Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of petroleum drilling and production equipment, in particular to a hollow whipstock capable of being connected back.
Background
The multilateral well technology can effectively improve the connectivity between an oil-gas well and a reservoir, enlarge the oil drainage area, improve the oil flow profile, increase the single-well productivity and be widely applied to oil-gas fields at home and abroad.
The window connector realizes effective communication between the branch well bore and the main well bore, is guided by a bent connector and is hung at the bottom of the casing window through equipment such as a wall hook. The prior art has the risks that the length, the angle and the offset of the elbow joint are large, so that a branch well pipe string generates large friction resistance when being put into a branch well, and a tail pipe is not easy to put in place; and the position of the elbow joint is unknown in the underground, and a plurality of repeated attempts are needed to enter the branch well bore. Meanwhile, the wall hook suspension type window connector requires that the shape and the state of the sleeve window are regular and have no burrs, so that the sleeve can be smoothly seated and hung in place, and the requirements on the window opening process are higher.
The whipstock is typically used during lateral drilling of a lateral borehole, with the slant guide milling cone, the drill bit completing the windowing of the casing and lateral drilling of the lateral borehole. However, the existing whipstock is recovered after the casing is windowed, and the string of the branch well pipe string cannot be guided to enter the branch well; and are generally solid without the function of a suspended window connector.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the objects, features and advantages of the invention can be more clearly understood. It should be understood that the embodiments shown in the drawings are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but are merely intended to illustrate the spirit of the technical solution of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the hollow whipstock capable of being connected back comprises a hollow connection part 1, a hollow guide part 2 and a hollow insertion part 3 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the three parts are arranged with the same central axis, the hollow guide part 2 is positioned between the hollow connection part 1 and the hollow insertion part 3, the upper end of the hollow guide part 2 is connected with the lower end of the hollow connection part 1, and the lower end of the hollow guide part 2 is connected with the upper end of the hollow insertion part 3.
The hollow connecting part 1 is provided with a first through hole 4, the first through hole 4 penetrates through two end faces of the hollow connecting part 1, and the side wall of the hollow connecting part 1 is provided with a first inclined plane 5; a second through hole 6 is formed in the hollow guide part 2, the second through hole 6 penetrates through two end faces of the hollow guide part 2, the first through hole 4 is communicated with the second through hole 6, a second inclined plane 7 is formed in the side wall of the hollow guide part 2, the inclination directions of the first inclined plane 5 and the second inclined plane 7 are opposite, and a recess is formed between the first inclined plane 5 and the second inclined plane 7; the aperture of the first through-hole 4 is larger than that of the second through-hole 6.
When the branch well is in operation, a branch well string (not shown in the figure) with a window connector passes through the first through hole 4 of the hollow return connection part 1 and enters a branch well under the guidance of the second inclined surface 7; the second through hole 6 is arranged to communicate the main shaft at the upper part of the branch well bore with the main well bore at the lower part of the branch well bore, so that subsequent reentry work of the main well bore can be smoothly carried out.
Here, it should be noted that the outer diameter of the guide shoe at the lower end of the branch well pipe string should be larger than the opening hole diameter size of the second through hole 6, so as to avoid entering the second through hole 6 due to the small size of the branch well pipe string, which cannot enter the branch well.
In the above embodiment, it is preferable that a spiral guide groove 8 for hanging and guiding the window adapter to be lowered is provided on the inner sidewall of the hollow returning part 1 as shown in fig. 4, and the spiral guide groove 8 is used for hanging and guiding the window adapter to be smoothly lowered to be in place.
It should be noted that the window connector is located at the top of the string of lateral well strings (not shown), i.e. the lower end of the window connector is connected to the top of the string of lateral well strings, and the upper end of the window connector is suspended in the hollow return portion 1 of the hollow whipstock.
In the above embodiment, the included angle between the first inclined surface 5 and the second inclined surface 7 is preferably greater than 90 °. This enables the lateral string to be guided more easily by the second inclined surface 7 and enter the lateral more smoothly.
In the above embodiment, preferably, a reverse slope 9 for forming a transition from the hollow returning part to the hollow guiding part is provided at the lower end of the hollow returning part 1 along the circumferential direction. This is a transition from the hollow return 1 to the hollow guide 2, avoiding the presence of corners.
In the above-mentioned embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 5, a spiral key 10 is provided on the side wall of the hollow reinsertion portion 3, wherein the spiral key 10 extends from the upper end to the middle of the hollow reinsertion portion 3. The hollow back-insert part 3 is inserted into the anchor (not shown in the figure), and the hollow whipstock is smoothly inserted into the lower anchor under the guiding action of the spiral key 10.
In the above-mentioned embodiment, preferably, a plurality of elastic claws 11 for locking with the lower anchor are circumferentially provided at intervals on the lower side wall of the hollow reinsertion portion 3. Wherein the elastic claws 11 are evenly distributed along the circumferential direction, and the lower end of each elastic claw 11 is provided with a lug 12 used for being engaged with a component in the anchor. When the hollow whipstock is put in place, the elastic claw 11 is put into the anchor, the convex block 12 on the elastic claw 11 is occluded with the component in the anchor to limit the up-and-down displacement of the hollow whipstock, and the locking with the lower anchor is realized.
In addition, the invention utilizes the inclined plane with holes (namely the second inclined plane) which can be connected with the hollow whipstock in a return way to quickly guide the string of the branch well pipe column to enter, thereby improving the success rate of the string of the branch well pipe column entering the branch well; the tail pipe is guided by the elbow joint, so that the friction resistance of the whole set of pipe column string in the running-in process is reduced, and the risk of the branch well pipe column not running in place is reduced; and the window connector with the positioning boss can be hung, so that the difficulty of hanging the window connector is reduced.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
