Abstract

Various domestic sewage treatment equipment has appeared on the market, and is also all fine to domestic sewage's treatment effect, but most sewage treatment equipment are inconvenient to filterable residue clearance, and after sewage treatment accomplished, have sewage to remain in the equipment, can breed a large amount of bacteriums.

a first filtering chamber is arranged at the top in the sewage treatment tank; a horizontal active carbon filter layer is fixed in the middle of the first filter chamber; a second through hole is formed in the bottom of the first filtering chamber;
a second filter chamber is arranged below the first filter chamber in the sewage treatment tank; a horizontal reverse osmosis membrane is fixed in the middle of the second filtering chamber; a third through hole is formed in the bottom of the second filtering chamber;
a disinfection chamber is arranged in the sewage treatment box below the second filter chamber; two opposite side walls in the disinfection chamber are respectively provided with a waterproof ultraviolet lamp tube; the bottom in the disinfection chamber is provided with a drain pipe which is communicated with and extends out of the bottom of the sewage treatment box.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the bottom surfaces of the filter tank, the first filter chamber, the second filter chamber and the disinfection chamber are respectively downwards inclined from the periphery to the first through hole, the second through hole, the third through hole and the drain pipe to form a water collecting bottom surface.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, a water collecting tank is arranged at the bottom of the sewage treatment tank below the drain pipe; four universal wheels are symmetrically arranged at four corners of the bottom of the water collecting tank; the universal wheel is provided with a wheel lock.

a first filtering chamber 14 is arranged at the top in the sewage treatment tank 11; a horizontal activated carbon filter layer 41 is fixed in the middle part in the first filter chamber 14, activated carbon is odorless, tasteless, non-sandy, insoluble in any solvent, has high capacity adsorption capacity on organic pigments and nitrogenous base, and has excellent filtering effect on domestic sewage; the bottom of the first filtering chamber 41 is provided with a second through hole 42;
a second filtering chamber 15 is arranged in the sewage treatment tank 11 and below the first filtering chamber 14; a horizontal reverse osmosis membrane 51 is fixed in the middle inside the second filtering chamber 15, and the membrane aperture of the reverse osmosis membrane 51 is very small, so that dissolved salts, colloids, microorganisms, organic matters and the like in water can be effectively removed, and the device is very suitable for secondary filtering of sewage; the bottom of the second filtering chamber 15 is provided with a third through hole 52;
a disinfection chamber 16 is arranged in the sewage treatment box 11 below the second filter chamber 15; two opposite side walls in the disinfection chamber 16 are respectively provided with a waterproof ultraviolet lamp tube 61, and ultraviolet disinfection is a physical method, does not add any substance to water, has no side effect, is used as the last barrier of sewage treatment, and is safe and reliable; the bottom of the disinfection chamber 16 is provided with a drain pipe 62 which penetrates and extends out of the bottom of the sewage treatment tank 11.
In a preferred embodiment, the bottom surfaces of the filtering tank 13, the first filtering chamber 14, the second filtering chamber 15 and the sterilizing chamber 16 are respectively inclined downwards from the periphery to the first through hole 34, the second through hole 42, the third through hole 52 and the drain pipe 62 to form a water collecting bottom surface, so that the sewage can flow more smoothly.
In a preferred embodiment, a water collecting tank 17 is arranged at the bottom of the sewage treatment tank 11 below the drain pipe 62 and is used for containing treated clean water; four universal wheels 18 are symmetrically arranged at four corners of the bottom of the water collecting tank 17, so that the water collecting tank 17 can be pulled out from the sewage treatment tank 11 for reuse after sewage treatment is finished; the universal wheel 18 is provided with a wheel lock for fixing the water collecting tank 17 in the water collecting process.
In a preferred embodiment, the sealing rubber strips are adhered to the peripheral edges of the filter screen 31, so that the sealing effect between the filter screen 31 and the inner wall of the filter tank 13 is better, and the effect of the first filtering is improved.
In a preferred embodiment, screen support bracket 33 includes four uprights positioned at four corners of a square, respectively; a cross bar is welded and connected between the tops of the adjacent vertical rods; this kind of structure can play the effect of supporting filter screen 31, can not cause the influence to the filterable fluency of filter screen 31 again, and other support frames that can reach this kind of effect equally also can carry out equal replacement.

a first filtering chamber is arranged at the top in the sewage treatment tank; a horizontal activated carbon filter layer is fixed in the middle of the first filter chamber; a second through hole is formed in the bottom of the first filtering chamber;
a second filter chamber is arranged below the first filter chamber in the sewage treatment tank; a horizontal reverse osmosis membrane is fixed in the middle of the second filtering chamber; a third through hole is formed in the bottom of the second filtering chamber;
a disinfection chamber is arranged in the sewage treatment box and below the second filter chamber; two opposite side walls in the disinfection chamber are respectively provided with a waterproof ultraviolet lamp tube; and a drain pipe which is communicated with and extends out of the bottom of the sewage treatment box is arranged at the bottom in the disinfection chamber.

The novel household sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the bottom surfaces of the filtering tank, the first filtering chamber, the second filtering chamber and the disinfection chamber are respectively inclined downwards from the periphery to the first through hole, the second through hole, the third through hole and the drain pipe to form a water collecting bottom surface.
