantity value, and push prompt information to the terminal of the driver if the first terminal electric quantity value is smaller than or equal to the electric quantity threshold value corresponding to the terminal model. Prompt information can be displayed on a driver terminal, and the driver can select whether to cancel the car appointment order or not. And if the driver does not cancel the car appointment order, continuing to drive to the starting point position. And if the driver arrives at the starting point position and successfully gets on the passenger, driving to the end point position. If the driver does not pick up the passenger at the arrival starting point position or the driver cancels the car booking order after receiving the prompt message, the driver terminal returns order cancellation information to the car booking server. After receiving the order cancellation information, the car booking server detects whether the first terminal electric quantity value is smaller than or equal to the electric quantity threshold value corresponding to the terminal model, if the first terminal electric quantity value is smaller than or equal to the electric quantity threshold value corresponding to the terminal model, the car booking server sets the order taking and consuming in the car booking order information to be zero, and sets the order cancellation responsibility type in the car booking order information to be a driver non-responsibility type. And the taxi appointment server sets the order state in the taxi appointment order information as an end state, and pushes the order end information to a driver terminal. After the driver's terminal receives the order ending information, it can stop going to the starting point location.
The embodiment of the invention can compare the terminal electric quantity information periodically reported by the first terminal with the preset electric quantity threshold value, when the terminal electric quantity information is less than or equal to the preset electric quantity threshold value, the electric quantity of the first terminal is insufficient, and at the moment, prompt information can be displayed on the second terminal to remind a user (driver) of the second terminal that the electric quantity of the first terminal is insufficient and the first terminal possibly cannot perform. The embodiment of the invention can remind the user of the second terminal of the risk of the user of the first terminal of the delightful contract in advance, and the problem of transport capacity waste caused by the empty running of the user of the second terminal is avoided.
And if the driver cancels the car booking order due to insufficient electric quantity of the first terminal, the order taking and consuming can be set to be zero, and the passenger is prevented from paying the order taking and consuming. Meanwhile, the taxi appointment orders cancelled due to the fact that the electric quantity of the first terminal is insufficient are set to be exempt from responsibility of a driver, the driver is prevented from bearing unnecessary responsibility, and taxi appointment experience is optimized.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
Referring to fig. 5, a block diagram of a processing apparatus for a car booking order according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the processing apparatus for a car booking order may be applied to a server, and the processing apparatus for a car booking order may specifically include the following modules:
the generation module 51 is configured to receive a car booking request message from a first terminal, and generate a car booking order message according to the car booking request message, where the car booking order message includes a first terminal electricity quantity value, an order consumption obtaining type, and an order cancellation responsibility type;
an updating module 52, configured to receive terminal electric quantity information reported by the first terminal according to a preset period, and update the first terminal electric quantity value according to the terminal electric quantity information;
the pushing module 53 is configured to, when the first terminal electric quantity value is smaller than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold, push a prompt message to a second terminal, where the prompt message indicates a possibility that the second terminal cannot communicate with the first terminal.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the apparatus further comprises:
a setting module, configured to, after the pushing module 53 pushes the prompt message to the second terminal, set the order consumption as a preset amount according to the order cancellation message if an order cancellation message returned by the second terminal according to the prompt message is received and the electric quantity value of the first terminal is less than or equal to the electric quantity threshold value, and set the order cancellation duty type as a preset type according to the order cancellation message.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the setting module is configured to set the order taking consumption to zero and set the order cancellation duty type to a user non-duty type of the second terminal if the order cancellation information returned from the second terminal is received and the first terminal electric quantity value is less than or equal to the electric quantity threshold.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the pushing module 53 is configured to push the prompt message to the second terminal when the first terminal electric quantity value is smaller than or equal to an electric quantity threshold corresponding to a terminal model of the first terminal.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the car appointment request information includes the terminal model and the terminal power amount information;
the pushing module 53 is further configured to push the car booking order information to the second terminal after the generating module 51 generates the car booking order information according to the car booking request information;
the updating module 52 is further configured to receive order receiving response information returned by the second terminal according to the order taking information, and update user information and an order state in the order taking information according to the order receiving response information.
