The technical solution of the present application will be further described with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an electrical connector according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a left side view of the electrical connector in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the electrical connector includes: a circuit board 1 and an electrical connector 2. Wherein, the electric connector 2 is arranged on the circuit board 1, the electric connector 2 comprises a massage electric connector 21 and an identification electric connector 22, and the massage electric connector 21 and the identification electric connector 22 are respectively electrically connected with the circuit board 1; the massage electric connector 21 is used for being electrically connected with the massage element on the massage head, and the identification electric connector 22 is used for being electrically connected with the electric element on the massage head so as to identify the electric parameter of the electric element or output the electric parameter of the electric element.
In the embodiment of the application, the massage electric connecting piece 21 is electrically connected with the circuit board 1, and the massage electric connecting piece 21 is used for realizing the electric connection between the massage element on the massage head and the circuit board 1, so that the circuit board 1 can be electrically connected with the massage element on the massage head under the action of the massage electric connecting piece 21, and when the circuit board 1 is electrically connected with the massage element on the massage head through the massage electric connecting piece 21, the massage head can have a massage function. In addition, since the identification electrical connector 22 is electrically connected to the electrical component on the massage head to identify the electrical parameter of the electrical component or output the electrical parameter of the electrical component, when the circuit board 1 is electrically connected to the electrical component, the massage head can be identified by the electrical parameter of the electrical component on the massage head. When the circuit board 1 can recognize the massage head, a program corresponding to the massage head can be called according to the type of the massage head, and then massage can be performed by the massage head under the control of the program. Therefore, the electric connector provided by the embodiment of the application can identify that the type of the massage head changes when the massage head is replaced, can call the program corresponding to the massage head according to the type of the massage head, and can massage through the massage head under the control of the program.
In a possible application scenario, if the electrical connector is applied to a wearing body of a massage apparatus, and a user installs a first massage head on the wearing body, in a possible implementation manner, the massage electrical connector 21 of the electrical connector may be electrically connected to a massage element on the first massage head, and the identification electrical connector 22 of the electrical connector may be electrically connected to an electrical element on the first massage head, so that under the action of the electrical connector, the wearing body may identify a type of the first massage head according to an electrical parameter of the electrical element of the first massage head, and after the wearing body identifies the type of the first massage head, the first massage program corresponding to the type of the first massage head may be retrieved, and then the first massage head may be controlled to perform massage through the first massage program.
After the user finishes massaging through the first massaging head, and supposing to experience the massaging function of the second massaging head, the user can firstly detach the first massaging head from the wearing body, then install the second massaging head on the wearing body, after the second massaging head is installed on the wearing body, similarly to the first massaging head, the massaging electric connecting piece 21 of the electric connector can be electrically connected with the massaging element electric connecting piece on the second massaging head, the identification piece 22 of the electric connector can be electrically connected with the electric element on the second massaging head, thus, under the action of the electric connector, the wearing body can identify the type of the second massaging head according to the electric parameters of the electric element of the second massaging head, after identifying the type of the second massaging head, the second massaging program corresponding to the type of the second massaging head can be retrieved, and the second massage head can be controlled by the second massage program to massage.
In another possible application scenario, if the electrical connector is applied to a massage head of a massage apparatus, in a possible implementation manner, the massage electrical connector 21 of the electrical connector may be electrically connected to a massage element on the massage head, and the identification electrical connector 22 of the electrical connector may be electrically connected to an electrical element on the massage head, so that when the massage head is mounted on the wearing body, the electrical parameter of the electrical element of the massage head may be output to the wearing body through the identification electrical connector 22, so that the wearing body acquires the electrical parameter of the massage head, and then the type of the massage head may be identified according to the electrical parameter of the massage head.
It should be noted that the application of the electrical connector to the wearing body and the massage head of the massage apparatus is only one possible application scenario shown in the embodiment of the present application, and of course, the electrical connector may also be applied to other possible scenarios, for example, the electrical connector may also be applied to a dust collector, and the application scenario of the electrical connector is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
When the electric connector is applied to a dust collector, in a possible implementation manner, the electric connector can be arranged on a body of the dust collector, and when a suction head of the dust collector is changed, the body of the dust collector can recognize that the type of the suction head is changed through the electric connector, and calls a dust collection program corresponding to the type of the suction head to collect dust.
