The assembling and disassembling method comprises an assembling method and a disassembling method; as shown in fig. 1 to 6, at least one implementation manner of the installation method and the disassembly method is as follows:
the installation method comprises the following steps: arranging a positioning screw rod 6 in the sealing auxiliary 4, so that the positioning screw rod 6 is positioned at the second end plug part 403 of the sealing auxiliary 4 and is partially exposed, and sleeving the sealing auxiliary 4 in the grouting sleeve 1 (as shown in fig. 1, at this time, the sealing auxiliary 4 is in a relaxed state); placing the grouting sleeve 1 on a prefabricated member template end plate 10, sleeving a gasket 7 and a locking nut 8 on the exposed part of the positioning screw 6 and locking, wherein the sealing auxiliary 4 is in a state of compressing, radially expanding and axially contracting (the state is shown in figure 2); then, a steel bar 5 is inserted into the first end plug part 402 of the sealing auxiliary 4, and the positioning screw 6 is automatically centered and abutted against the steel bar 5 (as shown in fig. 3); and after the installation of the steel bars is finished, grouting is carried out on the outer part of the grouting sleeve 1 to finish the pouring of the whole prefabricated part.
It should be noted that before the component is poured, the grouting port 2 and the grout outlet 3 are respectively connected through a PVC pipe, and the PVC pipe is led to the outside of the component, so that the slurry is prevented from entering the inside of the grouting sleeve 1 when the component is poured;
the positioning screw 6 can be assembled in the sealing auxiliary 4 in advance, and because the sealing auxiliary 4 has a certain elastic deformation capacity, the upper part of the positioning screw 6 and the pressing retainer ring 9 can be plugged into the accommodating cavity 404 from the upper hole or the lower hole, and the lower end of the positioning screw 6 is exposed; because the diameter of the inner hole of the first end plug portion 402 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the pressing retainer ring 9, and the axial length of the first end plug portion 402 is shorter, the inner hole of the first end plug portion 402 can be slightly expanded, the positioning screw 6 with the pressing retainer ring 9 thereon is plugged into the accommodating cavity 404, the first end plug portion 402 can be restored after being loosened, and the other end of the positioning screw 6 can penetrate out of the second end plug portion 403.
The disassembling method comprises the following steps: after the whole prefabricated part is poured and solidified, loosening the locking nut 8, sequentially disassembling the locking nut 8 and the gasket 7 from the lower part of the prefabricated part template end plate 10, pulling the positioning screw 6 to the outside of the grouting sleeve 1 after the prefabricated part template end plate 10 is disassembled, and drawing the whole sealing auxiliary 4 out of the grouting sleeve 1 under the action of the pressing retaining ring 9 by the positioning screw 6, namely completing the disassembly and recovery of the sealing auxiliary 4.
The assembling and disassembling method is simple and easy to operate, the sealing auxiliary 4, the positioning screw 6, the locking nut 8 and the like can be used for installing the grouting sleeve next time, and a large amount of manufacturing and installing cost can be saved.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (10)
1. A multifunctional auxiliary part of a machined full grouting sleeve comprises a grouting sleeve, wherein the grouting sleeve is provided with a grouting opening and a grout discharge opening, and the multifunctional auxiliary part is characterized in that a sealing auxiliary part is sleeved in the grouting sleeve and provided with a middle cylinder, a first end plug part and a second end plug part which are arranged into an integral structure, and the first end plug part, the second end plug part and the middle cylinder are encircled to form an inner accommodating cavity and an end platform; the first end plug part is arranged at one end of the grout outlet, and the steel bar penetrates through the first end plug part to penetrate into the accommodating cavity; the second end plug portion is arranged at one end of the grouting opening, one end of the positioning screw penetrates through the second end plug portion and is connected with the reinforcing steel bar in a butt joint mode, the other end of the positioning screw is connected with a gasket and a locking nut, and the positioning screw is located a compression check ring is arranged at the end portion platform.
2. A machined full grout sleeve multifunctional auxiliary according to claim 1, wherein the sealing auxiliary is a hollow cylindrical structure with uniform outer diameter, the inner diameter of the middle cylinder is larger than the inner diameter of the first end plug portion and the inner diameter of the second end plug portion respectively, and the axial length of the second end plug portion is larger than the axial length of the first end plug portion.

The multifunctional auxiliary of a machined full grouting sleeve of claim 1, wherein an inner hole of the first end plug part is of a concave-convex continuous structure, and the inner diameter of a convex part is smaller than the outer diameter of the steel bar; the inner hole inlet of the first end plug part is in a horn mouth shape.
4. The multi-functional auxiliary of a machine-processed full grout sleeve of claim 1, wherein the grout sleeve is a rolled full grout sleeve, and the depth of the rolled groove of the grout sleeve near the first end plug portion is greater than the depth of the rolled groove of the rest portion.
5. A machined full grout sleeve multifunctional accessory according to claim 1, wherein the sealing accessory has an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the grout sleeve.
6. A multi-functional auxiliary of a machined full grout sleeve according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the set screw is smaller than the inner bore diameter of the second end plug portion and the diameter of the hold down retainer ring is larger than the inner bore diameter of the second end plug portion.
7. A machined full grout sleeve multifunctional auxiliary according to claim 1, wherein in a non-compacted state, the axial length of the sealing auxiliary is longer than the length of the grout sleeve; and under a compression state, two end faces of the sealing auxiliary part are flush with two end faces of the grouting sleeve respectively.
8. The multifunctional auxiliary of a machined full grout sleeve of claim 1, wherein the sealing auxiliary is a rubber or cloth-sandwiched rubber or plastic; and a substrate is also bonded on the outer contour of the sealing auxiliary element.
9. The multifunctional auxiliary of a machined full grouting sleeve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the grouting sleeve is arranged on and abutted against a prefabricated member template end plate, one end of the positioning screw penetrates through the prefabricated member template end plate, and the gasket and the locking nut are sequentially sleeved and fastened on the outer side of the prefabricated member template end plate.
10. The method for assembling and disassembling the multifunctional accessory of the machined full grouting sleeve according to claim 1, wherein the assembling and disassembling method comprises an assembling method and a disassembling method,
the installation method comprises the following steps: arranging a positioning screw rod in the sealing auxiliary part, enabling the positioning screw rod to be positioned at the second end plug part of the sealing auxiliary part and expose a part of the positioning screw rod, sleeving the sealing auxiliary part in a grouting sleeve, placing the grouting sleeve on a prefabricated part template end plate, sleeving a gasket and a locking nut in the exposed part of the positioning screw rod and locking the gasket and the locking nut, and enabling the sealing auxiliary part to be in a state of compression, radial expansion and axial contraction; inserting a steel bar into the first end plug part of the sealing auxiliary part, wherein the steel bar is automatically centered and abutted against the positioning screw; after the installation of the steel bars is finished, grouting is carried out on the outer part of the grouting sleeve to finish the pouring of the whole prefabricated part;
the disassembling method comprises the following steps: after the whole prefabricated part is poured and solidified, loosening the locking nut, sequentially disassembling the locking nut and the gasket from the lower part of the prefabricated part template end plate, pulling the positioning screw rod to the outside of the grouting sleeve after the prefabricated part template end plate is disassembled, and drawing out the whole sealing auxiliary part from the grouting sleeve under the action of the compression check ring by the positioning screw rod, namely completing the disassembly and recovery of the sealing auxiliary part.