Referring to fig. 6, a block diagram of another embodiment of a processing device for a car-booking order according to the present invention is shown, where the processing device for a car-booking order may be applied to a first terminal, and the processing device for a car-booking order may specifically include the following modules:
the request module 61 is configured to generate and send a car booking request message to a server in response to a car booking operation of a user, so that the server generates car booking order information according to the car booking request message, where the car booking order information includes a first terminal electricity quantity value, an order taking and consuming function and an order cancellation responsibility type;
the reporting module 62 is configured to report terminal electric quantity information to the server according to a preset period, so that the server updates the first terminal electric quantity value according to the terminal electric quantity information, and when the first terminal electric quantity value is smaller than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold, pushes a prompt message to a second terminal, where the prompt message indicates a possibility that the second terminal cannot communicate with the first terminal.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A processing method of an order form of car booking is applied to a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving taxi appointment request information from a first terminal, and generating taxi appointment order information according to the taxi appointment request information, wherein the taxi appointment order information comprises a first terminal electricity value, an order taking and consuming type and an order cancelling responsibility type;
receiving terminal electric quantity information reported by the first terminal according to a preset period, and updating the first terminal electric quantity value according to the terminal electric quantity information;
and when the electric quantity value of the first terminal is smaller than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value, pushing prompt information to a second terminal, wherein the prompt information represents the possibility that the second terminal and the first terminal cannot communicate.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the pushing the alert message to the second terminal, the method further comprises:
and if order cancellation information returned by the second terminal according to the prompt information is received, and the electric quantity value of the first terminal is smaller than or equal to the electric quantity threshold value, setting the order consumption as a preset amount according to the order cancellation information, and setting the order cancellation responsibility type as a preset type according to the order cancellation information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the pushing a prompt message to a second terminal when the first terminal power value is less than or equal to a preset power threshold value comprises:
and when the first terminal electric quantity value is smaller than or equal to the electric quantity threshold corresponding to the terminal model of the first terminal, pushing the prompt message to the second terminal.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the car-booking request message includes the terminal model number and the terminal power amount information;
after the generating of the car booking order information according to the car booking request information, the method further comprises:
pushing the taxi appointment order information to the second terminal, and receiving order receiving response information returned by the second terminal according to the taxi appointment order information;
and updating the user information and the order state in the taxi appointment order information according to the order receiving response information.
5. A method for processing an order of booking a car is applied to a first terminal, and comprises the following steps:
responding to a taxi appointment operation of a user, generating and sending taxi appointment request information to a server so that the server can generate taxi appointment order information according to the taxi appointment request information, wherein the taxi appointment order information comprises a first terminal electric quantity value, order taking and consuming and order cancellation responsibility types;
and reporting terminal electric quantity information to the server according to a preset period so that the server updates the first terminal electric quantity value according to the terminal electric quantity information, and when the first terminal electric quantity value is smaller than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value, pushing prompt information to a second terminal, wherein the prompt information represents the possibility that the second terminal cannot communicate with the first terminal.
6. An apparatus for processing an order for booking a car, the apparatus being applied to a server, the apparatus comprising:
the generation module is used for receiving car booking request information from a first terminal and generating car booking order information according to the car booking request information, wherein the car booking order information comprises a first terminal electric quantity value, order taking and consuming and order cancelling responsibility types;
the updating module is used for receiving terminal electric quantity information reported by the first terminal according to a preset period and updating the first terminal electric quantity value according to the terminal electric quantity information;
and the pushing module is used for pushing prompt information to a second terminal when the electric quantity value of the first terminal is smaller than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value, wherein the prompt information represents the possibility that the second terminal cannot communicate with the first terminal.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the setting module is used for setting the order taking and consuming as a preset amount according to the order canceling information and setting the order canceling responsibility type as a preset type according to the order canceling information if the order canceling information returned by the second terminal according to the prompt information is received and the electric quantity value of the first terminal is less than or equal to the electric quantity threshold value after the prompt information is pushed to the second terminal by the pushing module.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the pushing module is configured to push the prompt message to the second terminal when the first terminal power value is less than or equal to a power threshold corresponding to a terminal model of the first terminal.
9. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the car-booking request message includes the terminal model number and the terminal power amount information;
the pushing module is further configured to push the car booking order information to the second terminal after the generating module generates the car booking order information according to the car booking request information;
the updating module is further configured to receive order receiving response information returned by the second terminal according to the order taking information, and update user information and order states in the order taking information according to the order receiving response information.
10. A processing device for an appointment order is applied to a first terminal, and comprises:
the request module is used for responding to the taxi appointment operation of a user, generating and sending taxi appointment request information to the server so that the server can generate taxi appointment order information according to the taxi appointment request information, and the taxi appointment order information comprises a first terminal electric quantity value, order taking and consuming and order cancellation responsibility types;
the reporting module is used for reporting the terminal electric quantity information to the server according to a preset period so that the server updates the first terminal electric quantity value according to the terminal electric quantity information, and when the first terminal electric quantity value is smaller than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value, prompting information is pushed to a second terminal, and the prompting information represents the possibility that the second terminal cannot communicate with the first terminal.