It should be noted that the electrical connector 2 may be disposed on the circuit board 1 by soldering, or may be disposed on the circuit board 1 by other manners, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The massage element can be an electrode plate or other electronic components with massage functions, and the massage element is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the application.
In addition, the number of the identification electrical connection members 22 is at least two, so as to ensure that the circuit board 1 can form a closed loop with the massage head through the identification electrical connection members 22. When the circuit board 1 forms a closed loop with the massage heads by identifying the electrical connection member 22, the circuit board 1 can acquire the electrical parameters of the massage heads, and then the types of the massage heads can be identified according to the characteristic that different massage heads have different electrical parameters. Specifically, the circuit board 1 can acquire the impedance of the massage head by identifying the electrical connection member 22, and then identify the type of the massage head according to the characteristic that different massage heads have different impedances.
Of course, the type of the massage head can be identified by other electrical parameters, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 2, assuming that the number of the identification electrical connectors 22 is two, and is indicated by 2a and 2b in fig. 2, respectively, then, in one possible implementation, the 2 identification electrical connectors 22 may be arranged on the circuit board 1 in the arrangement shown in fig. 2.
In addition, the number of the massage electric connectors 21 can be 6, and the massage electric connectors 21 can be electrode electric connectors, correspondingly, the massage element can comprise an electrode plate, so that the 6 electrode electric connectors can be connected with the electrode plate, and further massage can be carried out through the electrode plate.
Of course, the number of the massage electrical connectors 21 may be other than the above, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Exemplarily, when the number of the massaging electrical connectors 21 is 6, assuming that the massaging electrical connectors 21 are respectively indicated by 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g, 2h in fig. 2, then in one possible implementation, the 6 massaging electrical connectors 21 may be arranged on the circuit board 1 in the arrangement shown in fig. 2.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the cross section of the circuit board 1 may be rectangular, and when the cross section of the circuit board 1 is rectangular, the length of the circuit board 1 may be 15.5mm to 17.5mm, and the width of the circuit board 1 may be 13 mm to 15mm, so that the massage electrical connectors 21 and the identification electrical connectors 22 can be arranged on the circuit board 1 at a reasonable interval, and the size of the circuit board 1 is not too large. In addition, the thickness of the circuit board 1 can be 0.7mm-1.3mm, so that the strength of the circuit board 1 can meet the strength requirement, and meanwhile, the circuit board 1 is not too thick and heavy. Preferably, the circuit board 1 may have a thickness of 1mm, a width of 13.8mm, and a length of 16.4 mm. Of course, the thickness, length, and width of the circuit board 1 may also be freely set according to the actual application scenario, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited herein.
In order to make the electrical connector more functional, further, with reference to fig. 2, in some embodiments the electrical connector 2 further comprises a heating electrical connector 23 and a thermometric electrical connector 24; the heating electric connector 23 is electrically connected with the circuit board 1, and the heating electric connector 23 is electrically connected with the heating element on the massage head; the temperature measuring electric connector 24 is electrically connected with the circuit board 1, the temperature measuring electric connector 24 is used for realizing the electric connection between the temperature measuring element on the massage head and the circuit board 1, and the temperature measuring element is used for detecting the temperature of the heating element and transmitting the temperature to the circuit board 1.
When the electric connector 2 further comprises the heating electric connector 23 and the temperature measuring electric connector 24, the heating electric connector 23 is electrically connected with the circuit board 1, and the heating electric connector 23 is used for realizing the electric connection between the heating element on the massage head and the circuit board 1, so that the massage head can have a heating function. In addition, because the temperature measuring electric connector 24 is used for realizing the electric connection between the temperature measuring element on the massage head and the circuit board 1, and the temperature measuring element is used for detecting the temperature of the heating element and transmitting the temperature to the circuit board 1, when the heating element starts to heat, the circuit board 1 can detect the temperature of the heating element through the temperature measuring element, and further the control of the temperature of the heating element can be realized.
Illustratively, in connection with the above exemplary embodiment, assuming that the electrical connector in this embodiment is applied to a wearing body of a massage apparatus, on which a massage head is mounted, when a user wants to heat his/her massage part by a heating element of the massage head, assuming that the heating temperature is set to 40 ℃, first, the circuit board 1 may control the temperature of the heating element to gradually increase, and the temperature measuring element may detect the temperature of the heating element and transmit the detected temperature to the circuit board 1 through the electrical connector 24, when the temperature measuring element detects that the temperature of the heating element reaches 40 ℃, the temperature information may be transmitted to the circuit board 1, and when the circuit board 1 acquires the temperature information, the heating element may be controlled to stop heating, so as to prevent the user from being scalded.
