Abstract
The invention provides a plugging agent containing an elastic mesh material and a preparation method thereof, the plugging agent consists of a variable framework material and a filling material, the plugging agent is prepared in a base fluid, and can deform under the pressure of a shaft to crack at a stratum leakage position to plug the leakage, so that a formed plugging layer is firm, the success rate of plugging can be effectively improved, and the occurrence of repeated leakage is avoided. The plugging material has deformability, can be compressed to deform and enter the deep part of a crack to form a firm plugging layer for plugging, and can avoid repeated leakage; the contained base fluid has the characteristic of good dispersion effect and simultaneously has better inhibition effect, the inhibition performance can be further improved in the drilling fluid, and the collapse of the well wall before and after plugging is avoided; the plugging agent can quickly form a plugging layer and has a good plugging effect on various types of leakage.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a drilling chemical auxiliary material, in particular to a plugging agent for drilling fluid leakage and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The well leakage is the phenomenon that various working fluids leak into the stratum under the action of pressure difference in various downhole operation processes such as well drilling, well cementing and completion, testing or well repair. Once the well leakage occurs, the well drilling time is delayed, drilling fluid is lost, an oil-gas layer is damaged, geological logging work is disturbed, the well drilling cost is increased, a series of complex conditions such as drilling sticking, blowout, well collapse and the like are easily caused, even the well is scrapped, and huge economic loss is caused.
At present, most of commonly used plugging materials in plugging construction are bridging plugging materials and chemical gel plugging materials. The chemical plugging is mainly performed by the chemical reaction of high polymer, and comprises various modes such as cross-linking reaction, curing reaction and the like.
Chinese patent CN109294538A discloses a chemical plugging agent special for oil and gas wells, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of urea, 42 parts of formaldehyde solution, 0.5 part of ammonium chloride, 0.4 part of silane coupling agent, 0.1 part of glass fiber reinforced plastic, 5 parts of swelling agent, 0.4 part of alkali-resistant assistant and 15 parts of water; the preparation method of the alkali-resistant auxiliary agent comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium dihydrogen phosphate and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate in water, adding flaxseed gum, stirring and dissolving at 65 ℃, then adding glycosaminoglycan and starch, stirring uniformly at 95 ℃, adding neodymium oxide and iron, carrying out electron beam melting, cooling, and carrying out magnetization treatment for 8min under the magnetic field intensity of 1T to obtain the alkali-resistant auxiliary agent. The invention can be used in water-based drilling fluid and oil-based drilling fluid, and has the advantage of strong inertia to strong alkaline substances. The chemical leakage stoppage has a good leakage stoppage effect on malignant leakage, but the chemical leakage stoppage has the disadvantages of violent reaction, complex construction and high risk.
Chinese patent CN109021945B discloses a bridging material and its preparation method, and a plugging agent and a plugging liquid and its application, wherein the bridging material comprises a honeycomb structure material, a rigid particle material and an adsorbing material, wherein at least part of the rigid particle material is present in the honeycomb structure material, and at least part of the adsorbing material is adsorbed in the honeycomb structure material to prevent the rigid particle material present in the honeycomb structure material from falling off. The pore diameter of the honeycomb-shaped active carbon polyurethane sponge can be properly selected according to the actual leak layer crack width. The rigid granular material is selected from one or more of calcite, marble and limestone. The adsorbing material is selected from one or more of asphalt, graphite and paraffin. The bridging plugging material has simple construction process and low cost, is most commonly used on site, but some materials have poor temperature resistance and are easy to decompose and lose efficacy at high temperature, so that the repeated leakage of a leakage layer is caused. Meanwhile, the materials have the problems of door sealing, incapability of soaking for a long time and the like, and the leakage stopping effect is not ideal sometimes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a plugging agent containing an elastic mesh material and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a plugging agent containing elastic mesh material comprises polyurethane sponge, flexible filler, nano filler and base fluid; wherein the base liquid is composed of one or more of ethylene glycol, glycerol and polymeric alcohol.
