Abstract
The invention provides a large-scale vehicle turning warning device which is mainly arranged on at least one turning warning area of a vehicle body through a warning device, and then a control module generates a control signal to control the warning device to be started or closed or control the warning device to execute a warning mode. Therefore, the driving safety is improved, and the occurrence of related traffic accidents caused by the fact that whether pedestrians or related vehicles exist in the invisible area or not cannot be known by driving of the vehicle body is avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a large-scale vehicle turning warning device, in particular to a large-scale vehicle turning warning device which is provided with a vehicle body with a warning device on at least one turning warning area so as to warn the invisible area of the vehicle or the pedestrian.
Background
With the rapid development of the vehicle industry, the use of vehicles for transportation is one of the indispensable tools in daily life, however, although vehicles can bring convenience to people, related traffic accidents are easily caused by careless driving or other factors.
For example, when a driver drives a large vehicle, even though the driver can assist in viewing different driving views through various mirrors (e.g., rear view mirrors or side view mirrors), there is always an area that the driver cannot view because the large vehicle occupies a large space, and the area is usually called an invisible area. Thus, when a vehicle (e.g., a locomotive) travels through the large vehicle, if the locomotive is located on the invisible area of the large vehicle, the driver may not be aware of the locomotive on the invisible area, and the rider of the locomotive cannot warn that the driver is not aware of the invisible area, thereby causing a related traffic accident.
In order to provide warning for the invisible area of the large vehicle for the motorcycle rider, related inventions have been invented so that the large vehicle can illuminate the invisible area to achieve the warning effect.
For example, chinese patent publication No. CN204296580U (hereinafter referred to as the first prior art) discloses an inner wheel difference region warning device for a large-sized commercial vehicle turning, which uses a steering wheel linked with a control device, when a driver turns left or right with the steering wheel, a steering wheel angle sensor will capture the steering action of the steering wheel, so as to drive the control device to control laser to illuminate the inner wheel difference region in the corresponding direction, thereby warning the dangerous region of the large-sized vehicle turning. However, the first prior art must perform the action of illuminating the inner wheel difference area when the large vehicle turns (after the steering wheel is turned), so that if the pedestrian or the motorcycle rider in the inner wheel difference area of the large vehicle turns, even though the large vehicle turns, the inner wheel difference area will be illuminated, there may be a traffic accident caused by the fact that the pedestrian or the motorcycle rider cannot avoid in time, and in addition, in order to avoid the over-sensitivity of the steering wheel, the warning device is also triggered by the driver when changing the runway, so the first prior art is further provided with a fuzzy control to prevent the large vehicle from turning at a small angle caused by the shaking of the vehicle or the change of the runway, and also trigger the warning device to illuminate the inner wheel difference area, but therefore, the time for warning the pedestrian or the motorcycle rider in the first prior art is delayed, so that the first prior art cannot effectively warn the pedestrian or motorcycle rider, so as to perform the function of warning in advance.
In addition, when the driver stops the vehicle, the driver must rotate the steering wheel greatly to effectively stop the vehicle, so the warning device is triggered continuously while the vehicle is stopped, unnecessary power consumption is wasted, and troubles of other people are easily caused.
Further, chinese patent publication No. CN107253478A (hereinafter referred to as the second prior art) discloses a vehicle turning reminding system, a vehicle and a vehicle turning reminding method, wherein a detection module is used to detect a steering parameter of the vehicle, a control module is used to calculate an inner wheel difference area according to the steering parameter and a built-in steering intrinsic parameter, and a projection module is used to project the inner wheel difference area according to the calculated inner wheel difference area to achieve the warning effect.
However, the range of the inner wheel differential area of a large vehicle may vary depending on the magnitude of the wheel base, the difference of the vehicle body, the difference of the vehicle speed, and the difference of the turning angle, and therefore, the second prior art only considers the steering parameters to calculate the inner wheel differential area, and the calculated area of the area is not accurate.
Moreover, the second prior art also performs the related calculation and projection operation when the vehicle turns, and thus, the second prior art is similar to the first prior art and cannot effectively remind pedestrians or motorcycle riders to perform the function of warning in advance.
In addition, the second prior art needs to perform related operations to calculate the inner wheel differential area each time the vehicle turns, and the calculated inner wheel differential area can be effectively projected only by continuously changing the illumination angle of the projection module. Therefore, the cost required for achieving the second prior art is greatly increased, and the early warning effect cannot be effectively achieved.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a simple and effective technique for warning an invisible area (inner wheel difference area) of a large vehicle to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a large-scale vehicle turning warning device, which is mainly disposed on at least one turning warning area of a vehicle body through a warning device, wherein the warning device has an inclination angle, so that a light angle can be formed between a warning light and the vehicle body, thereby preventing the warning light from directly irradiating a line of sight of a motorcycle rider or a vehicle, and a control module generates a control signal to control the warning device to be turned on or off, or controls the warning device to execute a warning mode. And the warning device is linked with a direction lamp to turn on or turn off the warning device through the direction lamp, or the warning device is turned on or turned off through a control module or a remote control device to provide warning or 24-hour sunlight warning and the like, so that the effect that the prior art cannot early warn can be improved.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a large vehicle turning warning device, comprising:

Preferably, the warning device is linked with a direction light of the vehicle body, and when the control module turns on or turns off the direction light, the control module simultaneously generates the control signal so as to turn on or turn off the warning device according to the control signal.