After the heating element stops heating, when the temperature of the heating element is lower than 40 ℃, for example, when the temperature of the heating element reaches 39 ℃, the temperature measuring element can transmit the temperature information to the circuit board 1, and when the circuit board 1 acquires the temperature information, the heating element can be controlled to restart heating to prevent the temperature from being too low.
The heating element may be a heating plate, the Temperature measuring element may be an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient thermistor), and of course, the heating element may also be other components with heating functions. The temperature measuring element can also be other element devices with the temperature detecting function, and the temperature measuring element is not limited in the embodiment of the application.
In addition, the number of the heating electrical connectors 23 may be 4, the number of the temperature measuring electrical connectors 24 may be 2, when the number of the heating electrical connectors 23 is 4, and the number of the temperature measuring electrical connectors 24 may be 2, for example, assuming that the 4 heating electrical connectors 23 are respectively indicated by 2i, 2j, 2k, 2l in fig. 2, and the 2 temperature measuring electrical connectors 24 are respectively indicated by 2m, 2n, then, referring to fig. 2, in one possible implementation, the 4 heating electrical connectors 23 and the 2 temperature measuring electrical connectors 24 may be arranged on the circuit board 1 in the arrangement shown in fig. 2.
As can be seen from the above description, since the heating electrical connector 23 is electrically connected to the heating element, which is used for heating, the heating electrical connector 23 is used for supplying power when the heating electrical connector 23 is electrically connected to the heating element. It is to be understood that the temperature measuring electrical connector 24 and the identification electrical connector 22 are used for acquiring electrical parameters, that is, for acquisition. It will also be appreciated that the temperature measuring electrical connection 24 for acquisition and the identification electrical connection 22 pass a relatively small current relative to the heating electrical connection 23 for power. Based on this, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the circuit board 1 includes a first region 11 and a second region 12; the heating electrical connector 23 is arranged in the first zone 11, the thermometric electrical connector 24 and the identification electrical connector 22 are arranged in the second zone 12, the first zone 11 and the second zone 12 being different zones.
That is, the heating electrical connector 23 through which a large current flows, the temperature measuring electrical connector 24 through which a small current flows, and the identification electrical connector 22 are respectively disposed in different regions of the circuit board 1, so that the wiring of the circuit can be more orderly and reasonable, and errors can be less likely to occur.
It can be understood that, in general, the electrical connection structure formed in the middle region of the circuit board 1 is stable and reliable, and for the massage apparatus, the massage function of the massage apparatus is the core function of the whole massage apparatus, and in combination with the above description, the massage electrical connector 21 is used to electrically connect the massage element on the massage head with the circuit board 1, and further massage is performed through the massage element, so that the massage electrical connector 21 is important for the massage apparatus, and based on this, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the massage electrical connector 21 is disposed in the middle region of the circuit board 1, so that the stable and reliable electrical connection of the massage electrical connector 21 can be ensured, and further the massage function of the massage apparatus can be ensured.
It will also be appreciated that, referring to figure 3, in some embodiments, when the massaging electrical connections 21 are provided at a central region of the circuit board 1, the heating electrical connections 23, the identification electrical connections 22 and the thermometry electrical connections 24 are provided at or near an edge of the circuit board 1. Thus, the middle area of the circuit board 1 can be left free, so that more important electric connectors can be arranged in the middle area of the circuit board 1, for example, the massage electric connectors 21 are arranged in the middle area of the circuit board 1, and the massage function of the massage instrument can be ensured to the maximum extent.
In particular, in a possible implementation, with reference to fig. 3, the heating electrical connection 23 is arranged on the side of the massaging electrical connection 21, the thermometric electrical connection 24 and the identification electrical connection 22 being arranged on the side of the massaging electrical connection 21 remote from the heating electrical connection 23.
