Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the related art, when a washing process of a washing machine is performed to test the washing machine, it is required to perform water intake and water discharge using real water. Meanwhile, the information such as the times of water inlet and water discharge, water quantity and the like is manually recorded by a tester.
In the actual test process, the washing machine may be required to perform washing for multiple times, and since the actual water is used for the test, actual water inflow and water drainage are required to be performed every time of washing, which takes a long time, and especially when the set water level is high or the inner cylinder of the washing machine is large, the water inflow and water drainage take a long time, so that the test efficiency of the washing machine is low by the existing method. Meanwhile, real water is used in a large amount of test processes, and great waste of water resources is caused.
In addition, in the existing testing process, testing personnel are required to manually record information such as the times of water inflow and water drainage, the water amount and the like, and the manual recording mode possibly has the problem of inaccurate recording results, so that the accuracy of the testing results is influenced.
Based on the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a water level indicating apparatus, which directly indicates water level information to a testing device such as a washing machine, so that the testing device such as the washing machine can directly perform the operation of the next stage according to the indicated water level information without using real water and actually performing a water running and draining process, thereby greatly saving testing time and greatly improving testing efficiency. Meanwhile, the device can complete the test without real water, so that water resources can be effectively saved.
The water level indicating device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to any equipment needing to perform water running and/or water draining in a test process, for convenience of understanding, such equipment is hereinafter referred to as "test equipment", and the embodiment of the invention is not particularly limited to the form of the test equipment. Illustratively, the testing device can be a washing machine, or can also be a washing machine, a fruit and vegetable washing machine and the like. The following embodiments of the present invention are described by taking the test apparatus as an example of a washing machine.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a water level indicating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic connection diagram of the water level indicating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention and a testing device, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water level indicating apparatus includes: processing module 1, input interface 2 and output interface 3.
Wherein, input interface 2 and output interface 3 are connected with test equipment respectively.
The processing module 1 is connected to the input interface 2 and the output interface 3, respectively.
The processing module 1 is configured to determine whether a control valve of the test apparatus is opened according to the information acquired from the input interface 2, and send indication information to the test apparatus through the output interface 3 when it is determined that the control valve of the test apparatus is opened, where the indication information includes target water level information, and the indication information is used to indicate to the test apparatus that current water level information in the test apparatus is the target water level information.
Alternatively, the control valve of the test device may be a water inlet valve or a water discharge valve.
Optionally, the target water level information may be a water level frequency value.
Taking the test equipment as the washing machine as an example, after the water inlet valve of the washing machine is opened, the processing module may detect information that the water inlet valve is opened through the input interface 2, the processing module 1 may further determine that the water inlet valve is opened, further, the processing module 1 may send indication information containing a water level frequency value N1 to the washing machine through the output interface 3, and after the processor of the washing machine receives N1, the processor of the washing machine determines that the current water level has reached N1, and further, may perform subsequent operations according to a program. For example, N1 is the water level frequency that satisfies the wash condition, the processor of the washing machine, upon receiving N1, may close the water inlet valve and begin the wash process. In another example, after the drain valve of the washing machine is opened, the processing module may detect information that the drain valve is opened through the input interface 2, the processing module 1 may further determine that the drain valve is opened, further, the processing module 1 may send indication information containing a water level frequency value N2 to the washing machine through the output interface 3, and after the processor of the washing machine receives N2, the processor of the washing machine determines that the current water level has reached N2, and further, may perform subsequent operations according to a program. For example, N2 is a water level frequency below a preset water level below which the processor of the washing machine may run a dehydration process.
The process module 1 can obtain information about the control valve via the input interface 2 in any of the following alternative ways.
In a first alternative, the water level indicating device may be connected to the processor of the testing apparatus in a Wireless manner, for example, in a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) connection. When the water inlet valve or the water discharge valve needs to be opened, the processor of the test equipment sends a water inlet or water discharge control signal, and related devices in the test equipment control the opening of the water inlet valve or the water discharge valve according to the water inlet or water discharge control signal. Thus, when the processor of the test apparatus sends a water inlet or drain control signal, it indicates that the water inlet valve or the water drain valve is open. Therefore, after the water level indicating device is wirelessly connected with the processor of the testing equipment, when the processor of the testing equipment sends a water inlet or drainage control signal, the input interface 2 can receive the signal, and the processing module 1 can determine that the water inlet valve or the drainage valve is opened according to the signal. It should be noted that the water inlet control signal and the water discharge control signal sent by the processor of the testing device are different, so that the processing module 1 can determine that the opened control valve is a water inlet valve or a water discharge valve according to the signals.
In a second optional manner, the input interface 2 may be connected to load terminals corresponding to the water inlet valve and the water discharge valve in the test equipment, when the water inlet valve is opened, the input interface 2 may detect a current signal or a voltage signal on the load terminal corresponding to the water inlet valve, and the processing module 1 may determine that the water inlet valve is opened according to the signal. Correspondingly, when the drain valve is opened, the input interface 2 may detect a current signal or a voltage signal at a load terminal corresponding to the drain valve, and the processing module 1 may determine that the drain valve is opened according to the signal.
