Abstract
The invention discloses a detonating cord-free perforating gun for oil-gas well perforation, relates to the technical field of perforating gun manufacturing, and solves the technical problems that the existing perforating gun is complex in structure and poor in perforating effect, and detonating cords have potential safety hazards. The detonating cord-free perforating gun for oil and gas well perforation comprises a contact pin (1), a partition plate joint (2), a gun barrel (3), a detonator (4), a perforating bullet frame (5) and a conductive rod (6). The invention can be used for exploding and shooting stratum in oil well development. The detonating cord-free perforating gun for oil-gas well perforation adopts detonating cord-free and joint-free design, has a simple structure, and is safer and more efficient.

Background
The perforating gun is an assembly of equipment and matched parts thereof for perforating an oil-gas well, a plurality of perforating guns are connected in series and then are put into an oil well to explode and shoot a stratum, a perforating gun barrel, a cartridge holder pipe and a connecting joint are included, a user needs to perform perforating and lead wire connection, add perforating bullets, detonating cords, detonators and a connecting and selecting switch on the perforating gun when using the perforating gun, the operation procedure is complicated, the installation of the perforating gun consumes long time, the production efficiency of construction in a slow-towing well is improved, and the fire line has potential safety hazards as the detonating cord.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a detonating cord-free perforating gun for oil-gas well perforation, which adopts a detonating cord-free design, the whole system is connected by splicing and contacts, in the using process, a contact pin on a partition plate joint is directly contacted with a detonator to be used as a detonator trigger to detonate the detonator, so that a perforating bullet is shot, meanwhile, the detonator is also directly contacted with a conductive rod for conduction, the conductive rod transmits current to the next contact pin through a conductive sheet to detonate the detonator in the next section of perforating gun, and the technical problems of the existing perforating gun that the structure is complicated, the perforating effect is not good and the detonating cord has potential safety hazard are solved. The technical effects that can be produced by the preferred technical scheme in the technical schemes provided by the invention are described in detail in the following.

preferably, the contact pin is mounted on the partition joint; the detonator is arranged on the perforating bullet frame through a fixing hole arranged on the perforating bullet frame;
preferably, the conductive rod is arranged on the perforating charge carrier through a through hole on the perforating charge carrier;
preferably, one end of the conductive rod is in direct contact with the detonator, and the other end of the conductive rod is connected with the contact pin through a conductive sheet.
Optionally or preferably, one end of the gun barrel is provided with internal threads, the other end of the gun barrel is provided with external threads, and the detonating cord-free perforating guns for perforating the oil and gas wells are fixedly connected through the internal threads and the external threads.
Optionally or preferably, the charge carrier is further provided with at least 3 charge slots, and charges are installed in the charge slots.
Alternatively or preferably, the partition plate joint is arranged at the joint of the two gun barrels, one end of a contact pin arranged on the partition plate joint is contacted with the detonator below, and the other end of the contact pin is connected with a conductive rod arranged on the perforating charge rack above through a conductive sheet.

the invention provides a detonating cord-free perforating gun for oil-gas well perforation, which comprises a contact pin 1, a partition plate joint 2, a gun barrel 3, a detonator 4, a perforating bullet frame 5 and a conductive rod 6, wherein:
the partition plate joint 2, the detonator 4 and the perforating bullet rack 5 are sequentially arranged in the gun barrel 3; the contact pin 1 is arranged on the partition plate joint 2;
the detonator 4 is arranged on the perforating charge frame 5 through a fixing hole arranged on the perforating charge frame 5; the conductive rod 6 is arranged on the perforating bullet frame 5 through a through hole on the perforating bullet frame 5;
one end of the conductive rod 6 is directly contacted with the detonator 4, and the other end is connected with the contact pin 1 through a conductive sheet.
As an alternative embodiment, one end of the gun barrel 3 is provided with internal threads, the other end of the gun barrel is provided with external threads, and a plurality of detonating cord-free perforating guns for oil and gas well perforation are fixedly connected through the internal threads and the external threads.
In an optional embodiment, the charge carrier 5 is further provided with at least 3 charge slots 501, and charges are installed in the charge slots 501.
In an alternative embodiment, the partition plate connector 2 is installed at the joint of two gun barrels 3, one end of a contact pin 1 installed on the partition plate connector 2 is in contact with a detonator 4 below, and the other end of the contact pin is connected with a conductive rod 6 installed on a perforating charge rack 5 above through a conductive sheet.
As an alternative embodiment, the detonator 4 adopts a high-resistance detonator, and a chip in the detonator 4 is in direct contact with the conductive rod 6.
In an alternative embodiment, the conductive sheet can be made of conventional metal sheet, and a suitable connector can be designed.
As an alternative embodiment, the detonator 4 is a selective detonator, the conductive rod 6 is contacted with a selective chip in the selective detonator assembly, and the other end of the conductive rod is contacted with the contact pin 1.

Claims (5)
1. A detonating cord-free perforating gun for oil-gas well perforation comprises a contact pin (1), a partition plate joint (2), a gun barrel (3), a detonator (4), a perforating bullet frame (5) and a conductive rod (6), and is characterized in that the partition plate joint (2), the detonator (4) and the perforating bullet frame (5) are sequentially arranged in the gun barrel (3); the contact pin (1) is arranged on the partition plate joint (2); the detonator (4) is arranged on the perforating charge frame (5) through a fixing hole arranged on the perforating charge frame (5); the conductive rod (6) is arranged on the perforating bullet frame (5) through a through hole on the perforating bullet frame (5); one end of the conductive rod (6) is directly contacted with the detonator (4), and the other end of the conductive rod is connected with the contact pin (1) through a conductive sheet.

The detonating cord-free perforating gun for perforating oil and gas wells as claimed in claim 1, wherein: one end of the gun barrel (3) is provided with an internal thread, the other end of the gun barrel is provided with an external thread, and the detonating fuse-free perforating guns for perforating a plurality of oil and gas wells are fixedly connected through the internal thread and the external thread.