That is, the heating electrical connector 23 is arranged on a first side of the massaging electrical connector 21, the temperature measuring electrical connector 24 and the identification electrical connector 22 are arranged on a second side of the massaging electrical connector 21, the second side being remote from the first side, so that the heating electrical connector 23, the temperature measuring electrical connector 24 and the identification electrical connector 22 are located in different areas of the circuit board 1. Based on the above description, it can be seen that a larger current generally flows through the heating electrical connector 23, and a smaller current generally flows through the temperature measuring electrical connector 24 and the identification electrical connector 22, so that by arranging the heating electrical connector 23, the temperature measuring electrical connector 24 and the identification electrical connector 22 in different areas of the circuit board 1, during wiring of the circuit board in the later period, the electric wire through which a larger current flows can be located in one area, and the electric wire through which a smaller current flows can be located in another area, and therefore, the wiring can be more orderly and reasonable, and the error is less prone to occur.
In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 4, the heating electrical connections 23 comprise positive heating electrical connections and negative heating electrical connections, and the thermometric electrical connections 24 comprise positive thermometric electrical connections and negative thermometric electrical connections; the circuit board 1 comprises a third zone 13 and a fourth zone 14, one of the positive heating electrical connector and the negative heating electrical connector and one of the positive thermometric electrical connector and the negative thermometric electrical connector are arranged in the third zone 13, the other of the positive heating electrical connector and the negative heating electrical connector and the other of the positive thermometric electrical connector and the negative thermometric electrical connector are arranged in the fourth zone 14, and the third zone 13 and the fourth zone 14 are different zones.
In other words, in this embodiment, the positive heating electrical connector and the negative heating electrical connector are located in two different zones, the positive thermometric electrical connector and the negative thermometric electrical connector are also located in two different zones, and one of the positive thermometric electrical connector and the negative thermometric electrical connector is located in the same zone as one of the positive heating electrical connector and the negative heating electrical connector, and the other of the positive heating electrical connector and the negative heating electrical connector is located in the same zone as the other of the positive thermometric electrical connector and the negative thermometric electrical connector. In this way, it is ensured that when one of the two regions fails, one of the positive and negative temperature measuring electrical connectors fails, which in turn causes the temperature measuring electrical element to fail, and one of the positive and negative heating electrical connectors also fails, which in turn causes the heating element to fail. More generally, the temperature measuring electric element and the heating element can be disabled simultaneously, so that the following conditions can be avoided: when the temperature measuring electric element fails, the heating element does not fail, so that the heating element is continuously heated, and a user is burnt.
In particular, in a possible implementation, one of the positive heating electrical connection and the negative heating electrical connection and one of the positive thermometric electrical connection and the negative thermometric electrical connection are arranged on one side of the massaging electrical connection 21; the other of the positive heating electrical connector and the negative heating electrical connector and the other of the positive thermometric electrical connector and the negative thermometric electrical connector are arranged on a side of the massaging electrical connector 21 remote from the heating electrical connector 23.
In this implementation, one of the positive heating electrical connector and the negative heating electrical connector and one of the positive temperature measuring electrical connector and the negative temperature measuring electrical connector are disposed on a first side of the massaging electrical connector 21, and the other of the positive heating electrical connector and the negative heating electrical connector and the other of the positive temperature measuring electrical connector and the negative temperature measuring electrical connector are disposed on a second side of the massaging electrical connector 21, the second side being remote from the first side, such that one of the positive heating electrical connector and the negative heating electrical connector and one of the positive temperature measuring electrical connector and the negative temperature measuring electrical connector, and the other of the positive heating electrical connector and the negative heating electrical connector and the other of the positive temperature measuring electrical connector and the negative temperature measuring electrical connector are disposed in different regions of the circuit board 1, respectively.
If the positive heating electrical connector and the positive temperature measuring electrical connector are arranged on one side of the massaging electrical connector 21, the negative heating electrical connector and the negative temperature measuring electrical connector can be arranged on one side of the massaging electrical connector 21 away from the positive heating electrical connector and the positive temperature measuring electrical connector, so that it can be ensured that when one side of the massaging electrical connector 21 fails, the positive heating electrical connector and the positive temperature measuring electrical connector fail at the same time, or the negative heating electrical connector and the negative temperature measuring electrical connector fail at the same time, and further the temperature measuring electrical element and the heating element can fail at the same time.
