Abstract
The invention discloses a multi-claw multifunctional ceramic composite roller which comprises a roller body, wherein a plurality of auxiliary parts are distributed on the surface of the roller body; a gap part is formed between the adjacent auxiliary parts, wherein the tops of the auxiliary parts are provided with friction pairs; the auxiliary part is in a herringbone shape or a spiral shape; the friction pair is arranged in a groove at the top end of the auxiliary part. According to the invention, auxiliary parts arranged in a herringbone or spiral manner are welded on the roller body, and a gap part between the auxiliary parts can discharge materials along the neutral part, so that belt abrasion caused by belt clamping is avoided; the top of the auxiliary part is provided with a slot, and the connecting layer in the groove body is used for bonding the friction pair and the auxiliary part together by using an adhesive, so that the friction pair is prevented from falling off, and the wear resistance of the auxiliary part can be improved; the auxiliary parts are arranged in a herringbone or spiral manner, the roller body can play a role of cleaning the adhesive materials of the belt when rotating, and the abrasion of the belt is also avoided.
