For the purpose of clarity, numerous implementation details are set forth in the following description. It should be understood, however, that these implementation details are not to be interpreted as limiting the invention. That is, in some embodiments of the invention, these implementation details are not necessary. In addition, for the sake of simplicity, some conventional structures and components are shown in the drawings in a simplified schematic manner; and duplicate components will likely be referred to using the same reference numbers.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method 100 for positioning a support via a chuck according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of the positioning of the support 300 with the suction cup 200 according to the first embodiment of fig. 1. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the method 100 for positioning a support via a suction cup includes a support providing step 110, a suction cup providing step 120, and a support positioning step 130.
Stent providing step 110
At least the bracket 300 is provided, and one end of the bracket 300 is pressed against the plane 400. The suction cup providing step 120 provides at least one suction cup 200, wherein the suction cup 200 includes at least one positioning slot 220 (refer to fig. 3). The positioning step 130 is to arrange the positioning groove 220 of the suction cup 200 along the central axis 301 of the support 300, and to attach the suction cup 200 to another plane (not labeled) perpendicular to the plane 400, so as to position the support 300 by the suction cup 200 and the two planes. Thus, as shown in fig. 2, by the method 100 of positioning the bracket by the suction cup, the bracket 300 can be stably positioned against the plane 400 by the suction cup 200.
Specifically, the stand 300 provided in the stand providing step 110 may be a banner stand generally used in an exhibition or a sales place or a detachable storage cabinet composed of a plurality of stands. Since such applications are usually temporary setups, they are not suitable for being nailed or adhesively secured to a floor or wall surface. Therefore, in the support providing step 110, after providing the support 300, one end of the support 300 is first pressed against and positioned on a predetermined plane 400, such as a floor or a wall. The suction cup 200 provided in the suction cup providing step 120 is matched, and the positioning groove 220 of the suction cup 200 is assembled on the support frame along the central axis 301 of the support frame 300 in the positioning support frame step 130. Since the suction cup 200 is detachably attached to another plane, the holder 300 can be positioned at a predetermined position and can be detached or changed as needed. In addition, since one end of the support 300 is abutted against the plane 400, it can provide a certain supporting force, and is suitable for being combined with other supports to form a desktop or a shelf to provide the function of placing articles.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 is a perspective view of the suction cup 200 in the first embodiment of fig. 1, and fig. 4 is a side view of the suction cup 200 in the first embodiment of fig. 1. In the first embodiment of fig. 1, the suction cup 200 provided in the suction cup providing step 120 may include a body 210, a suction member 230, an operating portion 240, and at least one positioning groove 220.
In detail, the main body 210 has a first side (not numbered) and a second side (not numbered), the suction element 230 is connected to the first side of the main body 210 of the suction cup 200, the positioning slot 220 is located at the first side of the main body 210 (i.e. the same side as the suction element 230), and the operation portion 240 is pivoted to the second side of the main body 210 for driving the suction element 230. Therefore, after the suction cup 200 is assembled on the bracket 300 by the positioning groove 220, the suction member 230 can be connected to the predetermined plane, and when the user wants to change the position of the bracket 300, the suction member 230 can be linked by the operation portion 240, so that the suction cup 200 is separated from the plane.
As shown in fig. 3, the number of the positioning slots 220 is two, wherein the positioning slot 220 may have two sets of interfaces 223, and another positioning slot 220 may have one set of interfaces 221 and a top wall 222. In detail, in the first embodiment of fig. 3, the extending direction 2231 of the positioning slot 220 is perpendicular to the central axis 201 of the suction cup 200, and the two sets of interfaces 223 are oppositely disposed along the direction perpendicular to the central axis 201 (i.e., along the extending direction 2231); the extending direction (not labeled) of the other positioning slot 220 is parallel to the central axis 201 of the suction cup 200, the abutting wall 222 and the group interface 221 are oppositely arranged along the direction parallel to the central axis 201, and the abutting wall 222 is in a reversed U shape. The two positioning slots 220 are overlapped with each other in a cross shape, that is, the extending directions of the two positioning slots 220 are perpendicular to each other. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the number of the suction cups 200 provided in the suction cup providing step 120 may be two, and in the positioning frame step 130, the positioning slots 220 of the suction cups 200 are arranged at the other end of the support frame 300 along the central axis 301 parallel to the support frame 300, and another suction cup 200 is arranged at the central axis 301 of the support frame 300 and close to the plane 400. Thus, after the other end of the support 300 abuts against the abutting wall 222 of the positioning slot 220, the absorption member 230 is connected to the predetermined plane, and the support 300 can be positioned more stably by the n-shaped structure of the abutting wall 222.