By way of example, with reference to fig. 4, it is assumed that 4 heating electrical connections 23 are respectively indicated in fig. 4 with 2i, 2j, 2k, 2l, and 2i and 2k are positive heating electrical connectors, 2j and 2l are negative heating electrical connectors, continuing with the assumption that the temperature measuring electrical connectors 24 are indicated in fig. 4 with 2m and 2n, respectively, and 2m is a positive temperature measuring electrical connector, 2n is a negative temperature measuring electrical connector, then, in order to provide that one of the positive heating electrical connector and the negative heating electrical connector and one of the positive thermometric electrical connector and the negative thermometric electrical connector are arranged in the third zone 13, the other of the positive heating electrical connector and the negative heating electrical connector and the other of the positive thermometric electrical connector and the negative thermometric electrical connector are arranged in the fourth zone 14, in one possible implementation, the circuit board 1 may be arranged in an arrangement as shown in fig. 4.
It is evident that in figure 4, the positive heating electrical connector 2i, the positive heating electrical connector 2k and the positive temperature measuring electrical connector 2m are located on one side of the massaging electrical connector 21, and the negative heating electrical connector 2j, the negative heating electrical connector 2l and the negative temperature measuring electrical connector 2n are located on the other side of the massaging electrical connector 21, i.e. the positive heating electrical connector 2i, the positive heating electrical connector 2k and the positive temperature measuring electrical connector 2m are located in the third zone 13, and the negative heating electrical connector 2j, the negative heating electrical connector 2l and the negative temperature measuring electrical connector 2n are located in the fourth zone 14, it being evident that when one of the third zone 13 or the fourth zone 14 fails, the temperature measuring electrical element and the heating element can be made to fail simultaneously.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the positive heating electrical connector and the negative heating electrical connector disposed in different regions may be alternatively disposed, and the positive temperature measuring electrical connector and the negative temperature measuring electrical connector disposed in different regions may be alternatively disposed. To further ensure that the temperature sensing electrical element and the heating element fail simultaneously.
For example, in fig. 4, the positive heating electrical connectors 2i, 2k and the negative heating electrical connectors 2j, 2l are not only arranged in different zones, but the positive heating electrical connectors 2i and the negative heating electrical connectors 2l are not aligned but are staggered. It will also be seen that 2m and 2n are staggered and 2j and 2k are staggered, which clearly further ensures that both the temperature sensing electrical element and the heating element fail simultaneously.
In some embodiments, electrical connector 2 further comprises a backup electrical connector; the standby electric connector is electrically connected with the circuit board 1, a standby element is arranged in the massage head, and the standby electric connector is used for realizing the electrical connection of the standby element and the circuit board 1. Thus, when the massage head is provided with the spare element, the spare element on the massage head can be electrically connected with the circuit board 1 through the spare electric connector, so that the electric connector can be adapted to more functions.
The spare element may be one or more of a vibration motor and a light emitting element, and the spare element is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the electrical connectors 2 are evenly spaced on the circuit board 1. Therefore, when each electric connecting piece 2 of the electric connector is matched with other electric connecting pieces, the stress on each electric connecting piece 2 is uniform, and the electric connection stability and reliability of the electric connector can be further ensured to the maximum extent.
In some embodiments, the electrical connections include one or more of a conductive pogo pin electrical connection, a conductive socket electrical connection, and a conductive contact electrical connection provided on the circuit board 1. When the circuit board 1 of the electrical connector is provided with a plurality of electrical connectors, the types of the electrical connectors may be the same or different. For example, the circuit board 1 is provided with 3 electrical connectors, each of the 3 electrical connectors may be a conductive pogo pin electrical connector, or a first electrical connector may be a conductive pogo pin electrical connector, a second electrical connector may be a conductive socket electrical connector, and a third electrical connector may be a conductive contact electrical connector. That is, the types of the electrical connectors may be the same or different, and this is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
When the electrical connection member is a conductive contact electrical connection member, the conductive contact electrical connection member may be a conductive contact electrical connection member formed by performing a gold immersion process on the circuit board 1. When the electrical connection member 2 includes a conductive contact electrical connection member formed by performing a gold immersion treatment on the circuit board 1, the stability and reliability of the electrical connection can be further ensured by the conductive action of the gold immersion.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, all electrical connectors 2 on the circuit board 1 are arranged in a ring along the same circumference. Alternatively, all the electrical connections 2 on the circuit board 1 are distributed over a plurality of rings arranged concentrically. No matter all electric connector 2 on the circuit board 1 are the annular along same circumference and arrange or distribute on a plurality of rings of concentric setting, the middle part of circuit board 1 all can be hollowed, like this, the part of hollowed can be used for walking the line or supplying other structures to wear to establish for this electric connector convenience more when the installation.