In this embodiment, by directly indicating the water level information to the test equipment, the test equipment can directly execute the operation of the next stage according to the indicated water level information without using real water and actually executing the water running and draining processes, thereby greatly saving the test time and greatly improving the test efficiency. Meanwhile, the device can complete the test without real water, so that water resources can be effectively saved. In addition, the embodiment of the invention can realize the test of the equipment under the condition of no water, so the equipment test can be realized under the condition of no equipment and no complete machine, the test requirement is greatly reduced, and the test efficiency is further improved.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the water level indicating device further comprises a regulating module 4.
The adjusting module 4 is connected to the processing module 1 and configured to receive water level adjustment information input by a user, and the adjusting module 4 may transmit the received water level adjustment information to the processing module 1. The processing module 1 is further configured to update the target water level information according to the received water level adjustment information.
Alternatively, the water level adjustment information input by the user may be new water level information, or may be a change value of the water level, such as an increase amount and a decrease amount of the water level.
Taking a washing machine as an example, the washing machine sets different water flows according to different water levels, and the washing program is influenced by the strength of the water flows. Therefore, in the washing machine test process, the operation conditions of the washing machine at different water levels need to be tested. In this embodiment, by setting the adjusting module, the user can flexibly input various water level information, the processing module updates the target water level information according to the water level information input by the user, and then the updated target water level information can be sent to the washing machine through the output module. The washing machine can obtain different water level information, and then tests under different water levels are carried out.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting module may be in the form of a key, a handwriting input screen, or the like, and the embodiment of the present invention does not specifically limit the specific form of the adjusting module.
Taking the form that the adjusting module is a key as an example, the adjusting module may include two keys, wherein one key is used for inputting the increase amount of the water level, and the other key is used for inputting the decrease amount of the water level. The two keys are connected with the processing module. When the user presses a button for inputting the water level increase amount, the processing module may receive information that the user presses the button, and increase a specific water level information value, such as a water level frequency value, based on the current target water level information according to the information. When the user presses the key for inputting the water level reduction amount, the processing module may receive information that the user presses the key, and reduce a specific water level information value, such as a water level frequency value, based on the current target water level information according to the information, thereby implementing adjustment of the target water level information.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the water level indicating apparatus further includes a display module 5. The display module 5 is connected with the processing module 1.
The display module 5 may display the above-mentioned target water level information. When the user inputs the water level adjustment information, the display module 5 may also display the updated target water level information.
Meanwhile, the display module 5 may also display the current state, including a water inlet state or a water discharge state.
It should be noted that, if the adjusting module 5 is a module having a display function, such as a handwriting input screen, the display module 5 and the adjusting module may be implemented based on the same hardware module.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in an alternative embodiment, the processing module 1 is further configured to count the number of water intakes and drains of the test device, and the water intake and drain of the test device.
For example, an internal E-side circuit or an external E-side circuit may be provided in the processing module 1. Every time the processing module 1 receives the information of the opening of the water inlet valve through the input module 2, the number of times of water inlet can be counted once through the E-square circuit. Every time the information of the opening of the drain valve is received through the input module 2, the number of times of one-time drainage can be counted through the E-square circuit.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the water inflow and the water discharge can respectively refer to the water depth value of inflow and the water depth value of water discharge. The processing module 1 can count the water depth value of primary water inlet through the E-square circuit every time the water level information of the primary water inlet is output through the output module 3. Every time the water level information of one-time drainage is output through the output module 3, the water depth value of one-time drainage can be counted through the E-square circuit.
As described above, in the prior art, the tester needs to manually record the number, amount, etc. of water inflow and drainage. Meanwhile, in the prior art, a tester determines the water level frequency value through actually measuring the water depth. In this process, certain errors may occur. In this embodiment, the water level indicating device directly sends the water level frequency information used by the available equipment to the test equipment, and further, the water level indicating device can derive the corresponding water depth value based on the following formula (1), so that the water depth value can be counted.
F=F0-2.2h(1)
Wherein F represents the water level frequency value, h represents the water depth value, and F0 represents the cartridge edge frequency.
In this embodiment, processing module can be based on information, the target water level information statistics that the control valve opened out test equipment's the number of times of intaking and the number of times of draining to and test equipment's inflow and displacement, compare in prior art, both greatly promoted the efficiency of statistics record, also greatly promoted the accuracy of statistics record.

Optionally, the reporting module 6 may report the information to devices such as a mobile phone, a computer, a background server, and the like, and the devices display the information to a user.
In the specific implementation process, the water level indicating device and the devices such as the mobile phone, the computer, the background server and the like can be in communication connection in a wired or wireless mode, and correspondingly, the reporting module 6 can have a corresponding morphological structure.
Illustratively, when the water level indicating device is connected with the mobile phone through WiFi, the reporting module 6 may be a WiFi module, and the processing module may report the target water level information, the counted water intake times and water discharge times, the water intake amount and the water discharge amount, and other information to the mobile phone through the WiFi module, and the information is displayed to the user through the mobile phone, so that the user can view the information more intuitively.
