The ultrasonic device with the guide puncture needle according to claim 2, wherein the needle feeding assembly comprises a pushing wheel (51) and a transmission gear (52), the pushing wheel (51) is arranged at two sides of the guide needle hole (21), and the pushing wheel (51) is provided with an annular groove (511) for pushing the puncture needle (3) on the same horizontal plane of the guide needle hole (21); the transmission gear (52) is positioned in the guide frame (2) and connected with the pushing wheel (51), and the transmission gear (52) is in meshing transmission.

The ultrasonic device with the guide puncture needle according to claim 3, wherein the power assembly comprises a motor (41), a driven gear (42) and a driving gear (43), a limit groove (12) is formed in the guide frame (2), the motor (41) is slidably arranged in the limit groove (12) through the limit assembly, the driving gear (43) is connected to an output end of the motor (41), the driven gear (42) is in meshing transmission with any one of the transmission gears (52), and the driving gear (43) is in meshing and disconnecting with the driven gear (42) in a switchable manner through the motor (41).

The ultrasonic device with the guide puncture needle according to claim 4, wherein the reciprocating assembly comprises a push block (61) and a connecting rod (62), a rectangular hole (13) is formed in the guide frame (2), and the rectangular hole (13) is communicated with the limit groove (12); the push block (61) can be movably positioned in the rectangular hole (13), one end of the connecting rod (62) is hinged to the driving gear (43), and the other end of the connecting rod (62) is hinged to the bottom of the push block (61); the clamping device is arranged at the upper end of the push block (61) and positioned on two sides of the guide needle hole (21).