The shape of the ring may be circular, rectangular, or elliptical, and the shape of the ring is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
It will be appreciated that, in order to enable each electrical connector 2 to form a closed circuit, in some embodiments each electrical connector 2 comprises a positive electrical connector and a negative electrical connector. The circuit board 1 is of a symmetrical structure, and the positive electrode electric connecting piece and the negative electrode electric connecting piece of each electric connecting piece 2 are symmetrically arranged on the circuit board 1.
When each electric connector 2 comprises a positive electric connector and a negative electric connector, and the positive electric connector and the negative electric connector of each electric connector 2 are symmetrically arranged on the circuit board 1, the electric connectors 2 can be correctly conducted as far as possible no matter the electric connectors are inserted positively or reversely, so that the humanized degree of the electric connector is higher.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the circuit board 1 has an electrical connection terminal 15 electrically connected to the circuit board 1, and the electrical connection terminal 15 is used for electrically connecting to the power module or the massage element and the electrical element of the massage head to electrically connect the electrical connector 2 to the power module or to electrically connect the electrical connector 2 to the massage element and the electrical element.
When having the electric connection terminal 15 of being connected with circuit board 1 electricity on circuit board 1, supposing this electric connector to use in the wearing main part of massager, then, can be provided with first terminal on the power module, can be provided with the second terminal on the massage component, like this, when needs are connected circuit board 1 and power module electricity, can directly be connected electric connection terminal 15 and first terminal electricity and can realize, unusual convenient and fast. Similarly, when the electric connector is applied to the massage head of the massage instrument, when the circuit board 1 is required to be electrically connected with the massage element and the electric element, the electric connection terminal 15 and the second terminal can be directly electrically connected, so that the massage instrument is very convenient, convenient and quick.
When the circuit board 1 has the electrical connection terminals 15 electrically connected with the circuit board 1, referring to fig. 5 and 6, assuming that all the electrical connection members 2 are arranged in a ring shape along the same circumference, in some exemplary embodiments, the cross section of the circuit board 1 is rectangular, the length of the long side is 24mm-27mm, and the length of the wide side is 14.5mm-16.5mm, so that the electrical connection members can be arranged on the circuit board 1 at a reasonable interval, and the size of the circuit board 1 is not too large. The thickness of the circuit board 1 may be 0.6mm to 1.3mm, and the total thickness of the circuit board 1 and the electrical connection terminals 15 may be 1.5mm to 2.5mm, so that the strength of the circuit board 1 and the strength of the electrical connection terminals 15 can meet the strength requirement, and the total thickness of the circuit board 1 and the electrical connection terminals 15 is not too thick and heavy. Preferably, the thickness of the circuit board 1 may be 0.8, the length of the long side is 25.5mm, and the length of the wide side is 15.5 mm.
Of course, the cross section of the circuit board 1 may also have other shapes, such as a circle, an ellipse, etc., and the shape of the cross section of the circuit board 1 is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. In addition, the size of the circuit board 1 is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6, a fool-proof structure 16 is disposed on the circuit board 1, and the fool-proof structure 16 is used for indicating or defining the installation direction of the electrical connector. In this way, the electrical connector can be installed very easily with the indication of the fool-proof structure 16.
Specifically, the fool-proof structure 16 includes one or more of a fool-proof hole, a fool-proof groove, and a fool-proof protrusion provided on the circuit board 1. Of course, the fool-proof structure 16 may also be any other feature capable of playing the fool-proof role, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, the massage electrical connector 21 is electrically connected to the circuit board 1, and the massage electrical connector 21 is used to electrically connect the massage element on the massage head to the circuit board 1, so that the circuit board 1 can be electrically connected to the massage element on the massage head under the action of the massage electrical connector 21, and when the circuit board 1 is electrically connected to the massage element on the massage head through the massage electrical connector 21, the massage head can have a massage function.
