Referring to fig. 1, the disposable injection pen includes a cap 17, an injection sleeve 16, a button 15 and a pen barrel 8, a screw 2, a locator 3, a first spring 4, a movable stopping tooth 5, a transmission toothed bar 7, the pen barrel 8, a threaded guide sleeve 9, a dose knob 10, a clutch 12 and a rotating shaft 13 are arranged inside the pen barrel 8, the threaded guide sleeve 9 is connected with one end of the pen barrel 8, the button 15 is connected with one end of the rotating shaft 13, a second spring 14 is arranged at the joint of the button 15 and the rotating shaft 13, the other end of the rotating shaft 13 is inserted into the clutch 12, the clutch 12 is inserted into the dose knob 10, a locking ring 11 is arranged at the joint of the clutch 12 and the dose knob 10, the dose knob 10 is inserted into the pen barrel 8, and the threaded guide sleeve 9 is arranged at the joint of the both.

In the present invention, when the dose knob 10 is adjusted to the limit position, the clutch 12 is pressed by the first spring 14, the transmission rack bar 7 and the movable anti-back teeth 5 are in the static state due to the anti-tooth resistance of the fixed anti-back teeth 6, the dose knob 10 rotates upwards to contact with the clutch 12, so that the click sound is generated, and the locking ring 11 rises along with the upward rotation of the dose knob 11 (the rising distance is the upward rotation size of the knob).
The transmission rack bar 7 and the movable backstop teeth 5 are blocked by the engagement of the fixed backstop teeth 6, and the acting forces are mutually counteracted, so that no action is taken.
When the button 15 is pressed down for injection, the second spring 4 is pressed due to the downward acting force of the button 15, the stroke is shortened, the clutch 12 is pressed by the first spring 14, the gears are overlapped, at the moment, the locking ring 11, the dose knob 10 and the clutch 12 move together in the downward rotating direction, and when the transmission toothed bar 7 acts along with the downward acting force of the dose knob 10, the fixed stopping teeth 6 and the movable stopping teeth 5 act together, the gears rub to generate sound, and the screw rod 2 is driven to advance forwards.
