Background
Thyroid cyst is a fluid-containing sac found in the thyroid gland, and is a common benign lesion of the thyroid gland, and the most minimally invasive and effective treatment method at present is as follows: firstly, a puncture needle penetrates into the thyroid cyst, the liquid in the thyroid cyst is extracted, and then triamcinolone acetonide acetate or anhydrous alcohol medicine is injected into the thyroid cyst. The capsule liquid is simply pumped out, only the internal pressure is relieved, no treatment effect is achieved, and only after the capsule liquid is pumped out, treatment medicines such as triamcinolone acetonide acetate or absolute alcohol medicines are injected, so that the protein on the inner wall of the capsule cavity is deteriorated, the gland on the inner wall of the capsule cavity is damaged, and the capsule cavity is closed, so that the treatment purpose can be achieved, and the recurrence rate is effectively reduced.
At present, the injection syringe is mainly used for sucking cyst fluid and injecting medicine clinically, and for large cysts, the large cysts are extracted in a fractional manner and need to be punctured again when the medicine is injected. The probability of infection is increased by multiple times of puncture, and meanwhile, the pain of a patient is obviously increased; and the medicine is injected after the needle is drawn, and part of the sac liquid is sucked and the sac cavity begins to be closed, so that the medicine can not be or is difficult to be injected into the sac cavity smoothly, and the final treatment effect is influenced. In order to reduce the pain of a patient, the existing technology also adopts an indwelling needle to replace a syringe for puncture, although the indwelling needle can avoid multiple punctures, the indwelling needle adopts a hose, the hose is easy to close in the negative pressure suction process, and the liquid in the capsule can not be pumped out.