The components by weight percentage are as follows: 0.5-5% of polyurethane sponge, 6-15% of flexible filler, 2-10% of nano filler and the balance of base liquid.
The flexible filler is one or a combination of more of elastic graphite, rubber particles and superfine calcium carbonate.
The nano filler is one or a composition of more of nano microspheres, polymer microspheres, nano montmorillonite, nano silica particles and nano alumina.
A preparation method of the plugging agent containing the elastic mesh material comprises the steps of sequentially adding a flexible filler, a nano filler and polyurethane sponge into base liquid, and continuously stirring at a high speed in the adding process to form the plugging agent containing the elastic mesh material.
The high-speed stirring is 2000-5000 r/min, and the stirring time is 1-3 hours.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the plugging material has deformability, can be compressed to deform and then enter the deep part of the crack to form a firm plugging layer for plugging, and can avoid repeated leakage;
(2) the base liquid contained in the plugging agent has the characteristic of good dispersion effect, simultaneously has good inhibition effect, can further improve the inhibition performance in the drilling fluid, and avoids collapse of well walls before and after plugging;
(3) the invention can quickly form a plugging layer and has better plugging effect for various types of leakage.
Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated below with reference to specific preparation process examples.
The first embodiment is as follows:
adding 6 percent by weight of superfine calcium carbonate, 2 percent by weight of nano microspheres and 0.5 percent by weight of polyurethane sponge into glycerol base liquid in sequence, continuously stirring at high speed (2000 rpm) in the adding process, and stirring for 3 hours to form the plugging agent containing the elastic mesh material.
Example two:
adding 15 wt% of elastic graphite, 10 wt% of polymer microspheres and 5 wt% of polyurethane sponge into glycerol base liquid in sequence, continuously stirring at high speed (3000 r/min) in the adding process, and stirring for 2.5h to form the plugging agent containing the elastic mesh material.
Example three:
adding 10 wt% of elastic graphite, 8 wt% of polymer microspheres and 3 wt% of polyurethane sponge into the ethylene glycol-based solution in sequence, continuously stirring at high speed (4000 rpm) during the adding process, and stirring for 2h to form the plugging agent containing the elastic mesh material.
Example four:
10 percent of elastic graphite, 12 percent of polymer microspheres and 2 percent of polyurethane sponge are sequentially added into the polyalcohol base liquid, and are continuously stirred at high speed (5000 r/min) in the adding process for 1.5h to form the plugging agent containing the elastic mesh material.
The percentages of the above examples are based on the total amount of the plugging agent.
Claims (10)
1. A plugging agent containing an elastic mesh material is characterized in that: comprises polyurethane sponge, flexible filler, nano filler and base liquid; wherein the base liquid is composed of one or more of ethylene glycol, glycerol and polymeric alcohol.
2. A plugging agent comprising an elastic mesh material according to claim 1, wherein: the components by weight percentage are as follows: 0.5-5% of polyurethane sponge, 6-15% of flexible filler, 2-10% of nano filler and the balance of base liquid.
3. A plugging agent comprising an elastic mesh material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the flexible filler is one or a combination of more of elastic graphite, rubber particles and superfine calcium carbonate.
4. A plugging agent comprising an elastic mesh material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the nano filler is one or a composition of more of nano microspheres, polymer microspheres, nano montmorillonite, nano silica particles and nano alumina.
5. A plugging agent comprising an elastic mesh material according to claim 3, wherein: the nano filler is one or a composition of more of nano microspheres, polymer microspheres, nano montmorillonite, nano silica particles and nano alumina.
6. A method for preparing a plugging agent containing an elastic mesh material according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the flexible filler, the nano filler and the polyurethane sponge are sequentially added into the base liquid, and are continuously stirred at high speed in the adding process to form the plugging agent containing the elastic mesh material.

A method for preparing a plugging agent containing an elastic mesh material according to claim 3, which is characterized in that: the flexible filler, the nano filler and the polyurethane sponge are sequentially added into the base liquid, and are continuously stirred at high speed in the adding process to form the plugging agent containing the elastic mesh material.