In addition, according to the electric connector provided by the application, the positive heating electric connector and the negative heating electric connector are located in two different regions, the positive temperature measuring electric connector and the negative temperature measuring electric connector are also located in two different regions, one of the positive temperature measuring electric connector and the negative temperature measuring electric connector is arranged in the same region, and the other of the positive heating electric connector and the negative temperature measuring electric connector and the other of the positive temperature measuring electric connector and the negative temperature measuring electric connector are arranged in the same region. Thus, when one of the two regions fails, one of the positive temperature measuring electric connector and the negative temperature measuring electric connector fails to further cause the failure of the temperature measuring element, and one of the positive heating electric connector and the negative heating electric connector fails to further cause the failure of the heating element, more generally, the temperature measuring electric element and the heating element can simultaneously fail, so that the following conditions can be avoided: when the temperature measuring electric element fails, the heating element does not fail, so that the heating element is continuously heated, and a user is burnt.
Example two
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electrical connection assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application (the electrical connection assembly is disposed on a massage apparatus), the electrical connection assembly includes: a first electrical connector 100 and a second electrical connector 200; the first electrical connector 100 is used for being electrically connected with a power supply module on the wearing body 400, the second electrical connector 200 is used for being electrically connected with the massage element 301 on the massage head 500, and when the massage head 500 and the wearing body 400 are installed in place, the electrical connector of the second electrical connector is electrically connected with the electrical connector of the first electrical connector, so that the massage head is electrically connected with the power supply module.
Both the first electrical connector 100 and the second electrical connector 200 may have the same structure as the electrical connector provided in the first embodiment, and can bring about the same or similar technical effects, which are not described herein again one by one, and refer to the description of the first embodiment specifically.
In the embodiment of the present application, since the electrical connection member of the second electrical connector is electrically connected to the electrical connection member of the first electrical connector when the massage head 500 and the wearing body 400 are mounted in place, so that the massage head 500 is electrically connected to the power module, after the electrical connection member of the second electrical connector is electrically connected to the electrical connection member of the first electrical connector, the massage head 500 can be electrically connected to the power module, and then the massage head 500 is powered, and after the massage head 500 is powered, massage can be performed through the massage head 500. Therefore, when the electric connection assembly provided by the embodiment of the application is applied between the wearing main body and the massage head, the massage head can be powered on, and then the massage function can be realized through the massage head.
In some embodiments, one of the electrical connector of the first electrical connector and the electrical connector of the second electrical connector is a conductive contact electrical connector; the other one of the electric connecting piece of the first electric connector and the electric connecting piece of the second electric connector is a conductive elastic needle electric connecting piece, and when the massage head is arranged on the wearing body, the conductive elastic needle electric connecting piece is abutted against the conductive contact electric connecting piece to be in contact conduction with the conductive contact electric connecting piece.
When one of the electrical connecting piece of the first electrical connector and the electrical connecting piece of the second electrical connector is the conductive contact electrical connecting piece, and the other one of the electrical connecting piece of the first electrical connector and the electrical connecting piece of the second electrical connector is the conductive pogo pin electrical connecting piece, a condition of virtual connection between the electrical connecting piece of the first electrical connector and the electrical connecting piece of the second electrical connector can be avoided under the elastic force of the conductive pogo pin electrical connecting piece, so that the electrical connection between the electrical connecting piece of the first electrical connector and the electrical connecting piece of the second electrical connector can be more reliable. Meanwhile, under the elastic force action of the conductive pogo pin electrical connecting piece, the situation that one of the first electrical connecting piece 11 and the second electrical connecting piece 22 is damaged when the conductive pogo pin electrical connecting piece abuts on the conductive contact electrical connecting piece can be avoided.
Wherein, one of the electric connecting piece of the first electric connector and the electric connecting piece of the second electric connector is a conductive contact electric connecting piece, and the other one is a conductive elastic needle electric connecting piece, which means that: or the electric connecting piece of the first electric connector is a conductive contact electric connecting piece, and the electric connecting piece of the second electric connector is a conductive elastic needle electric connecting piece; or the electrical connector of the first electrical connector is a conductive pogo pin electrical connector and the electrical connector of the second electrical connector is a conductive contact electrical connector. In any case, a virtual connection between the electrical connection element of the first electrical connector and the electrical connection element of the second electrical connector can be avoided, and therefore, the electrical connection between the electrical connection element of the first electrical connector and the electrical connection element of the second electrical connector can be more reliable.
