Background
A winch, a light and small hoisting device for hoisting or pulling heavy objects by winding a steel wire rope or a chain on a winding drum, which is also called a winch; the winch can vertically lift, horizontally or obliquely drag heavy objects; the winding machine is divided into a manual winding machine, an electric winding machine and a hydraulic winding machine. The winch is also generally applied to the straightening work of the steel bar, the steel bar is straightened by the traction force of the winch, a clamp is generally used for connecting and fixing a traction steel wire rope on the winch and the steel bar, in the process, on one hand, when the winch pulls the steel bar, the clamp on the winch is under the action of the pulling steel bar, the traction force required is different for different bending degrees of the reinforcing steel bar, in the process, the clamp can loosen the clamping of the reinforcing steel bar, influence the straightening work of the reinforcing steel bar and can fall off to cause dangerous conditions, and on the other hand, when the reinforcing steel bar is straightened, the head part of one end of the reinforcing steel bar needs to be clamped, and the head parts of some reinforcing steel bars are bent, therefore, the winch for straightening the reinforcing steel bars is provided for solving the problems that the clamping is troublesome, the working process is delayed and the working efficiency is influenced.