To expand the application range of the suction cup 200 and to adapt to different sizes of supports, the suction cup 200 may further include a gasket 250, which is disposed at the bottom of the positioning groove 220 (not numbered). When a user wants to apply the suction cup 200 to a bracket with a smaller positioning pipe diameter, the gasket 250 can reduce the space of the positioning groove 220, and the positioning groove is stably connected with the bracket with the smaller pipe diameter, so as to improve the stability of the positioning bracket. In addition, the gasket 250 may be fixedly or detachably disposed in the positioning groove 220, and the gasket 250 may be made of a compressible material, and is more suitable for being used with brackets of different sizes.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a chuck 200 applied to the method 100 for positioning a bracket by the chuck in the second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the chuck 200 and the support 300 according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In the second embodiment of fig. 5, the configuration relationship among the main body 210, the adsorbing member 230, the operating portion 240 and the two positioning slots 220 of the suction cup 200 is the same as that of the first embodiment of fig. 3, and the description thereof is omitted. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the two positioning slots 220 are overlapped with each other to form a T-shape, wherein the abutting wall 222 of one positioning slot 220 is a plane. In the second embodiment of fig. 6, the step 110 of providing the bracket and the step 120 of providing the suction cup of the method 100 of positioning the bracket by the suction cup are the same as the corresponding steps in the first embodiment of fig. 1, and are not repeated. Specifically, in the step 130 of positioning the stand, the positioning slots 220 of the two suckers 200 are all assembled on the stand 300 along the central axis 301 of the stand 300, so that the central axes 201 of the two suckers 200 are all perpendicular to the central axis 301 of the stand 300, wherein the suckers 200 are assembled at the other end of the stand 300, and the other suckers 200 are assembled on the stand 300 and close to the plane 400. Therefore, the position of the suction cup 200 connected to the plane can be adjusted according to the relative position relationship between the support 300 and different planes, and the application range of the method 100 for positioning the support through the suction cup is expanded.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a chuck 200 and a bracket 300 in a method 100 for positioning a bracket by the chuck according to a third embodiment of the invention. In the third embodiment of fig. 7, the step 110 of providing a bracket, the step 120 of providing a suction cup, and the step 130 of positioning the bracket by using the suction cup in the method 100 of positioning a bracket are the same as those in fig. 1, and are not repeated. Specifically, the number of the racks 300 provided in the rack providing step 110 and the number of the suction cups 200 provided in the suction cup providing step 120 in the third embodiment of fig. 7 may be plural. In detail, the plurality of brackets 300 of the third embodiment have a plurality of holes 302, and the hooks 320 of the layer plate 310 are connected to the holes 302, so that the plurality of brackets 300 are mutually connected to form a detachable storage cabinet or a desktop (not shown) for providing the function of placing articles. The suction cup 200 provided in the suction cup providing step 120 is matched, and the positioning groove 220 of the suction cup 200 is assembled on the support frame along the central axis 301 of the support frame 300 in the positioning support frame step 130. Since the suction cup 200 is detachably attached to another plane, the storage cabinet or the table top formed by assembling the plurality of holders 300 can be positioned at a default position and can be detached or changed as needed. Furthermore, in the third embodiment, the step 130 of positioning the support can be as disclosed in fig. 2 and fig. 6, and the suction cup 200 can be selectively connected to the support 300 in a manner that the central axis 201 thereof is parallel or perpendicular to the central axis 301 thereof. Therefore, the plurality of suckers 200 can position the plurality of brackets 300 to more stably position the detachable storage cabinet or the desktop, and each sucker 200 can adaptively adjust the connecting direction with the bracket 300, which is more beneficial to changing the positioning mode of the sucker 200 according to the different surrounding environments.
It should be noted that the method for positioning the bracket by the suction cup of the present invention is not limited to the bracket and the suction cup described and illustrated in the disclosure.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the method for positioning the bracket by the suction cup and the suction cup applied thereto provided by the present invention have the following advantages: first, the method for positioning the bracket by the sucking disc of the invention supports the bracket against a plane, and the sucking disc assembled on the bracket is detachably adsorbed on another plane, thereby improving the positioning stability of the bracket and achieving the purpose of positioning the bracket in a detachable way. Secondly, when a plurality of supports are assembled to form a desktop or a shelf, the supports can be positioned by one or more suckers, so that the multifunctional table can be applied to an exhibition field or a sales field to provide the function of arranging articles, and can be detached or changed in position at any time according to requirements. Thirdly, the sucker can be provided with a gasket made of a detachable or compressible material, a user can match with the supports with different pipe diameters to be connected with the sucker, and the sucker positioning support is suitable for being matched with the supports with different sizes to be used.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
