Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of incineration fly ash treatment, in particular to a spray type fly ash washing system.
Background
The household garbage incineration fly ash contains a large amount of heavy metal substances, heavy metal migration can be caused by improper treatment, underground water, soil and air are polluted, and extremely serious harm is brought to human health by virtue of aquatic and terrestrial food chains; meanwhile, dioxin in the fly ash has high detention in the environment due to stable chemical structure, high fat solubility and difficult decomposition by natural microorganisms, and is a potential important environmental pollutant. Therefore, how to safely and effectively treat the dangerous waste with serious potential hazard and large yield becomes an environmental and social problem which needs to be solved urgently.
At present, the conventional fly ash treatment mode in China is to transport the fly ash to a safe landfill site for landfill treatment after cement solidification pretreatment, and as the cement solidification capacity is increased, a large amount of land resources are occupied, and the heavy metal stability is poor, the pollution risk of the landfill site is increased. In addition, the treatment and disposal costs of fly ash are extremely high, and the fly ash becomes an important bottleneck for popularization and application of incineration technology.
Due to the composition difference of garbage and the diversity of garbage incineration process in China, the composition and morphological structure of chloride salt in incineration fly ash are different, and the leaching toxicity difference of heavy metal is obvious. Many researches find that the water washing process can remove a large proportion of metal salts and total chlorine in the fly ash, so that the fly ash meets the subsequent resource requirement, and the development of the water washing pretreatment process with high efficiency, low cost and low water consumption has important significance for proper treatment, disposal and resource utilization of the fly ash.
A utility model (a fly ash washing system with low water consumption, publication No. CN201921181225.6) of Zhejiang peach blossom-source environmental protection technology GmbH comprises an original ash bin, a washing dechlorination module, a water storage tank, a liquid storage tank and a wet ash bin. The water washing dechlorination module comprises a material modification agent adding tank, a pulping tank and n water washing dehydration units. The dechlorination efficiency is improved by using the medicament, and the using amount of cleaning water is reduced.
An invention patent of Hangzhou xiu environmental protection technology limited (a garbage fly ash treatment process for improving chloride ion dissolution rate, publication No. CN109396163A), before the fly ash washing step, wet grinding is performed on fly ash, and slurry formed after wet grinding enters the fly ash washing step; and the cleaning wastewater is subjected to reverse osmosis treatment and recycling, so that the use amount of cleaning water is reduced, but the cost is higher.
At present, the disclosed methods for improving the washing efficiency of fly ash all use agents or recycle waste water efficiently to reduce the comprehensive water consumption. The existing method for improving the washing efficiency can increase the treatment cost of wastewater or increase the system operation cost (for example, the advanced treatment link of the washing wastewater is added so as to facilitate the recycling of the wastewater).
