The moving structure comprises an upright column 18, a guide rail 17, a sliding block 20 and a push rod motor 19, wherein the upright column 18 is fixed on the preparation box 15, and in the embodiment, the upright column 18 is fixed on the preparation box 15 in a bolt connection mode; the guide rail 17 is vertically fixed on the upright post 18, the slide block 20 is arranged on the guide rail 17, and the push rod motor 19 is fixed on the upright post 18, in the embodiment, the push rod motor 19 is fixed on the upright post 18 in a bolt connection mode; a push rod of the push rod motor 19 is vertically downward, the end part of the push rod motor 19 is connected with the slide block 20, and the partition plate 30 is connected with the slide block 20 through a connecting rod 21; the guide rail 17 is also provided with limiting blocks at two ends.
The power structure comprises a power motor 11, a driving wheel 10, a driven wheel I14, a driven wheel II 8 and a transmission belt 12, wherein the power motor 11 is fixed on the base 1, and in the embodiment, the power motor 11 is fixed on the base 1 in a bolt connection mode; an output shaft of the power motor 11 is horizontally arranged, the driving wheel 10 is fixed at the end part of the output shaft of the power motor 11, the driven wheel I14 is fixed at the end part of the stirring shaft I13, the driven wheel II 8 is fixed at the end part of the stirring shaft II 9, and the transmission belt 12 is sleeved among the driving wheel 10, the driven wheel I14 and the driven wheel II 8.
The partition plate 30 is further provided with a linkage assembly, the linkage assembly comprises a guide rod 40, a first guide sleeve 39, a second guide sleeve 37, a first linkage piece 28, a second linkage piece 31, a T-shaped driving rod 33, an L-shaped driven rod 35 and a suspension block 27, the guide rod 40 is horizontally fixed on the partition plate 30, the first guide sleeve 39 and the second guide sleeve 37 are respectively arranged at two ends of the guide rod 40, the first linkage piece 28 is connected with the first guide sleeve 39, the first linkage piece 28 is provided with a first avoidance hole for the positive spiral piece to pass through, the first linkage piece 28 is further provided with a plurality of first flow guide holes, and in the embodiment, the number of the first flow guide holes is ten; the second linkage piece 31 is connected with the second guide sleeve 37, the second linkage piece 31 is provided with a second avoidance hole for the reverse spiral piece to pass through, the second linkage piece 31 is also provided with a plurality of second flow guide holes, and in the embodiment, the number of the second flow guide holes is ten; the middle of the driving rod 33 is rotatably connected with the partition plate 30, the first end of the driving rod 33 is connected with the suspension block 27 through a positioning rod 41, the suspension block 27 is close to the stirring shaft I13, the second end of the driving rod 33 is provided with a first sliding groove 33a, the first guide sleeve 39 is also provided with a first guide pillar 38, the first guide pillar 38 is positioned in the first sliding groove 33a, the third end of the driving rod 33 is provided with a second sliding groove 33b, the middle of the driven rod 35 is rotatably connected with the partition plate 30, the first end of the driven rod 35 is provided with a second guide pillar 34, the second guide pillar 34 is positioned in the second sliding groove 33b, the second end of the driven rod 35 is provided with a third sliding groove 35a, the second guide sleeve 37 is provided with a third guide pillar 36, and the third guide pillar 36 is positioned in the third sliding groove 35 a; by adopting the structure, under the combined action of the forward spiral sheet 29, the partition board 30 and the blocking block 42, irregular liquid flow can be formed at the left stirring part, the irregular liquid flow impacts the suspension block 27 to enable the suspension block 27 to float up and down, the suspension block 27 enables the driving rod 33 to swing back and forth, the driving rod 33 drives the driven rod 35 to swing back and forth, the guide sleeve I39 and the guide sleeve II 37 are enabled to repeatedly approach or separate from each other along the guide rod 40, the linkage sheet I28 can push the raw material in the left stirring part back and forth, and the linkage sheet II 31 can push the raw material in the right stirring part back and forth, so that the time required for preparation can be shortened.
The products available on the market and those in the examples of the invention were placed in different environments and the test results are given in the following table.

