一种数据发送方法、信息发送方法及装置。其中,一种数据发送方法,包括:终端设备确定指示信息,所述指示信息能够用于以下至少两项:所述终端设备发送数据的传输块大小TBS是第一TBS,所述终端设备发送数据的TBS是第二TBS,以及指示所述终端设备从TBS集合中选择一个TBS作为所述终端设备发送数据的第三TBS,其中所述第二TBS和/或所述第三TBS是所述TBS集合中的TBS,所述TBS集合是根据所述第一TBS确定的集合,且所述指示信息用于所述至少两项中的一种;所述终端设备根据所述指示信息确定发送数据的TBS;所述终端设备根据所述确定的TBS发送数据。