Preferably, the control module is connected to a turn signal control assembly, when the turn signal control assembly sends a control command, the control module generates a turn signal and the control signal, the control module transmits the turn signal to control the turn signal to be turned on or off, and simultaneously the control module transmits the control signal to the warning device to turn on or off the warning device according to the control signal.
Preferably, the warning device further executes a warning mode according to the control signal.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
referring to fig. 1 to 10, the present invention discloses a turn warning device for large-sized vehicles, wherein the large-sized vehicle is a bus, a truck, a gravel truck, a tourist bus, a full-junction bus, a semi-junction bus, a truck or other vehicles with a total weight of more than thirty-five-hundred kilograms. When the vehicle runs, the vehicle body is easy to be too large, so that a plurality of invisible areas which cannot be viewed are formed in the driving process.
Thus, the present invention is composed of a vehicle body 10 (such as the above-mentioned large-sized vehicle), a warning device 20 and a control module 30, wherein at least one turn warning region 11 is provided on the periphery of the vehicle body 10, and a plurality of tires 12 are provided on the bottom of the vehicle body 10 to assist the movement of the vehicle body 10, however, the specific location of the turn warning region 11 is on the frame of the vehicle body 10 adjacent to any one of the tires 12 and is laterally and circumferentially provided on the vehicle body 10, and the height of the turn warning region 11 is between 0.3 and 1.4 meters, preferably between 0.6 and 1.2 meters.
The warning device 20 is disposed on the turning warning region 11 to be connected to the vehicle body 10, wherein any connection method of fastening, adhering, welding or locking may be used between the warning device 20 and the vehicle body 10, and only the warning device 20 needs to be connected to the vehicle body 10, which is not limited to any specific connection method. When the warning device 20 is disposed on the turning warning area 11, the warning device 20 has an inclination angle, so that a warning light 21 provided by the warning device 20 can be irradiated to the ground at any illumination angle θ between the warning light 21 and the vehicle body 10 of 35-80 degrees, thereby preventing the warning light 21 from being directly irradiated to a motorcycle rider 50 or a vehicle within a sight line.
When the warning device 20 provides the warning light 21, the warning light 21 is displayed by lines to define the boundary of the invisible area, but if a plurality of warning devices 20 are disposed on the turn warning area 11, the warning lights 21 provided by the warning devices 20 are also connected to each other to form a line, so that when the line displayed by the warning light 21 provided by the warning devices 20 is seen by the motorcycle rider 50 or a pedestrian, the area between the line and the vehicle body 10 is the invisible area, thereby achieving the warning effect. In addition, if only the linear warning light 21 is provided, the power consumption required for illuminating the entire invisible area can be effectively reduced, and the same warning effect can be achieved.
For example, when the warning device 20 is installed in parallel with the vehicle body 10 (approximately 90 degrees), the warning light 21 provided by the warning device 20 directly irradiates the line of sight of the motorcycle rider 50, and even more, directly irradiates the eyes of the motorcycle rider 50, which easily causes the motorcycle rider 50 to be unable to normally view the environmental conditions of the route to cause a traffic accident, and therefore, when the warning device 20 is installed on the turn warning area 11, the warning light 21 has the inclination angle to irradiate the ground. However, the angle of the inclination angle is adjusted according to the size and height of the vehicle body 10, so that the illumination angle θ of the warning light 21 can provide a warning to the motorcycle rider 50 and avoid obstructing the view of the motorcycle rider 50.

In addition, the warning device 20 can be a daytime running light to provide 24 hours of warning light (when the vehicle body is started, the warning device is started to provide the warning light, or the warning device is started or stopped by a remote control device), or any one of the warning devices 20 such as an LED lamp, a laser lamp or a halogen lamp can provide the warning light 21.
In one embodiment, the control module 30 is disposed on a display device 40 and connected to the warning device 20, the display device 40 is a vehicle control screen or an intelligent mobile electronic device, and generates a control command 41 through the display device 40, the control module 30 receives the control command 41 to generate a control signal 31, and then transmits the control signal 31 to the warning device 20, so that the warning device 20 performs an on-off operation according to the control signal 31, or executes a warning mode 22 according to the control signal 31, and the warning mode 22 includes one of a blinking mode, a breathing mode, a flow mode, a gradient mode, a constant illumination mode, or a combination of any two or more of them, wherein each of the above modes controls the warning device 20 to provide the warning light 21 in different illumination modes, to increase the attention of the locomotive rider 50.
In another embodiment, a turn signal control assembly within the vehicle body 10 is coupled to the control module 30, and when the driver turns the turn signal control assembly, the turn signal control assembly generates a control command 41, for example, when the turn signal control assembly is moved upward, the turn signal control module generates a control command 41 for turning on the right turn signal, and the control module 30 receives the control command 41, generates a turn signal for turning on the right turn signal, and also generates the control signal 31 for turning on the warning device 20 provided on the right side of the vehicle body 10, then, the control module 30 transmits the turn signal to turn on the turn signal in the right-turn direction, and transmitting the control signal 31 to the warning device 20 to turn on the right-hand warning device 20.