When the other of the electrical connecting member of the first electrical connector and the electrical connecting member of the second electrical connector is a conductive pogo pin electrical connecting member, the conductive pogo pin electrical connecting member may be a probe, and illustratively, the height of the probe may be 3.5mm-5.5mm, the diameter may be 1mm-2mm, and the elastic force of the probe may be 60 g. Of course, based on the actual application scenario, the height, diameter and elastic strength of the probe may be other values, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In other embodiments, one of the electrical connector of the first electrical connector and the electrical connector of the second electrical connector is a conductive receptacle electrical connector; the other one of the electric connecting piece of the first electric connector and the electric connecting piece of the second electric connector is a conductive elastic needle electric connecting piece, and when the massage head is installed on the wearing body, the conductive elastic needle electric connecting piece is inserted into the conductive jack electric connecting piece to be in contact conduction with the conductive jack electric connecting piece.
When one of the electrical connecting member of the first electrical connector and the electrical connecting member of the second electrical connector is a conductive receptacle electrical connecting member and the other of the electrical connecting member of the first electrical connector and the electrical connecting member of the second electrical connector is a conductive pogo pin electrical connecting member, the conductive pogo pin electrical connecting member can be plugged in the conductive receptacle electrical connecting member, and thus the electrical connection between the first electrical connecting member 11 and the second electrical connecting member 22 can be made more reliable and stable.
Next, the embodiment of the present application will briefly describe the electrical connection of the first electrical connector 100 and the electrical connection of the second electrical connector by taking as an example that the first electrical connector 100 is used to electrically connect with the power module on the wearing body 400 and the second electrical connector 200 is used to electrically connect with the massage element 301 on the massage head 500.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 8, assuming that the electrical connectors of the first electrical connector comprise a first massage electrical connector and a first identification electrical connector, and correspondingly, the electrical connectors of the second electrical connector may comprise a second massage electrical connector and a second identification electrical connector, then for the massage element, an electric current may pass through the power module, the electrical connection terminals of the first electrical connector, the first massage electrical connector, the second massage electrical connector, the electrical connection terminals of the second electrical connector in order to reach the massage element, thereby causing the massage element to be powered, and after the massage element is powered, a massage may be performed by the massage element.
For the identification element, the current can sequentially pass through the power supply module, the electric connecting terminal of the first electric connector, the first identification electric connecting piece, the second identification electric connecting piece and the electric connecting terminal of the second electric connector to reach the identification element on the massage element, so that the identification element is powered, and after the identification element is powered, the type of the massage head can be identified through the identification element.
For example, the first electrical connector may further include a first temperature measuring electrical connector and a first backup electrical connector, and the second electrical connector may include a second temperature measuring electrical connector and a second backup electrical connector, and the like, in this case, the structural block diagram of the massage apparatus may be as shown in fig. 9.
Further, in some embodiments, the first electrical connector may further include a first heating electrical connector, and the second electrical connector may further include a second heating electrical connector, in which case, the structural block diagram of the massage apparatus may be as shown in fig. 10.

In some embodiments, there may be a plurality of massage elements, heating elements, backup elements, temperature measuring elements, and identification elements on the massage head. It will be appreciated that, in order to have the massage element, the heating element, the standby element, the temperature measuring element and the identification element all in a closed loop, in some exemplary embodiments, the number of the first massaging electrical connectors and the second massaging electrical connectors corresponding to the massaging elements may be 2 times the number of the massaging elements, the number of the first heating electrical connectors and the second heating electrical connectors corresponding to the heating elements may be 2 times the number of the heating elements, the number of the first backup electrical connectors and the second backup electrical connectors corresponding to the backup elements may be 2 times the number of the backup elements, the number of the first temperature measuring electrical connectors and the second temperature measuring electrical connectors corresponding to the temperature measuring elements may be 2 times the number of the temperature measuring elements, and the number of the first identification electrical connectors and the second identification electrical connectors corresponding to the identification elements may be 2 times the number of the identification elements.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 13, assuming that the number of massage elements is 3, the number of heating elements is 1, the number of backup elements is 1, the number of NTCs (temperature measuring elements) is 1, and the number of identification elements is 1, then the number of first massage electrical connections and second massage electrical connections may be 6, the number of first heating electrical connections and second heating electrical connections may be 2, the number of first backup electrical connections and second backup electrical connections may be 2, the number of first temperature measuring electrical connections and second temperature measuring electrical connections corresponding to the temperature measuring elements may be 2, and the number of first identification electrical connections and second identification electrical connections may be 2, in which case, the block diagram of the massage apparatus may be as shown in fig. 13.
