In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
According to the examination and approval process construction method provided by one or more embodiments of the specification, a visual process drawing interface is set up in advance, so that a user can draw an examination and approval process simply and effectively based on the interface. And then, sending the original approval process file generated based on the drawn approval process diagram to a server so that the server converts the original approval process file into executable approval process data to complete the construction of the approval process. Therefore, the high-efficiency convenience of the construction of the approval process is improved, the process drawing and maintenance are not required to be carried out by professional personnel, and the labor cost is further reduced.
Based on the approval process construction method, one or more embodiments of the present specification further provide an approval process construction apparatus. The apparatus may include systems, software (applications), modules, components, servers, etc. that utilize the methods described in the embodiments of the present specification in conjunction with hardware implementations as necessary. Based on the same innovative conception, embodiments of the present specification provide an apparatus as described in the following embodiments. Since the implementation scheme of the apparatus for solving the problem is similar to that of the method, the specific implementation of the apparatus in the embodiment of the present specification may refer to the implementation of the foregoing method, and repeated details are not repeated. As used hereinafter, the term "unit" or "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated. Specifically, fig. 6 is a schematic block structure diagram of an embodiment of an approval process construction apparatus provided in the specification, and as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus is applied to a terminal device, and the apparatus may include:
the instruction receiving module 602 may be configured to receive operation information of a user on a process control in an approval process drawing interface; the examination and approval process drawing interface at least comprises a process control; the process control is used for visually representing element information of the approval process.
The process generating module 604 may be configured to generate an original approval process file according to the operation information and the process control corresponding to the operation information.
The sending module 606 may be configured to send the original approval process file to a server, so that the server receives the original approval process file, and converts the original approval process file into an executable approval process file for service approval.
Fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram of an embodiment of an approval process construction apparatus provided in the specification, and as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus is applied to a server, and may include:
a receiving module 702, configured to receive an original approval process file sent by a terminal device; the original approval process file is generated by the terminal equipment in the following way: receiving operation information of a user on a process control in an examination and approval process drawing interface; the examination and approval process drawing interface at least comprises a process control; the process control is used for visually representing element information of the approval process; generating an original approval process file according to the operation information and the process control corresponding to the operation information;
a conversion module 704, which may be configured to convert the original approval process file into an executable approval process file for business approval.
It should be noted that the above-described apparatus may also include other embodiments according to the description of the method embodiment. The specific implementation manner may refer to the description of the related method embodiment, and is not described in detail herein.
According to the examination and approval process construction device provided by one or more embodiments of the specification, a visual process drawing interface is set up in advance, so that a user can draw an examination and approval process simply and effectively based on the interface. The present specification also provides an approval process construction system, which can be applied to a single approval system, and can also be applied to various computer data processing systems. The system may be a single server, or may include a server cluster, a system (including a distributed system), software (applications), an actual operating device, a logic gate device, a quantum computer, etc. using one or more of the methods or one or more of the example devices of the present specification, in combination with a terminal device implementing hardware as necessary. In some embodiments, the system includes a terminal device and a server. The terminal device may include at least one processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions, which when executed by the processor implement the steps of the method according to any one or more of the embodiments described above. The server may comprise at least one processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, implement steps of a method comprising any one or more of the embodiments described above.
The memory may include physical means for storing information, typically by digitizing the information for storage on a medium using electrical, magnetic or optical means. The storage medium may include: devices that store information using electrical energy, such as various types of memory, e.g., RAM, ROM, etc.; devices that store information using magnetic energy, such as hard disks, floppy disks, tapes, core memories, bubble memories, and usb disks; devices that store information optically, such as CDs or DVDs. Of course, there are other ways of storing media that can be read, such as quantum memory, graphene memory, and so forth.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned device may also include other implementation manners according to the description of the method or apparatus embodiment, and specific implementation manners may refer to the description of the related method embodiment, which is not described in detail herein.
