Abstract
The invention relates to a clamping device suitable for various shapes of veterinary injection instrument sealing performance testing equipment. Compared with the prior art, the flexible fixture can meet the tightness test of different types of injectors, the fixture has better centering performance due to the external connection of the rack gear train, the conical joint of the injection appliance to be tested can be effectively aligned with the water injection turntable and the service life of the device can be properly prolonged by a separation type matching centering method of the flexible fixture and the rigid fixture in the device, and a tester can better observe whether the injection appliance to be tested meets the GB/T1962.1-2015 requirement or not due to the umbrella-shaped design of the water injection turntable.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of detection of the sealing performance of small medical machinery, and relates to a clamping device suitable for sealing performance testing equipment of veterinary injection instruments in various shapes.
Background
Veterinary injection devices refer to veterinary syringes, veterinary injection needles and the like. During the use of the veterinary injection device, the high-pressure and high-speed fluid generated requires the veterinary injection device to have good sealing performance, otherwise, the medicine leakage can be caused, and the injection and epidemic prevention quality is influenced; may also cause microbial invasion, causing exogenous infection; and serious biological safety accidents can be caused, and the safety of livestock breeding and epidemic prevention personnel is influenced. Thus, the close-fitting performance of a veterinary injection device is one of the important indicators affecting the quality of a product, as well as one of the important parameters for quality control and quality testing of similar products.
At present, the clamping mode for testing the sealing performance of the veterinary syringe is mostly manual clamping, the clamping efficiency is low, the precision is poor, and the requirement of GB/T1962.1-2015 standard is difficult to meet in the whole detection process.
Disclosure of Invention
The manual clamping process has the problems of low efficiency, poor precision, difficulty in reaching national standards and the like, so that the clamping device is simple to operate, reliable in structure, accurate in clamping and suitable for the tightness testing equipment of veterinary injection instruments in various shapes.

An external rack gear train (31) in the clamping device (3) is fixed on the horizontal moving workbench (22) through positioning devices such as bolts, and corresponding groove positions on the flexible clamping device (32) can move in a matched manner with the horizontal moving workbench (22). The external rack gear train (31) comprises two racks with equal length and equal modulus and a gear with the same modulus, one rack is connected to one flexible fixture (32), the other rack is connected to the second flexible fixture (32) and is matched with the second flexible fixture through the gear with the same modulus, when one rack moves, the two flexible fixtures (32) can simultaneously perform linear motion with the same step pitch and opposite directions through the matching, and the accuracy of the alignment of the axis of the cylinder of the injection device to be measured is realized. The external gear rack wheel train (31) is a transmission device of the flexible fixture (32).
According to the requirements of GB/T1962.1-2015, most of the conical connector of the injection instrument needs to be inserted into a water injection rotary table (41), and in order to improve the clamping accuracy and the service life of a clamping device (3), the conical connector part of the injection instrument needs to be centered by using a rigid clamp (33). Rigid fixture (33) passes through positioner such as bolt in dress card device (3) and fixes in horizontal migration workstation (22) below, and when testing injection apparatus, the electro-magnet in rigid fixture (33) is closed, and the electro-magnet motion position is equipped with the thin slice that opens has the hole site, conveniently installs injection apparatus, and after having installed and surveyed injection apparatus, the electro-magnet is closed, and tests to guarantee that the test process accords with national standard test requirement. The constant torque rotating device (4) is installed on the base (1), a water inlet hole (42) is formed in the lower portion of the constant torque rotating device, a water injection rotating table (41) is arranged on the upper portion of the constant torque rotating device, the constant torque rotating table is driven by a motor to rotate, and the insertion depth of a conical connector of a tested injection device can be adjusted through a corresponding sensor when testing is conducted.

2) And the fixture has better centering property by adopting an external rack gear train.
3) The separation type matching centering method of the flexible fixture and the rigid fixture in the device can effectively ensure that the conical joint of the injection device to be tested is aligned with the water injection turntable and properly prolongs the service life of the device.
4) The umbrella-shaped design of the water injection rotary table can enable a tester to better observe whether the tested injection device meets the requirements of GB/T1962.1-2015.
5) The structure is simplified and small, the operation is convenient, and the sealing property detection meets the requirement of GB/T1962.1-2015.

Taking the clamping process of the straight-tube type injector as an example, when clamping is carried out, a conical joint of the straight-tube type injector is inserted into a hole position of a rigid clamping tool (33) in a clamping device (3), a motor push rod drives racks in an external rack gear train (31) to carry out linear translation so as to enable two flexible clamping tools (32) to move oppositely until a straight-tube type injector barrel body is clamped, then a driving motor drives a vertical moving sliding table (21) to drive a horizontal moving working table (22) to move downwards so as to enable the straight-tube type injector to keep a position which is close to the upper part of a water injection rotary table (41), an electromagnet of the rigid clamping tool (33) is closed, the driving motor drives the vertical moving sliding table (21) to drive the horizontal moving working table (22) to move downwards until the conical joint of the straight-tube type injector is inserted into a conical joint insertion hole (43) of the water injection rotary table (41), and the insertion depth and the insertion force are adjusted according to the requirements, after the adjustment is finished, the horizontal moving workbench (22) stops moving, a water injection rotary table (41) in the constant-torque rotating device (4) is driven by a driving motor, and a constant torque is generated for the straight-barrel type injector according to the regulation in GB/T1962.1-2015, so that the whole card loading process is finished.
The clamping process of the rest syringes is the same as that of the straight-barrel type syringe.