Claims (6)

1. The insect-proof treatment method of the improved sofa wood board is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. cutting: cutting pine boards purchased in the market to obtain semi-finished wood boards;
b. weighing: weighing raw materials for preparing the insect-proof liquid according to the parts by weight, wherein the raw materials comprise 60 parts of carbendazim, 9 parts of borax, 18 parts of silicone oil, 14 parts of glycerol, 1.5 parts of defoaming agent and 110 parts of water;
c. soaking: soaking the wood board by a soaking device for 7 hours;
d. drying: naturally airing the wood board for 35 hours;
e. drying: putting the wood board into a drying box for drying treatment, wherein the drying temperature is 65 ℃, and the drying time is 48min, so that the finished sofa wood board can be obtained;
the soaking device comprises a base, a working box with an opening at the upper part is fixed on the base, a feeding port is arranged at the upper part of one side of the working box, a first electromagnetic valve is arranged at the feeding port, a drain port is arranged at the lower part of the other side of the working box, a second electromagnetic valve is arranged at the drain port, a support is fixed on the base, a box cover capable of sealing the opening is arranged on the support, the box cover is connected with a driving piece capable of driving the box cover to move up and down, a placing net frame used for placing a wood board is connected to the box cover through a fixed rod, and a feeding mechanism capable of conveying feed liquid to the working box is further arranged on the base; the feeding mechanism comprises a preparation box, a conveying pipe, a conveying pump, a first stirring shaft, a second stirring shaft and a partition plate, wherein the preparation box is fixed on a base, the upper part of the preparation box is provided with a feeding hole, the feeding hole is connected with a hopper, the lower part of the preparation box is provided with a discharging hole, the discharging hole is provided with a third electromagnetic valve, the discharging hole is communicated with one end of the conveying pipe, the other end of the conveying pipe is communicated with a feeding hole, the conveying pump is arranged on the conveying pipe, the first stirring shaft and the second stirring shaft are respectively and horizontally and rotatably arranged in the preparation box, the middle part of the first stirring shaft is fixedly provided with a forward spiral piece, the middle part of the second stirring shaft is fixedly provided with a reverse spiral stirring piece, the reverse spiral stirring piece is opposite to the forward spiral stirring piece in rotation direction, the base is also provided with a power structure capable of enabling the first stirring shaft and the second stirring shaft to synchronously rotate, the partition plate is vertically arranged in the middle part of the preparation box, and the partition plate can divide the preparation box into a left stirring part and a right stirring part, one end of the clapboard is provided with a first material passing port, the other end of the clapboard is provided with a second material passing port, two side faces of the clapboard are also provided with a plurality of blocking blocks which are irregularly distributed, and the clapboard is also connected with a moving structure which enables the clapboard to move up and down; the baffle plate is also provided with a linkage assembly, the linkage assembly comprises a guide rod, a first guide sleeve, a second guide sleeve, a first linkage piece, a second linkage piece, a driving rod in a T shape, a driven rod in an L shape and a suspension block, the guide rod is horizontally fixed on the baffle plate, the first guide sleeve and the second guide sleeve are respectively arranged at two ends of the guide rod, the first linkage piece is connected with the first guide sleeve, the first linkage piece is provided with a first avoidance hole for a positive spiral piece to pass through, the first linkage piece is also provided with a plurality of first diversion holes, the second linkage piece is connected with the second guide sleeve, the second linkage piece is provided with a second avoidance hole for a reverse spiral piece to pass through, the second linkage piece is also provided with a plurality of second diversion holes, the middle part of the driving rod is rotatably connected with the baffle plate, the first end of the driving rod is connected with the suspension block through a positioning rod, the suspension block is close to the first stirring shaft, the second end of the driving rod is provided with a first chute, the first guide post is also provided with a third end, the first guide post is arranged in the chute, the first chute is arranged in the first guide post, the middle part of the driven rod is rotatably connected with the partition plate, the first end of the driven rod is provided with a second guide pillar which is positioned in the second sliding groove, the second end of the driven rod is provided with a third sliding groove, the second guide sleeve is provided with a third guide pillar which is positioned in the third sliding groove.