The examination and approval process construction system provided by the embodiment is convenient for a user to simply and effectively draw an examination and approval process based on a visual process drawing interface which is set up in advance. And then, sending the original approval process file generated based on the drawn approval process diagram to a server so that the server converts the original approval process file into executable approval process data to complete the construction of the approval process. Therefore, the high-efficiency convenience of the construction of the approval process is improved, the process drawing and maintenance are not required to be carried out by professional personnel, and the labor cost is further reduced.
The embodiments of the present description are not limited to what must be consistent with a standard data model/template or described in the embodiments of the present description. Claims (10)

1. An approval process construction method is characterized by being applied to a process construction system, wherein the process construction system comprises terminal equipment and a server; the method comprises the following steps:
the terminal equipment receives operation information of a user on a process control in an approval process drawing interface; the examination and approval process drawing interface at least comprises a process control; the process control is used for visually representing element information of the approval process;
the terminal equipment generates an original approval process file according to the operation information and the process control corresponding to the operation information; sending the original approval process file to a server;
and the server receives the original approval process file and converts the original approval process file into an executable approval process file for service approval.
2. An approval process construction method is applied to terminal equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving operation information of a user on a process control in an examination and approval process drawing interface; the examination and approval process drawing interface at least comprises a process control; the process control is used for visually representing element information of the approval process;
generating an original approval process file according to the operation information and the process control corresponding to the operation information;
and sending the original approval process file to a server so that the server receives the original approval process file and converts the original approval process file into an executable approval process file for business approval.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the approval process rendering interface is constructed by:
constructing a process control corresponding to the element information of each approval process by using JsPlumb;
and integrating the constructed process control into a visual frame to obtain an approval process drawing interface.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the generating an original approval process file according to the operation information and the process control corresponding to the operation information comprises:
and generating an original approval process file in a JSON format according to the operation information and the process control corresponding to the operation information, so that the server converts the original approval process file in the JSON format into an approval process file in a BPMN format by using a BPMN file construction method.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the process controls include tool process controls, node process controls, and pre-packaged sub-approval process controls.
6. The method according to claim 2, wherein the terminal equipment receives an approval process type input by a user; and after the approval process type is associated with the original approval process file, sending the approval process type to the server so that the server stores the converted executable approval process and the approval process type in an associated manner to execute the business approval corresponding to the approval process type.
7. An approval process construction device is applied to terminal equipment, and the device comprises:
the instruction receiving module is used for receiving operation information of a user on a process control in the examination and approval process drawing interface; the examination and approval process drawing interface at least comprises a process control; the process control is used for visually representing element information of the approval process;
the flow generation module is used for generating an original approval flow file according to the operation information and the flow control corresponding to the operation information;
and the sending module is used for sending the original approval process file to a server so that the server receives the original approval process file and converts the original approval process file into an executable approval process file for service approval.
8. An approval process construction method is applied to a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving an original approval process file sent by terminal equipment; the original approval process file is generated by the terminal equipment in the following way: receiving operation information of a user on a process control in an examination and approval process drawing interface; the examination and approval process drawing interface at least comprises a process control; the process control is used for visually representing element information of the approval process; generating an original approval process file according to the operation information and the process control corresponding to the operation information;
and converting the original approval process file into an executable approval process file for business approval.
9. An approval process construction device applied to a server, the device comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving an original approval process file sent by the terminal equipment; the original approval process file is generated by the terminal equipment in the following way: receiving operation information of a user on a process control in an examination and approval process drawing interface; the examination and approval process drawing interface at least comprises a process control; the process control is used for visually representing element information of the approval process; generating an original approval process file according to the operation information and the process control corresponding to the operation information;
and the conversion module is used for converting the original approval process file into an executable approval process file for service approval.
10. An approval process construction system is characterized by comprising terminal equipment and a server; wherein,
the terminal device comprising at least one processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, implement steps comprising the method of any one of claims 2 to 6;
the server comprises at least one processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, implement steps comprising the method of claim 8.
