Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of cloud printing, and discloses a cloud printing system and method for a smart store, which comprises the following steps: the system comprises a mobile terminal, a cloud server and a printing component, wherein the printing component comprises a financial computer and a printer, and a store employee account and a store member account are registered on the cloud server; the mobile terminal is used for sending a printing instruction to the cloud server; the cloud server is used for receiving the printing instruction transmitted by the mobile terminal, generating corresponding printing data according to the printing instruction and then sending the printing data to the financial computer; and the financial computer is used for receiving the printing instruction and the printing data on the cloud server and controlling the printer to execute the printing operation. Store employees and store members can use store cloud printing to print information such as required orders, the workload of store managers/cashiers is reduced, the store efficiency is improved, store user experience is optimized, and store management risks are reduced.

Background
The cloud printing of the smart stores is a printing scheme using cloud technology in a new generation of smart stores, and the scheme can automatically complete the printing functions of orders, receipts and the like under the condition that store employees and users do not need to operate a financial computer of the store. Most of printers actually installed in most stores across the country do not support the cloud printing function, and even if a store is installed with the cloud printing function, service data to be printed cannot be sent to the printer due to insufficient technical development capability of the store. Meanwhile, for the stores, the computers of the stores are equivalent to financial special computers, when financial staff go out, the problem that the financial computers need multi-person authorization is solved, and in actual situations, a great deal of inconvenience and potential safety hazards exist.
Therefore, how to facilitate the store to perform cloud printing so as to improve the store printing efficiency becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.

To this end, according to a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a cloud printing system for a smart store, including: the system comprises a mobile terminal, a cloud server and a printing component, wherein the printing component comprises a financial computer and a printer, and a store employee account and a store member account are registered on the cloud server; the mobile terminal is used for sending a printing instruction to the cloud server; the cloud server is used for receiving the printing instruction transmitted by the mobile terminal, generating corresponding printing data according to the printing instruction and then sending the printing data to the financial computer; the financial computer is used for receiving the printing instruction and the printing data on the cloud server and controlling the printer to execute the printing operation; the cloud server comprises a first login module, a second login module, a transmission module and a communication module; the first login module is used for enabling store employees and store members to log in the cloud server by using the mobile terminal; the second login module is used for logging in the cloud server by the printing components of different stores; the transmission module is used for transmitting the printing data between the mobile terminal and the printing component and the cloud server respectively; the communication module is used for communication connection among the mobile terminal, the printing assembly and the cloud server.
The invention is further arranged such that the mobile terminal accesses the cloud server via a domain name address.
The invention is further configured such that the print component accesses the cloud server via a domain name address.
The invention is further arranged that the printing operation comprises printing and cancelling printing.
The invention is further set that the cloud server further comprises a storage module, and the storage module is used for storing files to be printed and various account information of the cloud printing system.
The invention is further configured that the cloud server further comprises a print data dynamic generation module, and the print data dynamic generation module is used for dynamically generating the algorithm logic of the print data file according to the format required by store employees and store members.
According to a second aspect, an embodiment of the invention discloses a cloud printing method for a smart store, which comprises the following steps: sending a printing instruction to a cloud server through a mobile terminal; the cloud server generates corresponding printing data according to the printing instruction sent by the mobile terminal and transmits the printing data to a printing component; the printing component receives the printing data sent by the cloud server and forwards the printing data to a printer; and the printer performs cloud printing according to the printing data sent by the printing component.

the cloud server comprises a first login module, a second login module, a transmission module and a communication module; the first login module is used for the store staff and the store members to log in the cloud server by using the mobile terminals; the second login module is used for logging in the printing components of different stores to the cloud server; the transmission module is used for transmitting the printing data between the mobile terminal and the cloud server and between the printing component and the cloud server respectively; the communication module is used for communication connection among the mobile terminal, the printing assembly and the cloud server. In the implementation process, the print data is transmitted in a general format such as pdf and html. The transmission module is used for transmitting the printing file to the printing component, so that the dependence on network bandwidth can be reduced, and the response speed is improved.
The printing instruction is sent to the cloud server through the mobile terminal; the cloud server generates corresponding printing data according to the printing instruction sent by the mobile terminal and transmits the printing data to the printing component; the printing component receives printing data sent by the cloud server and forwards the printing data to the printer; and the printer performs cloud printing according to the printing data sent by the printing component. Staff and the user in the store can use the store cloud to print, and print information such as required orders, reduce store administrator/cashier's work load, improve store efficiency, optimize store user experience, reduce store management risk.

the cloud server comprises a first login module, a second login module, a transmission module and a communication module; the first login module is used for enabling store employees and store members to log in the cloud server by using the mobile terminal; the second login module is used for logging in the cloud server by the printing components of different stores; the transmission module is used for transmitting the printing data between the mobile terminal and the printing component and the cloud server respectively; the communication module is used for communication connection among the mobile terminal, the printing assembly and the cloud server.
2. The cloud printing system for smart stores as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal accesses the cloud server through a domain name address.

6. The smart store cloud printing system of claim 1, wherein the cloud server further comprises a print data dynamic generation module for dynamically generating an algorithm logic for a print data file according to a format required by store employees and store members.
7. A cloud printing method of the cloud printing system of the smart store according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising:
sending a printing instruction to a cloud server through a mobile terminal;
the cloud server generates corresponding printing data according to the printing instruction sent by the mobile terminal and transmits the printing data to a printing component;
the printing component receives the printing data sent by the cloud server and forwards the printing data to a printer;
and the printer performs cloud printing according to the printing data sent by the printing component.
8. The cloud printing method of the cloud printing system of the smart store according to claim 7, wherein the mobile terminal is a mobile phone or a tablet computer.
