Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an oil pump conveying system, in particular to a fuel oil conveying system for conveying fuel oil in a ship liquid storage bin into a daily cabinet.
Background
In the existing ship fuel oil conveying system, fuel oil in a fuel oil storage cabin (4A) needs to be automatically conveyed into a daily cabinet (1A) through a conveying pipe by a conveying pump (2A) for use by an engine (10A). Due to the large and safe bottom space, the storage tanks are typically arranged in the bottom tanks of the vessel, as shown in fig. 1. It is therefore often the case that the liquid level in the storage compartment is below the level of the inlet of the delivery pump, and after the delivery pump has stopped operating, the fuel liquid sucked into the delivery pipe will flow back completely to the storage compartment and be in a dry state. The existing structure is that a check valve is arranged at the inlet of a conveying pipe, but the check valve cannot play a watertight role and cannot effectively solve the phenomenon of liquid backflow in the conveying pipe.
In the process of ship navigation, the transfer pump needs to be periodically started for oil supplement at intervals of 4-10 hours. And due to the consideration of the space arrangement position and safety of the ship, the delivery pump needs to be arranged far away from the fuel storage tank, so that the length of the delivery pipe needs to be very long, and when the delivery pump stops being started again, the liquid in the fuel storage tank can reach the inlet of the delivery pump after the long-time dry operation. If the delivery pump appears dry running for a long time, the accident that can lead to the delivery pump to generate heat and damage, engine shut down problem. For a diesel engine which directly absorbs oil from an oil storage cabin, the problem that fuel oil cannot be timely conveyed to the engine, so that the starting time of the engine is long or the engine is difficult to start occurs.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a fuel oil delivery system which prevents a pump from running dry and ensures timely liquid supply of a liquid delivery pipe.
The fuel oil conveying system comprises a daily cabinet, a storage cabin and a conveying pump for pumping fuel oil from the storage cabin into the daily cabinet, wherein a transition box and a liquid supplementing pump are arranged between the conveying pump and the storage cabin, the liquid supplementing pump is respectively communicated with the storage cabin and the transition box through pipelines, and the fuel oil can be pumped into the transition box from the storage cabin.
According to the fuel oil conveying system, the liquid supplementing pump can pump liquid into the transition box, so that the liquid level in the box is kept higher than the inlet of the conveying pump, the conveying pipe of the conveying pump is always full of liquid, the problem that the conveying pump is burnt out due to long-time idling is prevented, and the operation reliability and timeliness of the conveying pump are improved. In addition, after the transfer pump is operated, the liquid in the transition box is pumped out, at the moment, the transition box generates vacuum degree, the liquid in the storage cabin is continuously transferred to the transition box, and the pressure in the transition box is kept in a balanced state. After the delivery pump stops, there is certain vacuum in the transition case inside, and the liquid in the storage cabin also can continue to pour into liquid into the transition case into, guarantees that the liquid level in the transition case is higher than the delivery pump import all the time for the conveyer pipe pipeline of intercommunication delivery pump is full of liquid all the time, appears idle rotation's phenomenon when preventing the delivery pump restart. The fuel oil conveying system is simple in structure, and the transition box and the liquid supplementing pump are arranged between the conveying pump and the storage cabin, so that even if the storage cabin is arranged at an extremely low position or the liquid level in the storage cabin is extremely low, the liquid in the storage cabin is pumped into the transition box only through the liquid supplementing pump, the liquid level in the transition box is higher than the inlet of the conveying pump, the conveying pipe is ensured to be filled with the liquid all the time, the conveying pump is prevented from idling and overheating, and the stability and the safety of the whole fuel oil conveying system are improved.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the fuel tank comprises a daily cabinet 1, a storage cabin 4 and a delivery pump 2 for pumping fuel from the storage cabin into the daily cabinet, and is characterized in that a transition box 3 and a liquid supplementing pump 5 are arranged between the delivery pump 2 and the storage cabin 4, the liquid supplementing pump is respectively communicated with the storage cabin and the transition box through pipelines, and the fuel can be pumped into the transition box from the storage cabin. In addition, after the delivery pump operates, liquid in the transition box is pumped out, the transition box generates vacuum degree at the moment, and the liquid in the storage cabin is continuously delivered to the transition box, so that the pressure in the transition box is kept in a balanced state. After the delivery pump stops, there is certain vacuum in the transition case inside, and the liquid in the storage cabin also can continue to pour into liquid into the transition case into, guarantees that the liquid level in the transition case is higher than the delivery pump import all the time for the conveyer pipe of intercommunication delivery pump is full of liquid all the time, appears idle rotation's phenomenon when preventing the delivery pump restart. In addition, the conveying pipe can be lengthened, the limitation of the arrangement distance between the conveying pump and the storage cabin can be reduced, the arrangement flexibility is improved, and the limited space is favorably utilized and the integral gravity center position of the ship body is favorably adjusted.
In the fuel oil conveying system, a liquid inlet 32 at the top of the transition box is communicated with an outlet of the storage cabin through a pipeline, and a liquid outlet 31 at the bottom of the transition box is communicated with an inlet of the conveying pump through a conveying pipe. The liquid inlet of the box body of the transition box is positioned at the top, and the liquid outlet of the box body is positioned at the bottom; after the transfer pump operates, liquid in the box body is pumped out, the box body generates vacuum degree at the moment, liquid in the liquid storage cabin can be directly conveyed into the transition box from the storage cabin through a pipeline, the pressure in the box body of the transition box is kept in a balanced state, and fuel oil is conveyed into the transition box from the storage cabin. After the delivery pump stops, a certain vacuum degree still exists in the box body, liquid in the liquid storage cabin can also continuously inject liquid into the box body, and the liquid level in the box body is guaranteed to be higher than the inlet of the fuel delivery pump all the time.
In the fuel oil delivery system, the top of the transition box is provided with a vent valve 6. The air vent valve is a one-way control valve, and in the process of liquid supplement, when liquid in the storage cabin enters the transition box, if the air in the transition box is too much and the pressure exceeds a set value, the air is automatically exhausted, and meanwhile, the air can be manually exhausted. If the liquid level in the storage cabin is higher than the delivery pump import, can open the breather valve and discharge the air in with the transition case, because the effect of liquid level difference in height, the liquid in the storage cabin can get into the transition case automatically and carry out the fluid infusion, closes the breather valve after the fluid infusion is accomplished, convenient operation.
In the fuel oil conveying system, a liquid level alarm switch 7 is arranged in the transition box. When the liquid level in the transition box is too low after the delivery pump or the delivery pipe section is leaked or maintained, the liquid level alarm switch can give an alarm to remind that the liquid level in the transition box is too low, so that the transition box is reminded of needing to be replenished with liquid, and the liquid level in the transition box is guaranteed to be always higher than the inlet of the delivery pump.
In the fuel oil delivery system, the liquid level alarm switch 7 is in communication control connection with the fluid infusion pump 5. When the liquid level alarm switch sends a low liquid level alarm signal, the controllable liquid supplementing pump can automatically supplement liquid, and when the liquid level in the transition box reaches a high level, the liquid supplementing pump is controlled to automatically stop supplementing liquid. Before the idle running of the delivery pump, the automatic alarm is reminded and the liquid supplement is automatically completed, so that the workload of the staff on duty can be reduced.
In the fuel oil delivery system, the liquid level alarm switch is a floating ball type switch. The structure is simple, and the reaction is sensitive. When the liquid level reaches a low level or a high level, an electric signal can be sent out for alarming or controlling the liquid replenishing pump to automatically replenish liquid.
