Background
At present, a small blanking hopper is arranged above a jet device in a jet mixing system, the small blanking hopper is suitable for small bag batching, the weight of a small bag is about 50Kg generally, the small bag can be taken out in less than 1 minute, special people are required to continuously feed the small bag, and time and labor are wasted. When the working condition changes, the used material bag is large and exceeds 1 ton, and the small-sized blanking hopper cannot be used.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a novel jet flow mixing system which is reasonable in structure, can meet the requirements of two kinds of materials and the use requirements of different working conditions.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the novel jet flow mixing system comprises an independent jet flow system, a ton bag frame, a sand pump, an ejector, a small blanking hopper, a base, a large blanking hopper, a support, a discharge pipe, a baffle plate and a rotating shaft, wherein the independent jet flow system comprises the sand pump, the ejector, the small blanking hopper and the base; the ton package frame includes large-scale blanking fill, support, discharging pipe, striker plate, pivot, large-scale blanking fill is installed on the support, the support is fixed on the base, is equipped with the discharging pipe below the large-scale blanking fill, and discharging pipe lower extreme opening is just to small-size blanking fill, is connected through the pivot between discharging pipe and the large-scale blanking fill, is equipped with pluggable striker plate in the middle of discharging pipe and the large-scale blanking fill.
Optionally, the size of the blanking platform of the small blanking hopper is 0.7 × 0.7 m.
Optionally, the size of the blanking platform of the large blanking hopper is 2.1 × 2.1 m.
Optionally, the bracket is provided with a transverse supporting bar, and the side end of the bracket is provided with a longitudinal supporting bar.
Optionally, the striker plate is a movable striker plate, and can be fully inserted or partially inserted.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: it is rational in infrastructure, can satisfy two kinds of batching requirements, can solve the job site and join in marriage when thick liquid volume is great, adopt the vexation that small-size pocket need frequently change the pocket, the large-scale pocket that exceeds 1 ton can directly be located large-scale blanking fill, do not need frequent change, and blanking speed can freely be adjusted, it is stronger to make the controllability of joining in marriage the thick liquid process, save the manual work more, the usability is higher, the frequent material loading of operating personnel has been avoided, labor intensity has been alleviateed, and large-scale blanking fill is located small-size hopper top, use large-scale blanking fill when adopting large-scale pocket, use small-size blanking fill when adopting small-size pocket, two kinds of mode are changeable to be used, satisfy the operation requirement of different operating modes.

The slurry pumped by the sand pump 3 is supplied to the ejector 4, and ingredients are sucked from the small blanking hopper 5 through the negative pressure action of the ejector 4, so that the blending process of the slurry is realized;
the blanking platform of the small blanking hopper 5 is 0.7 multiplied by 0.7m, a small batching bag less than 50Kg can be placed, and one small batching bag can be drawn out after about 1 minute;
the blanking platform of the large blanking hopper 7 is 2.1 multiplied by 2.1m in size, large batching bags with more than 1 ton can be placed, and batching of one large batching bag can be finished in about 10 minutes;
examples
When a large-sized material bag needs to be used, the drift diameter of the discharge pipe 9 can be controlled by pulling the striker plate 10, so that the blanking speed is controlled, a large-sized material bag with the weight of more than 1 ton can be placed on a blanking platform of the large-sized blanking hopper 7, and the material can be completely extracted in about 10 minutes after one large bag is used for material preparation;
when using small-size pocket, can insert striker plate 10 completely to rotate discharging pipe 9 to one side through pivot 11, use the small-size blanking fill 5 batching of below, the small-size batching bag within 50Kg can be placed to the blanking platform of small-size blanking fill 5, and a small bag batching is about 1 minute can be taken out.
The invention has reasonable structure, can meet the requirements of two burdening modes, can solve the problem that when the grout blending amount in a construction site is larger, the small material bag needs to be frequently replaced, the large material bag with the weight of more than 1 ton can be directly seated on the large blanking hopper without frequent replacement, the blanking speed can be freely adjusted, the controllability of the grout blending process is stronger, the labor is saved, the usability is higher, the frequent feeding of operators is avoided, the labor intensity is reduced, the large blanking hopper is positioned above the small hopper, when the large material bag is adopted, the large blanking hopper is used, the small blanking hopper is used when the small material bag is adopted, the two modes can be switched for use, and the use requirements of different working conditions are met.
