In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted for realizing the purpose:
a water squeezing mechanism comprises a mounting seat, wherein a squeezing part, a driving part and a linkage part are mounted on the mounting seat, and the water squeezing mechanism can be suitable for a single elastic body which has a certain thickness and strong water absorption and can expand after absorbing water, such as a collodion mop head. The mounting seat comprises at least two oppositely arranged wall surfaces and a penetrating port which is penetrated up and down, the linkage part is respectively connected with or abutted against the driving part and the extrusion part and is suitable for linkage of the driving part and the extrusion part, so that the driving part and the extrusion part are close to or far away from each other, and the directions of motion components of the driving part and the extrusion part in the vertical direction are always opposite (the directions are always opposite, and the situation that one part is not moved and the other part moves away from the other part is also included); the squeezing part and the driving part at least have a first state of being far away from each other and a second state of being close to each other, and in the second state, the squeezing part can squeeze and dewater the wiping object placed in the through hole; the wringing mechanism further includes a locking structure that holds the squeezing portion in the second state.
Further, when the extrusion part is in the first state, the driving part is located at a high position, the extrusion part is located at a low position, and when the extrusion part is in the second state, the driving part is located at a low position, and the extrusion part is located at a high position.
Further, the driving part and the squeezing part are close to or far away from each other in the horizontal direction, when the squeezing part is in the first state, the wiping object can freely extend into the through opening, and when the squeezing part is in the second state, the wiping object can be squeezed to be dehydrated when penetrating out of the through opening.
Further, the locking structure comprises an extension section extending from the pressing part sliding groove, the extension section comprises an inflection point section and a locking section, and when the pressing part falls into the extension section, the pressing part can be kept in the second state under the locking action of the locking structure.
Furthermore, the inflection point section is the sliding groove at one side of the extrusion part sliding groove close to the driving part, and the locking section is the sliding groove extending upwards from the inflection point section and/or in the direction far away from the driving part. When the squeezing part is in the second state, the mop head is pulled upwards to squeeze water, the squeezing part is driven by the friction force of the mop head, and the squeezing part is kept in the extension section, so that the squeezing acting force is kept to be continuously applied to the wiping materials in the through hole, and the pulling and squeezing are completed; when the mop head is separated from the through opening, the squeezing part is separated from the extension section under the action of gravity or reset force and returns to the first state under the linkage of the linkage part.
Furthermore, the locking structure is an arc-shaped extrusion part sliding groove from bottom to top, and the tail end of the locking structure is slightly higher than the center of a circle in the vertical direction.
Further, the locking structure is a latch assembly disposed on a moving path of the driving part.
Furthermore, a bolt hole is formed in the driving portion, the bolt assembly comprises a bolt and an elastic piece, when the driving portion is in the second state, the bolt can extend into the bolt hole, and when the driving portion is separated from the second state, the bolt can withdraw from the bolt hole. Furthermore, the water scraping end is made of a flexible material and can be extruded and deformed relative to the extrusion part.
Furthermore, the extrusion piece is a wiper blade, and the wiper blade extends towards the lower part of the water squeezing mechanism.
Furthermore, the linkage part can slide relative to the mounting seat, at least two linkage grooves are formed in the linkage part, and an extrusion part is movably mounted in one group of the linkage grooves and is an extrusion part linkage groove; a driving part is movably arranged in the other group of linkage grooves and is a driving part linkage groove; the extrusion part can synchronously slide in the extrusion part sliding groove and the extrusion part linkage groove, and the driving part can synchronously slide in the driving part sliding groove and the driving part linkage groove.
Furthermore, the linkage part can rotate relative to the mounting seat and comprises a rotation fulcrum and linkage arms at two sides, fulcrum holes are respectively formed in the mounting seat and/or the linkage part, two ends of the linkage part are movably connected with or abut against the driving part and the extrusion part respectively, and the position of the fulcrum is located between the driving part and the extrusion part.
Further, the position of the rotating shaft is closer to the pressing part than the driving part. The position arrangement can save and optimize the size of the water squeezing mechanism, and by utilizing the lever principle, when the linkage part rotates around the fulcrum, the displacement distance of the squeezing part is smaller than that of the squeezing part, so that the mounting seat is simple in structure and proper in size.
Furthermore, a limiting part is arranged on the fulcrum hole and/or the fulcrum. Because the common hole and shaft are often installed in a clearance fit manner, when other parts are too large in action or are not matched, the fulcrum shaft is easy to be separated from the fulcrum hole, and by arranging the limiting part, for example, an outward protruding limiting groove can be arranged on the periphery of the fulcrum hole, an outward protruding limiting protrusion is also arranged on the periphery of the fulcrum shaft, and only when the limiting protrusion and the limiting groove correspond in position, the fulcrum shaft is allowed to be separated from the fulcrum hole, on one hand, in such an arrangement manner, when the wane is damaged due to the reasons of service life and the like, the wane can be quickly detached through a simple quick-release connecting structure; on the other hand, the pivot shaft can not be easily separated due to the excessive looseness of the quick-release structure.
